I went here with one of my relatives. We had an appointment and they attended to us exactly at our appointment time. They were precise. They are very professional. We came here to receive help (basically our second appointment) Ill update this further once we come more times.They were really nice to us and gave my relative some time to feed her baby and asked about ten minutes later if she can come in while feeding the baby. They were great in attitude!The only downside about one of their employees gave one of my relatives a scare. Just remember to trust advice from people from people with their job roles! This place was easy to find as well. They have two waiting rooms and when you get called in another two waiting rooms. The only thing I didnt like was that we were too close with others and there was a sick baby by us.We were out within two hours but most of the time consisted with the employees attending to us so not much waiting!

I like this office. Have been going there for more than two years since i got pregnant and they have everything well organized, you can see 3 different people in the same appointment and they work so good together as a team that you don’t even notice. I have never had an inconvenience and i still haven’t met one staff member who doesn’t know what they are doing, they’re all very knowledgeable. It’s not their fault that you must go there every two months. They make the constant visits bearable with their fast and nice customer service.

I rate this office 5 stars. Not once was I disrespected or mistreated. They have helped me for 2 years. The waiting does take long because of the quantity of people in each section of rooms. They will take long obviously for that reason and because if you do not come prepare they must measure, weight or check blood count of your child. On top of that I have seen them rushing to get things done and they stressed the fact of poor manners clients have. I have never seen them on their cellphones. On the other hand I have seen parents constantly on their phones allowing their children to go wild in each room and Not paying attention to their own children many times the employees had to speak up to the parents. I appreciate their help no matter how long it takes. People you need to understand this job is not easy as well as working for Department Of Children And Families and other customer service related jobs. Dont forget your manners. Understand youre not the only one being taken care of. And they dont need to help you they could just shut down and Help no body but , theyre still there. Give them a chance to show their quality in their work but Im sure youve already seen that because you get benefits on the WIC card . Yes my my kids do get wild in there; yes I want to get out of there as quickly as possible; yes Im not patient *but Im getting help.

All the staff are very helpful and really care about the customer. I got 15 minutes late and I thought I will lose my appointment, but they were awesome! the front desk and the lady who does all the process. thank you so much!! keep being like that!!!

If i could give this place a negative 0 i will definitely do so. Every single time I come here they take forever to attend children, they have a very bad attitude towards everyone and bad face when children cry for tiredness or they play because THEY ARE KIDS!!! I will like to add that the ladies dont work well, they gave me an appointment with a date and hour, when is my date and hour the other worker says the date and time has expired. This had happen to me twice. I always take my papers with me and they dont coordinate very well the appointments. Very disappointed with this office customer service and workers.

Worse office ever! They take forever to take care of you and on top of that they are very rude. I was in the office for 5 hours the first time and the second time they just refuse to give me the WIC because she said I needed a different type of proof. I am going back to the broward office they are much better customer service, nicer, faster, and they help you out.

I had a terrible experience here with an employee. The way she treated me when I was trying to explain a situation with my premature twin babies. They are allergic to most milks can only have puramino. That milk has to be ordered you cant find it in any local store. I had one of my twins in the Picu and I had my daughter at home who is very allergic and will die if she has any other milk that is not pureamino. So I called and scheduled a Saturday appt which was never actually made so the nasty woman at the window was trying to turn me away because I didnt have an appt. Now I asked to speak to the manager because this woman would not even listen to me she treated me tereably and finnaly The manager came and assisted me but this is suppose to be a government assistance program and I am going through a really hard time and I had to for a big show to get a little bit of help. This is so wrong. My babies were born 32 weeks old and were in the nicu for 50 days I think they should have at least heard my problem and actually try to help me.

What Garbage.... This lady made everyone go downstairs to wait in the lobby until 8:15 . ( pregnant women, children, toddlers, infants...) She claims they dont open until 8:15am, I guess her cafesito and tostada are more important than some preggo womans kankles, and hurting back....

Usually when you go to a goverment center for public assistance the employees are rude and very disrespectful. To my surprise this was the complete opposite ar the WIC office in Hialeah. The employees are kind and polite. Its true what the other comments state. You are asking for public assistance, dont expect to be in and out.

Was here for 2+ hrs with my new born baby there were more than 5 windows open but employees were too busy using their cellphones and talking about how busy it is and how much they will be getting on their next review! This is unacceptable where is the management team or supervisor to controlThis? Worst experience ever!

I go and I have waited 3 hours but you know what attitude or long wait times your getting help that you dont have to pay for so you should appreciate it even if the people are rude. If you really need the help the rude part doesnt really matter what does is the milk your getting for your baby.

These people in Hialeah put on the hours they want, they forget that it is a job they are paid for and that their duty is to be professionals. Today in full working hours and they were already with the door closed, they did not even answer the phone as if people had plenty of time to waste going there.

It is not the first time that something happens to me in this place with a specific lady who attends the reception, that first lady who had a problem with her told me that they are not in the system that day of my appointment and changes me for another day whose day I come and was not in the system because she did not put me and the person who attended me that day told me that my turn had already passed was for the day that I had gone first and that that lady attended me and told me that I wasnt there, today it happens to me that I meet her at the reception and when I saw her that she was the one who was going to attend me I already knew that I was going to have a problem and I was not mistaken I arrived a few minutes late because of the traffic and lack of parking to park me He said he could not attend me and he changes my appointment knowing that he is a small baby and one works and can not be missing or being late for his work, it cost him nothing to attend to me The room was practically empty because it was early in the morning and I He says that there was not much staff to attend to me, something that I do not understand because whenever I come there are the same people working so there was no difference with respect to other days, it seems to me that he does not have professionalism to attend the public that goes there with babies that is not the same that going alone that has to understand I was annoyed of the place, Ive been there and Ive met good people but in particular this lady who is at the reception today nothing to do otherwise I want the next time I have to go to an appointment please do not attend me she does not know his name if I knew without doubt put it thanks

I had appoiment with my newborn baby and they didnt want to take care of me, supposedly I can only take 15 minutes before losing the appointment and it took me 38, those 38 minutes were looking for a place to park because they dont have enough parking, when I arrived I explained why my delay and they simply told me that they could not attend me, that I had to make another appointment, I practically begged them that please I could wait, a relative did me the favor of taking me because I was undergoing caesarean section and I can not drive and very despotively They told me no, that they had many appointments and did not have enough staff. Then I ask you, is it that the lack of sufficient parking and that they do not have the proper staff is a reason to cancel an appointment with a baby who should not be exposed to public places for not having enough vaccines?

Very dissatisfied with the service of this place. First of all, I tried to visit him to deliver some documents and just one Friday that supposedly ends at 2 pm and I arrived around 11:30 am and when they attended to me they told me that they could not because their schedule was about to close. My question is what time do they really have? What does it cost them to educate themselves a little more in the treatment of the population and improve the service since it is part of the treatment towards mothers.

I had an appointment and they sent me a message to confirm if I was coming and I said yes and when I get to the office the lady treated one like a dog and told me that I did not have an appointment I left and I remembered that they sent me a message on the phone and I went back to show him and the lady what I was talking about was with another person when I saw that lack of respect and professionalism

Horrible they have you waiting for up to 3 hours they do not respect the schedules of the appointments and if you complain they do not give you explanations of why they are taking so long and if you have to see a nutritionist you delay twice
