Dr. Pollock is a excellent doctor. He cares about his patience.

Dr. Pollock is a good doctor. The people who run the office are horrible. Called at 1:00 pm to speak with Dr. Pollocks nurse. She was unavailable. Left a message with the front desk for a call back. Did not receive call back. I called again at 2:45pm, again was told to wait for nurse to call back. Still no call back. I called a final time at 4:30pm again was told by the front desk to wait for call back and the nurse was busy. The girl on the phone the proceeded to berate me by saying that I had just called at 1:00pm and there was no guarantee I would get a call back today. What? Its nearing the end of the business day and I need to get an appt made or get a prescription called in. I either have bronchitis or walking pneumonia and I need to see someone asap. So much for bedside manor. Whats the point in having a doctor when you have to go to convenient care to get anything done? Needless to say Ill be in the market for a new primary physician. Sorry Dr. Pollock youre great but your staff sucks.
