Im very pleased with the doctors and staff. They take time to listen and treat patients very well. Theyre easy to communicate with and understand their directions regarding health concerns.I feel blessed with the best medical team available to me. I highly recommend Wake Forest Baptist Health.

Dr. Douglas Miller is a very competent doctor, knowledgeable and caring. My husband and Ihighly recommend him. We also saw Dr. Shenoy and he offered very good care as well.

Im sorry, but I cant come on here and give a good review, or even a some what good review. Seemed like one of the worst physicians offices that Ive ever been to. I have worked for several Drs offices in and around Hickory NC, Ive never saw a Drs office ran as this one is. The girls at the front desk acts like if they were to smile, their face would break. They ALL seem so unhappy that their there. Its ALWAYS the patients right as of which Dr they want to see, or to switch physicians if they dont care for the physician their placed with while in the hospital. The office manages name is Kenny. We call Kenny one day to express that we did not particularly care for the Dr that I was placed with while in the hospital. We were told that he (Kenny) would look into me switching physicians and he would call us back. We never told him at that time who we was on the phone. He looked up our number in their system and found out that it was me. Instead of calling me back (which he never called me back), he spoke with the physician and the physicians nurse, we could tell that he had spoke with them because of just how nice and two faced they were the next time we went. As of last week I was released by their practice because I didnt need there service anymore. But we still have not heard anything from the office manager. I feel its poor practice especially when the office manager dont even hold up to his end. As far as Dr. Cox and his nurse Any, neither on had any bedside manners. I kept on getting sick off of the food going into my feeding tube. Called Amy over and over. She finally told me that I was going to have to more less grow up and take it. Ive never been spoke to like that from a nurse. She was just very rude. At least before Kenny spoke to her. Anyway, may they were just having bad days, as if I know, everyone has a bad day every once in a while. Ill say it again, Im sorry I have to write this, because if you can see my reviews on other places, youll see that its not in me to come on here and make any kind of negative reviews. But I cant help the way I truly feel. Thanks for taking the time to read these review.

Been going here for 3 years now. My other primary provider retired and this place was highly recommended. Never had a problem. Everyone is helpful and very professional.
