I was excited to try my first med spa, so I called to schedule a consultation with them. Then I was told that the consultation was only free if you ended up purchasing their service or it would be 50 dollar. Its their right to charge whatever they want, but considering every other stores offer free consultation, I would rather take my money elsewhere.

First, when I arrived for my apt they were closed... which really sketched me out. I almost left, but I decided to wait since they called me back and said the dr had an emergency for another patient and will be right back. I’m glad I did, because I ended up having a great experience! He was professional, knowledgeable kind, and made me feel very comfortable. I just got a rhinoplasty done somewhere else not too long ago and wanted to get fillers to enhance my other features since my nose is swollen from surgery; and it’s made me feel insecure but told me about how he doesn’t think I should because I already have nice features, and said I should avoid filler at my age. I love his positive attitude and the fact that he really cares about his patients more than making more money. He also gifted me something for my lips for waiting. I am actually happy I came here today because it made me realize I don’t need filler as much as I thought for the longest time, and he’s just a really great overall human who puts others first!

Already well rated, I choose this center for my new spot after moving across the country to the area. I had called to setup appointment and ask about the first-time Groupon deal: I met with polite, relaxed and educated answers. My appointment itself, once it arrived, went swimmingly. The lady working the front desk was friendly and informative. The physician, Dr. Sitta, was also thorough, having a quick consultation prior to new work done. He was friendly and amenable, and did one of the best jobs Ive had in some time (11 lines, crows feet, and lip flip). My eyes and forehead area is looking great, and my lip was pouty as ever a week later - couldnt ask for more. Atop this, the office was flexible and offering of any discounts available, and instructive for using gift cards and BD points. This was also the most affordable I had experienced as well. Job well done and I will be returning.

This clinic never takes groupon coupons. whenever you buy doctor charges more for the services. although doctor is nice and good but the charges are very very high. They are advertising on groupon but never let anyone use the coupon.

I have been to the Red Rose Beauty Center in Herndon many times in the past 3 years, have done different kinds of treatments with Dr. Sitta, and I have always been very happy with the results. I have done Botox and fillers (Juvéderm Voluma) with beautiful and natural results. But I have been mostly impressed with the results from the Fractional Non-Ablative Laser treatments. I just completed the third one and it has done wonders for the smoothing of my acne scars, and the plumping and pigmentation of my skin. I can already tell this procedure will give me lasting measurable results because the difference in the general look of my face and feel of my skin was dramatic even after the first treatment. I plan on doing a ‘maintenance laser session’ again in 6 months to keep working on the glow and skin smoothness. Not only Dr. Sitta is a kind and warm person, but extremely knowledgeable about what he does, so rest assure that you will be in good hands. Dr. Sitta is one of the most attentive and caring providers I have ever encountered. He took his time with me and did not make me feel like he was rushing me in and out to get to the next customer. He made me comfortable before the visit and after. He even talked me out of treatments! The results of his expertise are more than I could have expected! I have been to him twice now for Botox but he offers many other services and I would highly recommend him to anyone including my own family members! (Which I have) After getting the compassion and professionalism from Dr. Sitta and the Red Rose Beauty Center, I truly will not seek cosmetic care from anyone else!
