The women there are nice and professional but I am honestly so disappointed with my results with kybella. Three rounds and several months later, there is no difference. Very disappointed because this is my biggest insecurity and I was assured I was a good candidate for this kind of procedure, that there would be results.

My boys and I are all patients at the Horizon Med Spa Location in High Point NC. From the moment we walk in we are greeted professionally and quickly in a very welcoming and clean environment. All the nursing staff and medical staff are very thorough and take the time to ask questions and explain things to us in layman terms. I am so pleased with the services we drive a little over an hour just for the medical staff. In addition to the medical services, I have also used the spa services and have had botox and hair removal services. Again, everything is discussed thoroughly and I have been very comfortable each visit. I highly recommend Horizon Med Spa for all your needs!

Love my Doctor. He is in High Point and Ashborol and I go to the High Point office. I am blessed to have him and his staff looking after my health! They have a lot of different things going on in their faculty! Look him up!! Need a Doctor he is very caring... 🙏🏻😇🌻🌞💊💉🩸🧬

I have been getting treatments at Horizon and have been very pleased! It is easy to schedule appointments and I get a reminder for my upcoming appointments. All the staff are very friendly and make me feel at home. Tamara explained the process at the beginning and talks to me the whole time to make sure I’m relaxed and comfortable. There are several other procedures I plan to take advantage of that they offer! I highly recommend Horizon Med-Spa to everyone!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer procedures with State of the art equipment. Prices are very reasonable for the procedures and they offer Care credit if insurance doesnt cover it. They explain the procedures and recovery with great detail. Highly recommended.

I recently had a procedure at this facility and I would give an A++ experience satisfaction. The facility is super nice. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Ashley, Nurse Practitioner was able to answer all questions in a timely manner in a way that eased my mind and made me feel super comfortable. Dr Gimenez was super nice and even called me at home next day to check up on me. Tamera was also super sweet and helped ease my nerves and kept me smiling throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough great things about this medspa! Highly recommend to anyone looking for any services they provide!
