We have only had positive experiences at this office! The Doctors (even the new ones) have been warm and knowledgable and they have made every effort to accomodate my family when needed. I know people had a hard time adjusting to the new doctors but I am so glad I stuck it out because the rapport we have is great and the office location is so convenient for my family.

This is the absolute best pediatrician’s office. They are so attentive, they know every patient! Attentive to their medical history, as well. They really are interested in your child’s growth and well being. I have tried other Dr’s and there is no one I trust more than Highland Park Pediatrics. I will not go to any other pediatrician ever again.

Great Staff! Very pleased with this office. Its worth the drive even though we moved out of the area. My husband and I are very happy with the Pediatricians. Even with the recent changes the doctors and staff are very accommodating to our schedules.

Ask irrelevant questions, more like an undercover investigation which is absurd. Not helpful when it comes to helping kids calm down and do their job and would push you to do things you clearly state are unwanted, insist in recommending you to a specialist because obviously they make money from it too. Safe your time and look for a better pedriatritian seriously.

This is the best pediatrician’s office we’ve used with my two daughters. We’ve moved out of town and still drive to HP because Of the level of care we receive. Highly, highly recommended.

Worst doctor ever! Make assumptions then diagnose your child, without any valid test. Ask you a million questions, a lot of personal ones also. Just unprofessional and incompetent.

Stay away from this medical office!Very unprofessional conduction of business at this medical office, (and all of the branches they are affiliated with). The medical and billing staff do not care about the patients, they only care about making extra money. They overcharge for normal services covered by health insurance, (such as breaking up vaccinations into multiple visits, and charging for each visit).The medical assistants and administration do not know how to take care of confidential paper work in a proper manner, (they are very careless with medical records, (my childs medical records were lost or destroyed and they denied doing this).In addition to all of these mishaps, I also found that the medical history taken for my child was incorrectly document in the medical records, (as though the physician was not listening when she asked questions about my child).
