Great office, AWESOME staff, AWESOME dentist! My daughter has autism and this was her first time at Clark’s but also her first dental appointment since Covid. Everyone was so delightful and allowed for a perfect experience for my daughter!!

My child has feared the dentist due to a very traumatic experience earlier on in her life, and she is high anxiety. This dentist office not only made her comfortable, but she left happy and did not even need me to go to the X-ray room with her. That to me speaks volumes considering how scared she had been about going. Dr.Clark and his staff were very nice, polite, and caring. Working with children is not for everyone, but for this office everyone there are great with children. I am so glad to have a dentist my child is not scared or nervous to visit! i would give them 10 stars if possible.

Absolutely love this dentist office... they were so kind to the kids, attentive, and the office is always clean. My kids do way better without a parent, and the hygienists were so nice to take them back and treat them with respect.

I had a appointment at 10 for my son and I had forgotten my mask. This was our first time there. The lady at the desk ask me did I had a mask in the car or something. I replied no. I asked her did she had one to spare since she worked at the dentist office so Im pretty sure they had a extra mask or something she said no. We came all the way from Greensboro and she said we can reschedule our appointment or what not. I mean if she would spear me a mask they would not go out of business you know. This place is not for us. Bad for business and no professionalism. All the mask they are wearing in there and cant spare one. Its crazy.

I have always been very pleased with Dr Clark and his amazing staff. They have always gone above and beyond to make my child feel safe and comfortable. Taking the time to explain procedures and answer any and all questions that we may have during the appointment or if we need to call with a question. I will be finding another dentist for my daughter to go to. As many other parents mentioned about this place, I recently took my daughter in for her cleaning and was told I would have to wait in my car for my daughter to have her cleaning completed. Mind you, my daughter is 4 years old. Yeah, dont think so. Might want to change your business practice or youll lose all your patients.

Our 8-year-old kept thanking the dentist for being so patient and kind after having two baby teeth extracted and wanted to know if we could leave them a tip. I said wed write a good review! Very pleased to have Dr. Clark as our pediatric dentist. Good with kids, good with parents, excellent communication and welcoming facilities.

I am giving it one star because I cant give them zero. I am extremely upset and disappointed in this practice. My ex husband took my son to his appointment and was informed that he had to sit in the car and could not go in with our 8yr old. Mind you 6 months ago, still during COVID I was allowed to sit in the waiting room and could see him from there and I felt comfortable with that. This time they are stating anyone 4 and up has to go in alone with no exceptions even though they are screening and everyone is wearing a mask. As a healthcare professional this is unacceptable. The receptionist stated they sent an email or text out which i did not get. My sons stepmother also takes her child and she did not receive one either. Her son is 5 and they would not allow her back either. The receptionist yelled at her on the phone and stated she could go somewhere else. She then called to cancel his appointments after finding another dental office where she could go back with her child and they had already canceled his appointment and put him as an inactive patient. I understand we have to take caution due to Covid-19 but no child of any age should have to go in somewhere alone without their parent.

Dr. Clark and his team are, BY FAR, the BEST Pediatric Dental Group. All 5 of our children now go to Dr. Clark and love it. In the past we had visited other dentists in our area and our children became afraid of even having their teeth cleaned!Dr Clark treats every patient with care and individuality. He is extremely thorough and does a great job at explaining the work hes doing. Dentist and staff are very friendly, sweet and patient with my son (currently 22 months). They did a great job praising him for positive behavior. He received some toys and a certificate. Dr. Clark takes his time to explain things in detail and answer all your questions.

I would also support what the last user has mentioned , I think the facility is not able to cope up with this COVID-19 situation , I appreciate being proactive ensuring everyones safety but communicating before hand to patients coming in is very important1. your kid is 4 yr old - he/she has to go in alone inside for cleaning2. But for any procedure you can go in , even if they are above 43. Doc will not talk to you, nurse will come out to say what the doc thinksand the best when this was brought up to Dr Clarke his reaction was COVID-19 is making us crazy ..Dr Clarke is good but I am sorry not a good way to handlePolicies should be same for one and all and communication should be of utmost importance.

I absolutely love Dr. Clark and his staff. Everyone is friendly from the time you check in until the time you checkout. Dr. Clark takes his time and explains everything to the parents as well as the kids. Each step of the way through whatever procedure the kids are getting done, he talks you through the process, making the child and the parent not only informed but comfortable. His rapport with the kids is amazing and puts them at ease. My children love going there and I wouldnt think of sending them anywhere else.

Doctor Clark office is always clean and well staffed. Did a great two hour filling today on my son and explained to him everything he was doing. Love the Goodys ...lip balm, pencils, and things. However sad he seems to not want to see us anymore bc my son is now 14.

Dr. Clark and his staff were AMAZING! They are so kind and explained everything to my daughter. She was scared with the XRays but they helped her through it and while she still isnt a fan of the XRay portion, she liked getting her teeth cleaned and the stickers afterward.

Was looking to get my son seen ASAP because his tooth was really bothering him. He has been coming here for a while. The days given I could not take off so I told the receptionist I will see what could be done. When I called back to get the appointment I was told I was blocked from making an appointment since I said I was going somewhere else (which I did not say) and had to speak to management to see if I could book an appointment. I had already had my son seen at another office for his emergency issue, but was bothered I never got a call back from management. Even after 2 follow up calls from me to let them know no one has reached out. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Highly recommend! We took our twins for their first visit today. From check in to check out everyone was wonderful! The staff is very friendly and explains everything that they are doing. They made my boys so comfortable. Dr. Clark is so friendly and immediately developed a great rapport with my boys. He is very informative and made sure all of our questions were answered. When it was time to leave, one of my boys asked if we could stay! Very pleased with our first visit!

Great experience. We were in and out in about 30 minutes without ever feeling rushed or neglected, which was perfect since I had to get back to work after the appointment.They really made the process of my daughters first dentist appointment as painless as possible, explaining everything they were doing as they went so she wouldnt be scared or confused.The atmosphere is also nice, with bright colors and an ocean animals theme, which I think helped keep the visit positive and light-hearted.I will bring my kids back.

I love this dentist so so much for my children. They really are so understanding and talk through everything with you. My son was frightened of getting a shot to numb his gums and the Doctor was so sincere and calm he talked him through everything. Even the front desk is so welcoming the whole atmosphere is just welcoming. This is THE best pediatric dentist I have EVER been to.

The first dentist I took my daughter too was terrible! They said only one parent could come back with our daughter (1yr) and they didn’t show any care for my concerns. Clark’s was the TOTAL OPPOSITE! I LOVE them for my daughter! They did a GREAT job cleaning her teeth and going over ALL the info we needed and allowed us to ask as many questions as needed! They also wanted both parents in the back so the info didn’t have to be relayed from one to another. All around, great experience, great staff— from front desk to the lady who cleaned my baby’s teeth, to the dentist himself. I’m not from the area(moved here 2.5yrs ago) but I will be sure to tell everyone to choose Clark’s Pediatric Dental Group for their kids!

Today was my sons (2 years old) second appointment and it went excellent! We definitely plan on staying with this office. It has such positive vibe, as do all of the employees! My son loves Dr. Clark and so do we hes thorough and always makes a point to include our child to keep him feeling comfortable.

Excellent experience for my daughters first dentist appointment ! She just turned 2 and was very upset about strangers being that close to her. The hygienist was very gentle with her and Dr. Clark was wonderful with her as well! He was very sweet and gentle and sat with us to answer any questions and give us advice on taking care of her teeth at home. Everyone was wonderful from beginning to end!

My son is 6 yrs old and has Autism and Sensory processing disorder. He does not like people touching his mouth let alone in it. We have been to another dentist in the past and those times were very difficult trying to hold him down so they can safely clean his teeth. My son walked in with a big Oh NO! but the assistants were amazing with and Dr. Clark was great! He talked to my son and explained what everything does and that it will not hurt. He had a few loose baby teeth which he let Dr. Clark clean around and even wiggle. My husband and I were in shock that he was allowing his to look and feel into his mouth with out a meltdown. Our first experience was definitely amazing! We booked out next Apt for April!!

This was the first time my 5 year old had ever been to the dentist. I was so scared that he would be a nervous wreck & I didnt know if I could handle him if he got upset. Boy, was I surprised!! He loved EVERY single minute of the dentist visit. From the cleaning of his teeth (he was talking about Mr. Thirsty all evening), to the x-rays, to the inspection from Dr. Clark, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was great & Dr. Clark is AWESOME!! My son has a cavity & he gave me my options of what I could not, didnt just tell me what was going to be done. After the visit was over & I was at the check out desk, my son wanted to go to the lobby to look at the fish & Dr. Clark came out in the lobby & he & my son talked all about the fish tank. I would highly recommend this Pediatric Dentist office. I truly believe you wont regret taking your children there.

I am very cautious of pediatric dentistry after a couple of very bad experiences with other people in this field. This office and their staff have changed my outlook. They gave me options, honest opinions and understood that I dont have a money tree in my backyard. I would highly recommend this pediatric dentist office over any of the others in High Point, and yes Ive been to them all.

The dentist told me my son, who was 5 or 6 at the time, had cavities in 3 of his molars. Went to another dentist a year later for a cleaning and they did xrays.Xrays showed no cavities. Not sure how that happens when I never scheduled an appt to get them filled and the same molars are still in his mouth.EDIT: yes this is the correct dental place.

As a former hygienist of Dr. Clark, I can assure all patients who come that they will be pleased with their service. Indeed, his manner with children is something I have taken to my other offices with great results from our little patients. I have been to this office twice. The second visit is the reason I will not return. I made an appt for my daughter to have a tooth repaired and when I arrived I wasn’t told anything until I went to the back and was told that I was there for a cleaning which is not what I had scheduled an appt for. If I call to make an appt about my child having discomfort from a filling that came out, I’m expecting to get her discomfort taken care of. That was clearly not the case. I willNOT be returning to this practice.The dentist that works at your practice is who filled my daughter teeth years ago. Also I was not told this at the time of schedule or I would have been better prepared. When I scheduled the appt, it was not for a cleaning or exam and I was not told anything about the cleaning until arrival. Very disappointed in how you put peoples business out on your reviews.

Very compassionate dentist and staff. They will do the extra mile to make your child feel calm and comfortable. I took my 3 children with them and we were in and out on not time,and all 3 were very happy.What sold me out is the fact that they were very compassionate with one of my kids that has Autism. As a parent of a special needs child is not easy to find people whos has the patience to work with kids like him. He left with a big smile and said he loves his new dentist.

My daughter is only 9 months old and needed to be seen immediately since she fell and a tooth was almost out. They staff got me in right away and they took such great care of my daughter. As a 9 month old she was very scared, they need to take x-rays and ended up needing to pull the tooth out. Dr. Clark was so sweet to her. The staff and Dr. Clark are amazing and watching them even with other patients they really are great at what they do. Once my daughter needs to go to a dentist regularly we will be going back to Dr.Clark.

I have changed my review for this office due to change in reception. I have been taking my kids here for almost two years and initially LOVED this dentist office. Recently they had a change in reception staff and policy and the combination is horrendous. One of the original girls is still really nice and super helpful, another is nothing to brag about and the third is a nightmare. I brushed off the first couple of encounters hoping for bad days but it hasnt improved. I am no longer bringing my kids here. The dentist was great but you dont see him anymore which is a shame. Good luck!!

Poor decision making by staff (schedule 3 patients at same time and choose to make 10 month old baby wait?). Poor layout with no private rooms for regular cleanings and blaring TV at each chair, separated by five feet from next chair. Rushed doctor (5 minutes in room for filling). Poor work (filling so tight with next tooth that can’t floss and charges $100 to fix the bad work). No sound proofing so we hear screaming child for 15 minutes while waiting for first filling for 5yo.Billing rep (Alexis) is RUDE. Office manager (wife of dentist) dishonest and did not follow through with billing dispute as she said she would. I decided to leave this office and office manager responds to my negative review on Yelp by claiming she told me to leave.Do yourself a favor and go to Lake Jeanette instead.

Great and friendly place. My 7 year old daughter had to have a cavity taken care of and she did great and didnt feel a thing. She was so happy when she left she said they were awesome.

My daughters 2 and 8 years had a great experience at Clark Pediatric Dentist. I was allowed to go to back with them and I was over all very pleased with this dentist. I didnt have to wait weeks or months for an appointment and the staff was great.

The Best Pediatric Dentist in the Triad!!I was very pleased with the level of professionalism, patience and kindness during my childs dental visit. Faith just turned 4 years old and has had some health issues that required several hospital stays and she is usually not very calm around doctors or nurses because of this, but Dr. Clark immediately made her and I feel at ease during a scheduled Pulpotomy procedure. Actually she was so calm and cooperative that he was able to get a closer look at the tooth and found that only a filling was necessary instead of the other exstinsive procedure that was initially planned. He couldnt stop praising her for the great job she did especially for a child her age, but also with her medical history. We just wanted to take the time to thank him for his professionalism and kindness and share with others as well. We are from Greensboro, but Dr. Clark is worth the 30min drive to High Point because he is the absolute best dentist for my children. Thank you Dr. Clark!

I did like taking my kids there until they sent a bill for $50 claiming we had 2 no shows which wasnt true! I left numerous messages and sent an email trying to get them to contact me about the error and to work it out but i never heard a word from any of them again! Too bad because Dr Clark is great but the staff not so much! I will not pay for something i dont owe!

I went today for a second opinion on what to do about my sons cavitys kid smile was just going to pull all 4 front teeth hes only 3!! Absolutely not, they didnt want to give me options either so I called around clacks comes highly recommended he fit me in the same day I called and gave me plenty of options made me feel like as a parent I got choices and was in charge of what was going on instead of them (kid smile) telling me there taking the easy way out. We made a new appointment and will be filling his cavitys!!! Im so happy I found this dentist and will only being doing business with them from this day forward!!

Dr. Clark was our third try at a dentist for my tiny tot. The hygienists were nice, considerate and warm to me and my baby boy. The dentist made a point to be as transparent and educative as possible with me, and I ask a whole lot of questions. The procedure went as well as can be expected and encourage both me and my husband to ask questions as he went along. Parents with children during appointments? Not a problem! Parents with kids during conversations? Not a problem! Thats more than I can say for many other pediatric practices. So we travel 40mins to Dr. Clark!
