Dr. Garwood is great! She is so kind, compassionate, and gives wonderful medical care.

In February of last year my husband received the news he needed carotid artery surgery! He was referred to Frye Hospital, Dr. K Todd Piercy. While seeing Dr. Piercy for a consultation, he was very thorough with how the surgery would be done, the possible complications (which they must explain), and the recovery time. After getting the necessary pre-op exams, blood work, etc., the surgery was scheduled! I was pleasantly surprised (as his wife) with how he continually kept me informed as the surgery progressed! His assistant called to the waiting room at least every hour to let me know how he was doing, that surgery was coming along good and that they would be calling back soon. They kept me informed all through the surgery til he was finished! Dr. Piercy himself called after it was over and explained how he was, which was very good! He told me it would be awhile, after recovery, that I could see him! In conclusion, Dr. Piercy was wonderful! My husband had no complications what so ever with his surgery! He was very cordial, wonderful bed side manners and professional! We would recommend Dr Piercy highly as a surgeon!
