STAY AWAY*** I ordered wrong size. Then attempted to return and get the correct size. After speaking with Felipe on the phone for 20 minutes. He said that he had spoke with his supervisor and that I could come to the warehouse and exchange. So I get in a LYFT and go to the address 14000 nw 82nd Ave. I get there and a lady comes out and says that they can not exchange the faja for me. Without even looking at it. The faja is still new in its original packaging. So I told her that I paid $50 for a LYFT bcuz I was told that my wrong size faja would be exchanged. She said no and went back inside the warehouse suite. So I’m out of $120 cost of faja plus additional $50 for LYFT. SMH. STAY AWAY IS ALL I CAN SAY. This is bad business all the way around. I’m not a happy customer.

I ordered a faja from this company but never received it and when I contacted them about it I got the run around about it and then they refused to give me back my money. I had to do a dispute with PayPal about my item I paid for. The manager said he would replace it but then didnt. Stay away from here just shady I tell you. If I could give zero then I would. Dont tell me your going to do something and then dont follow through.

I must say that I think they are switching the size tag when selling to the public, because the size that I ordered from body shape was larger than the size strax gave me but when the item arrived it was ten times smaller. Shame on your company Body Shape Tech. Explain how a 2xl looks like a small when sold to the public but when u get it from strax with your logo it’s the right sizing.
