Dr. Phaguda is a very professional and caring physician. Getting appointments with him is quick no long waiting times of 4 weeks to months and you see the doctor himself instead of a physicians assistant. He spends quality time which explores all problems and if referral is needed the process through his staff is fast and efficient. Dr Paul Phaguda is one of the best physicians that I have had who has been my Primary Care physician for over 25 years. The reason we chose Dr. Phaguda initially, is because he is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and a graduate of one of the top medical schools, and of course top residency programs in California.Dr. Phaguda always takes the time to review my medical history and manage all my ailments I have had over the years.What we also love about Dr. Phaguda, he takes the time to return phone calls promptly, no matter what time of the day. We have found him to be a very strong patient advocate for prevention and education (something many docs do not spend enough time on with patients).He has always managed to refer me to top specialists whenever it was needed. He also has an extraordinary staff, who are very cordial, polite and friendly. They are very good at answering the call and scheduling appointments. Doctor spent a long time with my twins for their physical. My Son had lost over 100 pounds in a few months and the doctor schooled him on what amount of calories he should be eating and talked about exercise. Dr. Phaguda is the best family medicine physician I have ever been to. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful.

The only reason Im not giving him a one is because of how quick I got in and out. That being said when your a new patient your whole intake experience should be way more thorough. While I was giving him my history he would repeatedly cut me off. His intake questionaire seemed strange too. Instead of asking about my medical history or my familys history, it asks if you have a gun at home.I have been having dizziness and blurred vision. I mentioned that to him and he looked at me like I was crazy. Needless to say, Ill be changing doctors next month.

Doctor Phaguda has been mine and my childrens family Physician for over 20 years. He is caring and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a Doctor to prescribe medications for everything, then he is not the one for you. He believes in healthy life styles for healthy living first (in my experience with him). The office staff he has now is not the best.They tend to be slow and unpersonalized with patients. They are not quick with patient maintenance, but are organized.

This Doctor mistreats his patients in particular the elderly, he is rude and inconsiderate, he does not care about your symptoms and does not like to refer you to specialists. He only asks you to go to ER if symptoms persist. He went from A to Z without exploring any options like any other logical and rational doctor would. I am so in disbelief this doctor even practices.

Rude, arrogant, & insensitive! Would never prescribe me medicine for anything and always told me to buy it over the counter even though I have insurance. Refused to refer me to a therapist, threw anti-depressants at me instead. I called insurance company and they referred me right away. This guy is a horrible person!

HORRIBLE DOCTOR AND SERVICE!!! I called twice during business hours, AT DIFFERENT TIMES DURING THE DAY, people answered and they said they were closed!!! And while asking why they were closed they hung up on me! Dont waist your time!

Dealt with this doctor for years and I was always displeased, he is inconsiderate of everything especially being in pain, wont follow through with referrals and his staff is less than helpful. Only one person can actually get anything done and she is on vacation 99% of the time. Do not go here, or switch your doctor immediately.
