I called to check if they would let me get another pair just like mines, they said no and in the worst way they told me that they didnt have the glasses I picked out anymore not professional at all

Beware of this optical plus company to those who have medicaid they tell you that they have to pay a copay when they are covered in full once you pay and call the insurance to let them know what happened, they tell the insurance that one chose expensive glasses when Its a lie, they never teach you the option that medicaid covers you, they are liars

The consultation with the Dr was excellent, the delay in the office was not much around 40 or 50 minutes in what the Dr saw me and I chose the armor everything was clean and they take all measures with these virus issues my only criticism is that they must find a way to deliver the glasses faster, they took 14 days, it seemed like a long time to me. The girls at the front desk are very nice
