I have been trying for three months to get a mammogram at Premier Imaging, High Point. One of their problems is that they make assumptions rather than listening to the patient. They assumed where I had my prior mammograms in another city and requested copies. They never received them because this facility does not do mammograms. Premier called and canceled my first appointment because they did not receive them. I went to my second appointment which they told me they were canceling. I explained that they had contacted the wrong medical practice and was assured they would correct this. At my third appointment they canceled again. I was told they didnt know that I had an MRI done on the breast and they had not received the images. Again they had contacted the wrong facility. I told them it was done at a hospital, so the tech contacted the hospital. She was told they would ship the CD immediately as their equipment was done. Having been burned three times now I called Premier two days prior to my FOURTH appointment and was told no MRI had been uploaded to my records. I have since contacted my PCP, another Premier WFBH doctor, and asked to be referred somewhere else. Only God knows when I will hear from him!Premier has no one following up to see if the information they requested was ever received. There are too many part time employees. I have spoken with different techs each time so there is no continuity. Premier Imaging is in desperate need of restructuring and new management!!

Very comfortable waiting room and I didnt have to wait long. Was very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the radiology person who did my xrays. Justin was also very considerate of my aching areas. Thanks for making this a more pleasant experience.

The worst. Despite multiple calls to the office and back to my doctor this office keeps changing my doctors original order. I will drive another 20 minutes for testing because they can’t get things straight. Impossible to work with and very difficult to get on the phone. My doctors office Even told me they tried to tell them what to order. Ridiculous.
