Annie is incredible. She has an intuitive approach to her treatments and makes me feel sooooooo good by the time I leave. Lol tip big and dont be cheap. Lol

I opted for a combo pack for 60 mins full body and extra 30 mins for foot reflexology with oil. The receptionist and the masseuse did not have a proper communication, in fact I don’t think there was any effective communication at all between them. More than half the time was spent only on the back, and when I asked the masseuse about the rest of the body, she did not know about it, adding the language barrier to this mess. The receptionist had to be called again to convey the message, as said before that language limited me to explain about the package that I had selected. Just 5 mins was spent on each of the hands and legs in the remaining time. Note: I had to also let the masseuse know that I wanted it with oil. At the end, the receptionist asked for a greater tip. Lord for what? I went for the massage to relax but I feel my body has been stressed more after the massage. My back is so badly sore, couldn’t sleep the entire night on my back. Thanks to the massage on the back Bones instead of the soft tissues and muscles. Worst experience of my life.

I walked in limping because my back was killing me. Kevin gave my back the business and I didnt even tell him where it hurt but it was like he could feel it. I walked out a brand new human.

Great Massage! Really have good technique to squeeze out stress and knots. Be sure to mention any problem spots so they can tackle them better.

Terrible massage! Complete waste of our money. My boyfriend and I are in so much pain. Even though during the massage we squirmed and said ouch they proceeded to dig into our backs and shoulders. They never massaged my boyfriends arms and legs. We are completely convinced that these people were not taught the art of massage therapy. We have had numerous massages in the past and we are sure that we can do a better job. And to top it off we were yelled at by the masseuse when we did not want to give a tip for the horrible service. Please do not go there !

The massages I’ve gotten here have always been very good. The ladies are responsive to requests for more attention to a specific area and if I like a stronger touch they always comply. This has become my go to place for massage.

Im really not sure why this place is rated 3.5 stars. I called up at least a dozen different spas, trying to get a last minute appointment (4 hours in advance). Health Day not only took me, but was able to do a couples massage, even better. The massage was great for us both. The different masseuses focused on our different points of tension and stress. It was $45 each for a full body for one hour. Great price. They had a nice little cd playing a calm track. The room was basic, but clean. Deep tissue massage was 5/5. My masseuse was able to find the knots and stress areas. Mostly shoulders but he included arms, legs, and neck/head for a good amount of time as well. It was perfect. Going back again to try out hot stone.

I had an incredible 1 hour full body massage! The spa was very clean and the ambiance was so peaceful. I left feeling invigorated and relaxed. I highly recommend going!

Massage could have been much better. When i told her to go stronger she gave me a look. They wouldn’t stop talking across the room to one another. It wasn’t a full hour. We all got different massages, some worked on hands and arms some didn’t. Gave a nasty look when we gave tips and demanded for more $10 for a $28 massage. 18-20% do the math. And if you’re going to demand the tip and walk away mumbling, you make it a bad experience and then you definitely deserve the 1 star review. All these issues could have been prevented and tip is not mandatory it is appreciated so be thankful for the 18% you even got.

Great massage. So much better than Massage Envy staff. And You can’t beat the prices! They are very friendly. It’s not a spa, so dont expect anything but a neat bed in a basic room. Clean. I drive 1 hr to this location because of the quality of the massage I get. It’s not about the $, but after trying multiple chain-spas and not really getting a real deep tissue massage, I am happy. They speak enough English despite other reviews. I am not looking to have a deep conversation just a deep tissue massage :) try it! You won’t regret. They do 30 minutes as well.

The worst experience anyone can ever go through. They do foot massages on a sofa chair RIGHT by the entrance. No soothing music, no calming ambiance, nothing relaxing about this at all. In fact, it is extremely awkward. The guy massaging me was day dreaming the whole time and was not focused on my feet. His nails were long and kept scratching me. They also get mad if you tip them 20% (as if they even deserve that.) They expect like 30-40%. Pfffft

Ive been going to this place for a couple years and they have a couple decent masseuses. Namely either Linda or Casey, service is hit or miss and will be finding a different place as I was told I would have one of the good ones and they stuck me with on that was crappie. As well as I made a appointment previously and they screwed that up as well.

Decent massage, poor service. I called before I went and inquired about their hours and if they could take care of me. They said yes, so I went... thinking id be getting the 90 min for $45 deal. Never was I told that because of the time I would not be getting the free 30 mins. As for the massage I wasnt asked if there was an area Id like more focus on. overall the whole experience felt rushed. Better explanation of services or signage would have helped.

Worst spa ever. false advertisement and bad service.

DONT GO. The most horrible spa experience one can think of. The receptionist screwed up with my appointment twice. No one there understands or can speak in English properly. I took the $45 full body massage for one hour with which I was supposed to get a free foot Massage for 30 minutes. During the full body massage the lady kept going out attend phone calls and all she massaged was my back and no other body part as 60 minutes were done. They didnt have any slots for the foot massage that day so she gave me a voucher which I could use on another visit. When I went for my free foot massage, the staff there told me that only if I have them a tip, I can get my free massage as promised. So all these people are focused is over booking appointments via a fraud promotional offer and get tips without delivering satisfacting work.
