I cannot possibly say enough wonderful and positive things about Jen Z and all of her offerings. Not only is she one of the sweetest, most thoughtful, humans I know - she is quite the businesswoman and savage on the Jiu-Jitsu mats! Her style of teaching is all about client-centered safety and empowerment. She did not hesitate to offer her training remotely for her clients almost immediately after Illinois went into Shelter in Place by utilizing online technology and by leading with her giving heart. Like I stated, Coach Jen is just an overall FABULOUS person to work with and I have never felt more strong or empowered. She is an advocate for YOU and theres no one better to have in your corner.
