Safe yourself the headache, just dealing with the staff (Janet and Maite) is a nightmare, not to mention you have to pay for parking and the traffic around the location is dangerous.No doubt Dr. Luis Lugo provides quality care to their patients but his staff is the most unprofessional Ive ever dealt with, sarcastic, they refuse to speak to you or if is on English rudely change the language to Spanish to at the end not even help which is their purpose.Very sad with how this office is manage his patients and looking forward to move my love ones out of here.You should do the same....

This has to be the most unprofessional staff i have ever had to deal with ever!!!!!!!!They are charging for something I have never had to pay for ever in all the years Ive gone to any doctors office. The way they love to threaten with sending you to collections, raise theyre voice to you and talk down to you like if your inferior to them. I will never ever step foot in that doctors office nor recommend anyone to that office. Its a shame that doctor has that type of staff in his office. I guess he could care less the way his patients are treated. Its all about the money!!!!!!!

Office always clean and staff are friendly and bilingual. Unfortunately Ive never seen the actual doctor, always the nurse practitioner. Been a patient for about a year. Shes good just kinda wish theyd schedule me with the doctor. But not complaining. I still receive quality care. And be ready to pay for parking as they dont validate.

If there was a lower rating I would select that, my dads care is on the hands of this doctor which so far has been good, however the staff working at this office (Maite) are completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and sarcastic.They have no empathy with the patients and /or family members of the patient, and quite honestly I am surprise they have contact with public at all.Health is not a luxury is a need, and when our love ones have the need we need all the support we can get to provide quality of life.Im lucky to still have my dad but this people will not look for your best interest or help you and support you through the care and/or day to day needs to fullfill quality of life.My advice is that if your love ones are going through a serious life change dont go to this office, youll find yourself out of options and they most likely be the ones pushing your limits to the point of questioning why you even bother to bring your family member for care here.
