Even during these covid times they take their time and keep the facility sanitized and clean. Lana is my technician who is super amazing. Ive been coming to Satori Laser for about 6 months. The spa is beautiful, all white very modern and serene. I have been here about 4 times with esthetician Mimi for laser hair removal of underarms, feet, chin, and Brazilian. Mimi is very knowledgable in her craft, very friendly and she will make you feel comfortable throughout the quick procedure. Satori Laser has great sales on their websites for package deals (these change frequently). There is a small parking lot in the front of the spa.

SCAMMERS!!We were dealing with Stephanie and receptionist at the front desk. My wife was trying to get full-face treatment which is posted on their website and on the menu paper for $109. When we asked Stephanie if this deal is still available, she lied to us saying this promotion was over last month and not available anymore. Instead of doing full-face treatment, she offered half-face treatment and rest area’s separately which was MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE!! Stephanie pretended like she was giving us a “great deal” but in the reality she was overcharging us by almost $200!!! Even receptionist was confused why Stephanie is overcharging us, but still pretended like that’s ok. We did our research and found out they are complete LIERS! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY - GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND PAY THE PEOPLE YOU CAN TRUST.

This is my 5th session here, and I cant rave enough about the service and results! Im from queens, but I gladly trek to this location because satori does such an amazing job. My consultation went great My technician Stephanie was awesome. This was my first time getting laser and I was very nervous. However my technician Stephanie walked me through the process with ease. It was a wonderful experience! I bought a Groupon for my first treatment to get me started on laser hair removal and they treated me no different than if I were a client paying full price. I believe her name was Andrea or that might have been the girl at the desk. Either way they were both lovely! They use this really cool laser that shoots ice cold air on your skin instead of using messy gels and stuff. You know that all depends on how much attention and care they are paying toward you? Its a sad excuse for poop service telling clients that their results might be patchy.
