I received a facial, lip/chin wax and a set of volume lashes from Lexi. She was very attentive and professional. My face feels and looks amazing and my lashes are the best I’ve ever had. I recommend this spa and Lexis services to anyone that wants quality results. The establishment was clean and very well organized. I look forward to seeing Lexi for my next appointment.

Online scheduling was easy. The services was listed with prices. I only recommend they add a full face and a price for it. Isabella was awesome and will be my go to from now on. The staff was friendly and greet you as you go thru the door. A good relaxing environment.

Ginger does my facials and shes absolutely fabulous. At the end of each facial, I leave there feeling so marvelous, so relaxed, and my skin looks and feels amazing. This place was amazing!! I even got my husband to go. He works in maintenance and DOESNT think thats MANLY BUT hes working on huge machinery everyday and down in pits and contestants lifting 100s of lbs during his 12hr shifts at any given time while working on these presses and machined.So hes strained And pulled and messed up his muscles in his arms legs back shoulders and neck at any given time over the 15yrs.That being said he came out and his knees wasnt as sore and stiff, his neck could move side to side. And he had full motion of his arms.Now lets see how long it last.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Alexis and my HydraFacial. I was a little nervous just because Im always anxious going anywhere new, but walking in, I was immediately welcomed and put at ease. The MedSpa has a very calming atmosphere and everyone is very helpful and professional. They have a great range of products and no one pushes you to purchase anything if you arent interested. I believe their services are reasonably priced and theyre in a good location in Hickory. I will definitely be continuing services here for the foreseeable future.Alexis was fantastic. She has a very calming voice and is super sweet. The HydraFacial experience was great and the facial massage was incredibly relaxing. The bed is very comfy with a pillow for both your head and knees so youre relaxed the whole time. I cant say enough good things about the spa and staff. 10/10 would recommend!

Sofia is amazing! She is super friendly and very good at her job! I see her for waxing and facials and have never been disappointed.

I had a prenatal massage at 39 weeks and it felt absolutely amazing! Walked out feeling the most relaxed I’ve felt in awhile!

The staff is very courteous and I never have to wait more than a few minutes before I get called back.

I went for a deep tissue massage and Jessica did a fantastic job of working through some very tough areas in my back. I will be seeing her again.... soon!

My husband gave me a gift card for my birthday. Today I got to enjoy my gift. I decided on a 30 minute massage, the Signature facial and a makeover. The services were awesome and I received some great information on skin care. The staff was personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning.

Ive been to this facility a couple times in the past and have never had issues with getting appointments or with customer service, but this past time I had an appointment I had a gift card from Christmas from my husband, had an appointment for a Saturday (this is the only day I can go to the spa because I work like a normal adult Monday-Friday and plus have a kid and Saturdays are the only day I can get a sitter) Id been looking forward to this spa day for a month after a booked it (nothing was said about a possible scheduling issue when I made my appointment at the beginning of January) then THE DAY BEFORE I get a call that they will have to reschedule my appointment! At first I was completely fine with that but they tell me the reason is because the Saturday masseuse is out on maternity leave and they dont have a Saturday masseuse to take her place yet (most places of business when you tell them your pregnant start getting their ducks in a row to prepare for the maternity leave) you would have thought they would have done the same thing so they didnt have to lose those busy Saturday massages from not having a masseuse? They tell me they can reschedule me for a Monday, Tuesday or Friday but I once again tell them I work though the week and can only come on Saturdays, I asked when they would have a Saturday masseuse and they said they didnt know, I dont want to be using my Christmas gift in July....I then ask to speak to a manager and of course she wasnt there, I asked for her to call me on Monday and here its Wednesday and no call from this professional manager! I did sale my gift card since its there policy to not refund gift cards but I made sure to tell the girl who bought my gift card about their awful customer service and unprofessional management!! Very disappointed in this company!

Horrible customer service. A lady who works here slammed the door rudely and gave a ugly look because my baby started whining a little bit. I purchased 200$ work of products and had a appt booked for a facial. I returned everything and cancelled my appt. I hate bad customer service!!! Ill take my money elsewhere.
