I have gone here for over 2 years the people are good and sometimes fast i love going their they help me out alot and will keep going here until i am ready my family go their to and love that place to go to and i love the nurses

First off... this place is very expensive for long term treatment. It can be difficult to pay, but if you are living right & working then you should be able to pay most of the time & they will work with you for fee exceptions. It should be treated like a necessity bill like your power or car payment because it is NECESSARY. There is absolutely no judgment from the staff. They do rotate employees often but so far they always treat you as if youre just another person. If you prove to them you want to do good they will help you. If you treat it like a dope house theyll either throw you out or youll get fed up with the strict rules for take homes & medicine increases.

Everytime i bring my bf here the nurses are rude and disrespectful they come in 30 to 45 mins late he stands in line for over a hr because the nurse are to busy playing on there phones something seriously needs to be done theses nurses in here need to be fired

Great staff!! They really care about each person. This is a wonderful program for anyone who is serious about recovery but still needs medication to help. Some of the doctors arent great but other than that staff couldnt make you feel more comfortable.

Its what you make out of it ... if you want it bad enough it works

Im certainly glad theres places like this in place for people that have these problems and have nowhere else to turn. With this place addicts do not steal lie cheat and other ridiculous things that drugs make you do but instead you go to a safe clean place to get your medicine so you can function hold down a job and other important sayings that you need to do on a daily basis. The only downfall that I have found is the same feelings when detoxing arent any better than coming off the real thing and the staff changes on a yearly basis from counselors two secretaries to nurses butt all of them give 100% in making you feel comfortable and treat you like human beings. I myself recommend this place if you have no other means of quitting by yourself. Good luck and have a nice day.

I absolutely love this place and Im so grateful for them. The staff is great. Theyre very friendly and professional. Which is a big difference from the Gastonia location their staff was horrible and very rude. Id definitely recommend you go to the Hickory location if you have a choice. Anyway getting into treatment here has saved my life. I almost died from complications shooting dope and thought I had lost everyone and everything now Im clean from street drugs, Im so happy, my family actually wants me around and is helping me, and Im just getting my life back all the way around.

I love the staff here! Theyre so sweet & I talk to everyone the one one a week I have to go. Most of the staff goes above & beyond for anyone. You have to give respect to get it in return & a smile will get you a long way.

Place should have shut down when they embarrassingly cut funding to their clients after two year guarantee on paper and then after two months cutting the funding and just remaining bewildered as to why it happened. People suffered over this..hope whoever was responsible for the epic funding loss lost their job. Very unprofessional business with focus on pharmaceutical profits and not patient care.

If you want help from addiction, this place is great, and the entire staff genuinely cares about everyone.

My first time getting clean from banging heroin was my last time getting clean. June 27th 2017 was my first day off the junk. This clinic is absolutely amazing and the councilors actually care and are loving. I enjoy walking in to check in cos of how awesome the front desk ladies are. I love getting to the window because the nurses at the pharmacy are amazing and great at their job. No judgement at all. Now certain times there are lines that take 30 minutes, one time took well over an hour probably closer to 2 hes he get through but that was just a fluke -- never really happens .I use to get pissed over how long the line takes till I learned that at other places the normal is over an hour. Most of the time, however, I get in and dose and get out unless I have a drug screen (& the ladies there, too, are awesome). They really treat you human and with dignity. Like I said, everyone there is very caring and legitimately cares about what you have to say and even worry about you, SHOUT OUT TO SCOTTIE, I mean this place, this place has helped me so damn much its crazy. I just wish we could get take homes despite the fact ya smoke weed and besdies the done, cannabis has been a vital importance to me staying off the pogostick.

The lines are long. Counselors have no clue what theyre doing. All in all hope to leave here soon or switch to a different place.

If u are ready to get clean and work a program with the medication this is a wonderful place

I think its a shame when people want to judge this place this is a legit place to help people who has drug problems. It is by know means a place they had out more dope trust me theres lots out there but this is not one of them!!! We work really hard to get what were supposed to by staying clean and following rules!!! This place saved my life!!!!
