My 15 year old daughter and my neice looked up the reviews and decided to give this place a try after all the good stuff they saw... Well I am here to tell you that my daughters experience was beyond horrible... While getting her nails done and repeatedly expressing concerns that they were not done correctly and that one hand was way longer than the other, the shape was not what she asked for, and that she was hurting her... The lady essentially tried to fix the work that she had done which there is no fixing they need to be taken off and redone... After doing the absolute worst job ever they still charged her $45. My daughter called me in tears from outside not only because of how badly her nails look but because the lady had cut her fingers in several places. I am going to post pictures to show I am not over exaggerating how badly this is. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Cosmology board and whoever else to ensure this doesnt happen to anyone else.. I am beyond livid and highly suggest that you think twice before choosing this place. 😡😡😡

Best Pedi Ive had in years! Go see Lee and Jessie!

Made an appointment and was not seated until 30 minutes later. Once I was seated, a total of 3 people rotated to do my nails. I think this made it harder for the next person. I asked for the length to be shorter and it never was. I was cut several times as they were filing my nails and the tech even pointed out how they made me bleed. The acrylic was put on extremely thick and makes my natural nails sore. I have had my nails done more than enough times to know that this was not how things should have happened.

My nails were thin and flimsy and I mentioned that when I got them done. Now even 5 days later my nails popped off as if I had then for a moth. He over charged me and was rude talking about the length of my nails even though they were cut from their original tips. Do not recommend

I usually never have a problem here. Been coming for at least a year. Usually I just get a pedi but have gotten gel polish on my nails a few times in the past. Today I got sns and I am not impressed. Especially since you pay extra. My nails do not look that good. I have rough spots in places. I have a blob on one of my thumbs cause too much powder got on it. I have what feels like super glue on the backs of my fingers. I assume the older woman that works there is inexperienced in sns and had I knew this I would have just gotten gel as usual. She usually does ok with gel and pedi. My pedi today was just ok too. My heels are still very rough. I guess I am just going to have to make an appointment from now on with someone more experienced. I really hate to give this poor review cause they are usually so much better than this. I was there for 2 hours. I posted photos but dont know if you will be able to see the rough spots.

Tina almost made me FALL IN LOVE!!!! Her pedicure service is all a man can ask for!!! Thank you Tina and the staff and environment was welcoming for a Man just FYI Gents!!!

I have been coming to Empire for two years now. For the first time today my friend dragged me to another salon in High Point and realized just how amazing Empire is. I have always been picky about who works on my nails but I have never had a bad technician here, and I’ve had all of them. They are phenomenal and I will never go anywhere else in High Point again.

The first time I showed pictures he did opposite n left with nothing had my own nails so sims so broke finally owner did n they were still done incorrectly n chipped n discolored I hate they don’t apologize n now go somewhere else they wasted my time no no time n acts like your fault they suck at first they do great then fake spent 12 on eyebrow n could not tell were done go to Thomasville they do much better work but don’t go to Golden nail bar either because they suck even worse than Empire nails

My daughter brought her bridal party to Empire nails for pedicures and I cannot say enough good things about the salon and the staff. The owner was very nice and catered to the bride and her bridesmaids. We were very comfortable. The staff engaged us all in conversation and we all were laughing. I wish that I lived in High Point, this would definately be my nail salon.

Friendly service that was quick but thorough and good quality. I felt pampered, but I did not feel like i lost the whole day there as can happen sometimes at a salon. Good selections of services, products, and colors. 10/10 would go back.

Empire Nails is by far the best nail salon in High Point. The staff is very nice and the salon is very very clean! They also are very talented at nails and I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure here. I go to Adam for SNS and I trust him very much with my nails. They always make sure that my nails are protected and my nails are the strongest they have ever been!

Empire nails is an amazing salon! I’ve been going for over a year now and they’re heaven sent! I most definitely recommend them!

This was my second visit and Im sad to say it was pretty disappointing. They do have fantastic customer service and get you seated very quickly. But eyebrow wax service is piss poor. The first time, they were uneven. The second, too thin and still uneven. Finally I said stop before I not have any to work with!

Shop is clean, staff were not very professional. Mani/pedi was fine but is $10+ more then other shops in the area. They charged my credit card a $3.25 non cash adjustment without telling me. I called to ask why and was told it’s new.

The first time I went I was given a brand new person who screwed my nails up horribly. When I went back the next day to get them fixed they just gave me the same person and he just mess them up again. I asked for a refund and was laughed at. Prices are never the same. They change on a whim. They treated me as if I wasnt important and paid more attention to the women spending more money. Ill never go back to this nail salon and I dont suggest anyone else goes either

I was there today as a walk in (first visit). I was greeted immediately, and asked what I would like. I asked for SnS ombré. Tina looked carefully at the picture I had and she done a wonderful job matching that picture. She was gentle and took her time. I am happy, and will definitely go back.

I went to get s&s nails as a walk-in and they said they had available spots open, however I was switched around by two nail techs. The nail tech that did my nails was rough with my fingers and 2 of my fingers were cut. The polish was pretty however it was also messy. I had polish all over my nails and fingers. I don’t think I will come back. I understand the shop was busy but it also lost out on a potential loyal customer.

This is the best salon ever! My 6 year old daughter and I went yesterday and this nail salon is top notch! Nam was very good with my daughter and did her pedicure and manicure very well! Tyler did an excellent job with my pedicure and manicure and was very attentive to detail. Kiam gave me the best shoulder and neck massage. I am SO picky when it comes to things like this. I hardly ever do my toes or nails because of the employees and I just dont feel as they take their time to do their best work they could be doing .But, today...my cousin and I went to Empire and LOVED it.! The owners of the salon were very nice and super fun to talk to. They engaged in us being there. I will definitely be going back here.! :)

Such a wonderful nail salon! I made an appointment (though there were walk ins too) and was in and out in 30 minutes for a gel manicure. Super clean and airy atmosphere with calming music and TV screens with calm fish swimming...all very tranquil. They gave me a neck and shoulder rub along with a hand massage. Well priced and great customer service. Highly recommend-tgis is where Ill go from now on!

I can’t say enough good things about Empire Nails. Before I visited EN I didn’t have a “go to” nail salon. I would just pop in somewhere wherever I was at the moment. But now I only go to EN. They do a fantastic pedicure and I love my SNS nails. All the technicians are great, especially Lena.

I was really excited to come here to find my new home salon. I called 2 hours in advance and set an appointment. I asked for any time that worked for them and whenever they were available. I came in 5 minutes early for my appointment and it didn’t look like anyone was available so I sat to wait. Two women came in 10 minutes after me, 5 minutes late for their appointments set for the same time as mine, and were sat in a chair immediately. I ended up waiting 50 minutes before I was seated, and a walk in who came in 35 minutes after me was seated at the same time as myself. No one apologized for or explained the wait and inconvenience, nor regarded that I even had an appointment. I really wanted to enjoy this salon but I did not feel cared for at all.

I had to wait a bit because they were busy, but once I was in the chair Jessie did such a great job and was very quick I got sns and a manicure, and I love how they turned out. I will definitely be returning 😊

Moved her from Tampa and I have horrible experiences at nails salon since moving to the area. But Empire was GREAT. It’s worth the price, with attention to detail and customer service. I will definitely go back for my gel manicure and spa pedicure.

Visiting the area for the weekend, wanted to get a manicure for a quick Girls Day treat. Sooooo glad I came here. I wish that this exact place was near my house in Chicago! Id go to it all the time! I never write reviews but felt you should what happened to me. I came here to get my acrylics taken off and the nail tech completely ruined my nail beds. The nail tech chastised me for getting acrylic nails and told me to get gel or S&S instead. She made me feel like an idiot for getting acrylic nails, however its my choice not hers. Yet she was wearing acrylics. When the tech was removing my nails, she did it in a way that completely ruined my nail beds. Currently my nails are falling apart and hurt whenever I touch it. I DO NOT recommend coming here!

I just recently moved to NC and was looking for clean, professional salon and I’ve definitely found it,I was a walk in and was seated right away for my pedicure which was fabulous and was even offered complimentary glass of wine( mine blown!!!!, we don’t have that in Jersey) Such a beautiful atmosphere and very friendly staff, my fill looks amazing and it was done quickly. I was so impressed I made my 2week appt upon leaving because I’ve found my nail salon.

I got it done and couldn’t have been happier! I had Jennifer and she was so sweet and kept up great conversation with me throughout my visit! I have been having Adam do my nails for more than four years. Followed him to his salon in Asheboro, and was glad when he opened Empire Nails back in High Point! He knows Im a sparkly girl, and now he mixes a custom color for me with extra bling for the summer! Highly recommended, professional, clean, courteous, caring, and delightful staff!
