Great staff, Dr. Ilen Diaz was really good. Both offices are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Very professional, I will repeat a visit. We need to understand that we are too many for only few doctors, we need to be patient and help with the COVID process.

I WENT TO THE HIALEAH OFFICE AND was attended by Dr Ilen Diaz. I REALLY recommend Dr Diaz. She was right on point and very sweet. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, I WILL RETURN FOR SURE.

I have been treated several times by Dr Ilen Diaz. Every time she has been a complete professional. She takes the time to listen, is very knowledgeable and thorough and she always has a smile on her face.Her staff is very nice also.I would recommend her 100%.

Waiting time about 1 1/2 hour and 2 hours for 3 min doctor time, even if you have a prior appointment, people in there are too loud that they remind me my hometown Mercadito, Drs are nice but man the waiting time is ridiculous, I know U always have to wait because that is the way doctor offices work here in US , but they should work on that, and the last thing they never answer the phone

EXELLENT Doctor, I went for the first time for a regular appointment, but needing a Mohs surgery, and Dr. Francisco asked me, What can I do for you today? Immediately I replied, I need to have a Mohs surgery and in manner of minutes Dr Francisco was putting the anesthesia and doing the surgery. Thank you so much!!!

If I could rate this a negative, I would. Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE unprofessional attention. First, the doctor walked in the room and immediately took a phone call. When I explained to him the problem I was having, he did not even bother to look at what it was. As I was asking him questions he was walking out of the room as if he was in a rush leaving me at mid question. The icing on the cake was that they never sent my paper work to the acutane company therefore I wasted my time and was never able to receive my medication. NEVER going to this place again. I have never been treated with this much neglect by a doctor. Ever.

I went in to get a lump on my head removed but he was very violent, neglectful and didnt remove the lump after shaving a huge chunk of my hair off my head. Very unprofessional. Please dont go to this person. Nasty abuse.Its the older pale lady that goes into doctor Scotts office that wears the new balance shoes. Her name starts with an M.

My experience with this Dr. first time in Hialeah was very distasteful they all spoke Spanish and the waiting room was full of people to the extent no chairs available.Took out an appointment in Pembroke Pines horrible again.I am used to the performance at the Dermatology Dept. at UM which is extremely different will not see this Dr. againNo quality time only quantity of patients is his aim!

Just one word, Horrible place .. after waiting 1 hour for my appointment, i asked for male doctor .. a female shows up and didn’t even checked me .. and said that I was good .. I will never go back to that place .. no assistance what’s so ever .. they called me 10 times before appointment.. and called wrong person few times on my number .. you can tell .. no organization, no English there .. but we are in USA .. in medical services ... they should close the business and go work at a Farm !! Don’t go there .. no hâte ! Just facts and truth !

Great doctor and staff. Both of my daughters went to Dr. Flores. My oldest was cured of her acne within a few months. My youngest was a little longer. He started her on the gentlest acne treatment first. After exhausting all possibilities he had to start the Isotretinoin treatment. It’s a pain in the butt because she is a girl and needed to do all the blood work and iPledge. He and his staff are strict with following the process. But she is off it about 6 months and her face is acne free. If you want a doctor who holds your hand and spends time with you, he is not the one. We timed him once as a joke and he was in the room with us for 46 seconds. Now if you want a doctor who knows his stuff, he’s excellent. There is a drawback to his wait times. His waiting room is packed. It will take between 30 minutes to an hour before you get to see him. I don’t normally see doctors who take too long to see you but we invested time with him and he was such an amazing, knowledgeable doctor that we decided to stay with him rather than look for someone else. It paid off.

Horrible, they never answer, they dont give you any sort of paperwork that is important, and when you ask them for it they treat you as if you’re stupid. If i can rate this lower than one star i would.

Pésimo trato al paciente, te ve en 2 minutos, pareciera que no le importa nada de lo que le dices y que no le gusta que le preguntes. No pierdan su tiempo y su dinero con este doctor, te harán esperar 1 hora y te verá por solo 2 minutos…tan rápido fue la consulta que se me olvidó preguntarle algo, le digo a la enfermera que le pregunte algo, y escucho como el le dice “que quiere este”

Muy mala atención , pésimo trato y falta de respeto a los pacientes, me entraron a una habitación y se olvidaron que estaba ahí, la misma que me entró al cabo de una hora me preguntó que yo hacía ahí, la doctora que estaba apurada para irse no me dedico ni 5 minutos. Nunca volveré a esa consulta; espero que los pacientes nuevos , miren las opiniones ; cosa que yo no hice, por eso escribo para ayudar a otros.

A lack of respect for bad work and lack of professionalism, especially from the “NP” Ilen Diaz. I do not know the work of Dr Flores, but considering that workers like Ilen Diaz and others of the staff work under his name, it leaves a terrible image.

The doctor saw me, I removed a mole, something very simple for a doctor and I sutured with 4 stitches and all the stitches were opened and released early, apparently I do not suture correctly, also I do not like the treatment of the office staff

I give a star because I cannot give 0 ... yesterday I went with my mother to the Miramar clinic ... the girls were very nice but the attention of dr. It was terrible .... I arrived I took biopsy samples from two lesions without first disinfecting the area and I used the same needle to infiltrate the anesthesia ..... he turned around and didnt even explain the aftercare .... horrible .. . Worse than a factory ... !!!

The office they have in Miramar is excellent, very good workers and tremendous attention, they dont waste time, but the Hialeah office is terrible, they are all losses and a delay that I wont even tell you about, I cant stand going to that office, they are in anything but put for his work what a horror

My experience was very positive. I was desperate for a dermatologist and this was the only place I found that accepted my insurance. A little nervous when I read the reviews that in the middle of everything this was the place I had to go. Mrs. Mercedes was very kind to me in finding me an appointment as close as possible and every time I called or she contacted me, she was very kind and correct. The consultation is very clean, something that is very appreciated in times of covid 19. The staff is very friendly, I have no complaints from anyone, nor the front desk, nor the assistants. The doctor who attended me was super friendly and professional and took time to explain and listen to me. Many doctors today do not let you speak and she took the time to listen to my medical history and also explain what she believed could be my diagnosis. Right there she did a biopsy of my skin and gave me treatment, just thanks for the good care.

THE ATTENTION IS SUPER, I felt very happy and comfortable with Dr. Ilene, she is very professional, kind and all the assistants are very good, thank you for coming to that place.

I went a few days ago, I would say with great confidence that it was the WORST ATTENTION I have received, I was treated by a doctor, but very bad, I told her twice about what she had gone and it was as if she spoke to the wall, she never said show me Or even let me see, he went straight to order laboratories and a very bad explanation, in less than 5 minutes he had already attended to me, what horror !! And I dont know what to say about the assistants, horrible, they ask all the questions behind the patient! Can you imagine? There was music in the hallway that was heard in the rooms. The worst attention they have ever given me was for some spots on the skin, they did a biopsy whose result took more than a month at the end I returned to my appointment, after 2 hours waiting they told me that my result was negative verbally and that I I would send the result by mail a month ago and Im still waiting for it, I dont recommend them at all 👎

The attention was kind and quick ... my babies were well looked after, with a lot of tact and professionalism on the part of the doctor and her assistants.

If I could leave a comment without leaving a star outside 0. This place does not work, they did a surgery, when I went to remove the points they told me that already and since it was in the back I could not see that they had been removed well. When I called to be seen urgently, I had to wait another week. The wound healed with the thread inside, and now it looks horrible. Do not go to this place, they are not professionals at all.

They are irresponsible on December 31, I asked for an appointment with the doctor and the other lady was there, they did not open the whole morning they did not find the keys. They did not call or change appointments and when I call for the quote. New I was given to June shameless. I lost 2 appointments my deductible was covered. now not.the doctor is very good but the people who work with you on appointments and reception are fatal and irresponsible.

The service of the dermatologists attending the dr. Flowers are excellent.But Billings part is bad and they make many mistakes. And when you call tel. From the office there is never an option to talk to someone to help you solve.
