I have had Dr lowne since 2009 and I have never had a problem. I think she is a wonderful doctor!!! She actually listens to her patients and take the time with me that I need. I will keep her as my doctor as long as she will practice.

Dr. Lowne has been my primary care physician for many years. She is pro-active in her care. She always gets back to me when I call with a question. She takes whatever time is needed to explain what I need to know. I am very happy to have her as my primary care doctor.

I have reported her to the State Medical Board and Blue Cross. Her office staff gave me me wrong information. When I called to tell them that I had been given wrong information the nurse got angry with me and hung up the phone. A few days later I got a letter from the doctor saying she was no longer going to be my doctor because I had abused her staff on the phone. First, her staff yelled at me and in order to be heard I yelled back. BUT, never did anyone from her office or the doctor call me to hear from me what had happened. Terrible, I was her patient for over 5 years and never had a problem. Simply terrible treatment.
