Cant get them to return calls out of supplies constantly having to wash out and reuse stuff youre not supposed to. Totally wish I could find someplace else

Waited over an hr for them to put the roller thing together even though they knew a day in advance that someone was picking it up....1 star is to good deserves to be 0 stars

A big thank you to Cheryl at Lincare of Herrin for helping me with my Cpap machine on Friday afternoon. It would have been easy to say We are closed and begin her weekend. Instead she took the time to help me find the part I needed. In these unkind times she went above and beyond to remind me what kindness is!

I contacted this company over a month ago to get a new power cord for my C-pap. I was told it would be mailed to me. It did not come so I contacted them again and was told that in the move it didnt get mailed but it would be mailed the next day. I still have not gotten it. Before the merger with American Home Patient and the office in Mt. Vernon IL was open, I never had this issue. I CANNOT sleep without the machine and it has been a month.

They rarely answer their phone. When you ask for supplies, their answer always we have limited supplies. You go there, the door is locked and no body opens, although its business hours. Unfriendly

I wanted to transfer to this business from Apria for my Cpap supplies. My doctor sent them my information in January. I went in to the store seeking supplies they told me they were waiting on Apria to give them my files. I contacted them again in March and was told it could take up to 3 months to get my information if Apria was being un willing. So I waited. July rolls around no one has contacted me and I havent had supplies in months. I called again. They had lost all of my information and wanted me to have my doctor resubmit everything. I am going elsewhere they obviously care nothing for their clients.
