The only good thing about this place is that its first come first serve. They dont do appointments. But thats pointless when you call ahead and ask what time do you stop seeing patients and they tell you 1:30 but then you get there at 12:50 and they tell you we stop taking patients due to doctors order. So I left work early for nothing. But the latest problem I had with this place is my doctor is out of town for 3 weeks and I cant be seen by another one because whomever didnt fill out the paperwork for my insurance to authorize for me to be seen by another doctor. I can be seen but they wont get paid. So I have to wait til she gets back. Needless to say, Ill be looking for another PCP asap. This is unacceptable. Ill be sure to forward this information to upper management.

Good doctor but staff need to pick up the phone when people calling. and they need to maintain the time and schedule they are open to 8am to 4pm but they stop seeing patient at 2 pm . need better service

Dr sunitha nambiar is my doctor, the best doctor, she truly cares for her patients, very warm snd professional
