ER was okay, but nothing special. 2nd Floor Med/Surg was bad. Constantly being told that certain doctors would be by within the hour and 2 days later still hadnt seen them. Charge Nurse calls me on Friday at 4pm and says my mom is being discharged and sent to a rehab facility, on Sunday I call the facility and she isnt there!! They never called and told me that she wasnt discharged after all.!!

Hip Replacement on October 6,2020. I was out of surgery about 11am and stayed in Post Op until 5:30. The workers in post op were great, they got me yogurt and fruit (I hadn’t eaten since 10pm the previous day). Finally taken to Ortho wing at 5:30. I asked at least 3 times for a little food and finally got a banana and a bag of pretzels 3 hours later. Coming out of major surgery you have to trust the caregivers and I felt totally negected

It started out with kind workers, telling me the 90 year old lady i care for would be discharging around 11:00am today. Then a spirit of lack of communication arrived and know one could really tell us a time. Now frustration joined in with lack of communication. So now its about 2:10pm and someone said the dr. had to talk to another Dr. It will be around 3:30-4:00pm before they could begin the discharge.. Now you got to be #!#!# kidding joined the group. So how wasOur experience. 🤢🤥

It would be nice if they treated people for their illnesses instead of running the hospital as a money making business. Youre supposed to be treating people. We are human beings, NOT NUMBERS.

There is no excuse for why a overall healthy 39 yr old man presents to your ER per wheelchair for severe back pain and leaves in a wheelchair You did not get his pain even close to under control prior to discharging him. You did a CT scan and informed us that he has a bulged disc but says it is minimal and that most people with this degree of a bulge dont even have symptoms. The very next day an MRI is done at an orthopedic center and they rate his bulge a 6 on a 1 to 10 scale AND order meds AND want out patient injections done now AND he may need surgery if the injections dont work.Total misdiagnosis and he was definitely mistreated by the ER staff. Oh and the Dr he saw that ordered the MRI and meds also works ER once a month. Morale of the story is you let a 39yr old active man leave your facility with a pain of 10 on movement leave your facility per wheelchair. You FAILED 100% at your mission statement for this patient.
