I began here when Dr. Rotter owned the clinic. Had great experience and continue now with Dr. Perez. He takes his time, considers your lifestyle and goals when discussing your life and cares. I also appreciate that they run on time- no long waits.

What a great experience I had at Sierra Medical Center.. the staff was very professional and thorough. Absolutely love love Dr. Perez... he is truly one of a kind... funny, easy to talk too and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. Im so glad I found Sierra Medical Center and will tell my family and friends....

I have been going here for years and am always satisfied with the service I get and the knowledge of doctor Rotter. This facility goes the extra mile to use advanced testing to properly diagnose and treat. They don’t just guess and send you home with meds. It’s hard to find a good general practitioner that cares these days and with Sierra medical you will find exactly that.

I truly feel that they care more about money than the patients here. Im going to find another primary care doctor.

Never had a problem until I had spoken to the pa about my struggling to lose weight. He said to try a prescription. When I was walking out the secretary want to charge me 75 bucks for a prescription. Just the prescription paper. Not the actual medication.Very unethical

First of all, I would like to say that Physicians are not the cause of our medical conditions, we are because of the way we take care of ourselves Therefore, the attitudes and frustratuons comes from us and our need to be directed by the doctor.The doctors, Nurses and Staff at Sierra Medical Center have been taking care of me for over 20 years. As an African American female, observing the committment to providing quality care has been unbelievably non-stop. I receive smiles, laughter, and staff listening to my emotional changes at times.I love all of these individuals and continue to look forward to a lasting, efficent, and quality care.I must elaborate on the Owner, Lydia and her ability to transition her business over the years to the utmost provider of quality care. I have watched her grow with patience, and concern for her patients care.Lydia I am proud of you so keep up the good works. I REALLY NEED YOUR SERVICES.

This doctor literally screamed at me and my mom and treated me horribly. I had to leave because he pointed at the door for me and my mom to leave if we didn’t like the way he was speaking to us.it was very abusive and aggressive and the worst part is that he didn’t even check me and just diagnosed me. It was a horrible and abusive experience. I don’t recommend him at all it’s better to go to an urgent care. The doctors name is Alejandro Rotter

New PCP for me and the wait was fair considering Ive waited an hour plus at other practices. The place is small (rooms a tad dated), but super clean. You can tell its family run... The staff is really quite friendly. Shame I didnt know they were in my area for so many years. Dr. Rotter heard me out and had me in and out and feeling well again soon after. My follow-up was with their female doctor as I couldnt accommodate my schedule to fit his availablity that week, but she was lovely to me. Dont mind seeing either one in the future.

I was new to the area and needed a Dr in my insurance plan so I chose Dr. Rotter to transfer my records to.I have a few health issues and after a few months of seeing the Dr, he adjusted a couple of my meds and they have worked out tremendously.I highly recommend Dr. Rotter as a primary doctor . Once he and his team get to know you they are so respectful, helpful and compassionate. I have resently moved to Pompano and can no longer see him since the drive is too far but if it wasnt for that, I would keep going to see him. The Sierra Medical Center team are dedicated to being able to help you with anything you may need and Dr Rotter is just amazing. Ill miss them all but will recommend them to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

POOR SERVICE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, DISCRIMINATE THOSE WHO HAVE MODEST INSURANCE AND DO NOT ATTEND BY ORDER OF ARRIVAL (AS THEY SAY) THE ONE THAT PAYS THE MOST, IS THE ONE THAT THEY ATTEND FIRST, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I had an appointment at 2:15, I arrived 8 minutes early, and yet I had to wait 45 minutes because they made a patient come in first, who arrived almost 20 minutes after me. Lack of respect for patients time.
