As a person who has chronic ulnar pain for the last three years and have seen two other so called pain specialist, I wouldnt recommend going to him unless you like wasting your time and money. He like the others wanted to try antidepressants and other drugs that dont work for me or have terrible side effects. What ever happened to DRs showing mercy and easing patients pain? I guess after all those years of handing out pain meds to people who didnt need them, now actual people living with chronic non stop pain have to suffer. I should have known better but I just want as normal a life as close as I can have. So unless you know someone who has a Dr that actually helps with pain management and highly recommends them, then most likely youll be SOL!!!

Dont go to Dr. Moser. I went, had a MRI of my neck my pain dr had done 1 yr before. He said PT (which i did), if no results; injections (which Ive had before) then surgery if necessary. I didnt like this, so I found another neuro. Totally different treatment. He didnt recommend surgery because he said it wouldnt help. So glad I didnt stay with Dr. Moser. Hes treatments would not help at all, and would include unnecessary surgery! He also gave me rx for headaches which wigged me out terribly. Found out meds were given to bi polar patients too! Do Not go to Dr. Moser!

Dr. Moser is absolutely fantastic. I have been seeing him for over a year now and he truly has the mentality of not ever giving up on finding the issue. He is very matter-of-fact, but is still able to be very compassionate and empathetic. He is the type of doctor that likes a challenging case and likes to look down different avenues, and just really makes you feel like you have someone on your side; which is very much needed when you are dealing with medical issues. The women in the office are all amazing, always so friendly and wonderful. All of the nurses are always absolutely wonderful. They have always been extremely fast at handling all my medications, any medication authorizations my pharmacy needed... and just everything needed. I am extremely blessed to have this team of professionals!

Excellent care provided by doctor and staff. They went out of their way to see that my health care needs were met. The doctor has a I will find the cause of your problem mentality and he does go all the way to explain and research what is going on. Love this doctor and his staff.

I cannot say enough about the extraordinary intelligence and the gift that Dr. Moser has demonstrated with my care. I have suffered for 17 years due to an injury suffered during a domestic violence attack. I was tired and decided that 2018 was it for me because my faith was not outlasting my fight. I experienced multiple surgeries 18 medications and no quality of life and I am only 48. I was going to give up on everything and moved back to NC to die. I pushed everything and everyone away because I knew I had made up my mind to just let go because I felt like a burden to my children and family. 48 on disability since 2013. To add to the problem, I received a concussion in July 15, 2018, met Dr. Moser August 2018. Dr. Moser asked questions, listened attentively and the words that came out of his mouth left me speechless! No more surgeries I can fix this problem. God used Dr. Moser to be my healing angel! I couldnt turn my head to my shoulder, so I had to always have a driver and the headaches were so debilitating and left me so confused, disoriented, heavily medicated and sleep. He fixed that problem in five minutes sitting in a chair in his office. Today we are 2 procedures away from a permanent solution! I could not bend over or sit up longer than two and a half hours without excruciating pain and needing ambulatory assistance a lot. I became secluded, withdrawn and completely embarrassed.Today after three procedures over a span of six months, I have my quality of life back. I no longer want to die and I have called my friends and family to apologize for pushing them away purposefully. I highly recommend Dr. Moser and his entire staff. Honestly I highly recommend Wake Forest Health. I spent over 20 years in the medical industry as a high level professional and not one time did I have to say anything to receive the proper care.Sabrina his nurse makes you feel like you can fly. The professionalism and quality of service is phenomenal. Honestly, I never encountered anything but professionalism, accurate diagnoses, genuine respect and absolutely no judgment. Not once was I made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected. I am not back 100 % but I am on my way thanks to this wonderful doctor and his excellent staff.Dr. Moser, Sabrina and Wake Health you rock!!!!!
