Great experience! Enjoyed the foot massage/washing at the start of the session, and the massage therapist-assisted stretching at the end (which I hadnt experienced before, but liked!). Kevin was masterful -- used just the right amount of pressure, and smooth, fluid motions that basically had me thinking his hands were performing a sort of ballet on my body. Was also generous with his time. Highly recommend.

Long time customer, but when I arrived today I learned that the couples massage I had booked wasn’t correctly booked. They only put one of us in. I had even confirmed the two different people who would work with us, and the type of massage. Really disappointing. This is now the second time something wasn’t booked correctlyUpdate: they went out of their way to address the issue and correct the problem. The people who work there are very kind!

My mother-in-law and I get massages here for Christmas, as a family tradition. The service is amazing, the masseuses are incredibly good, and the attention overall is fantastic.Really recommend visiting them!

Lovely experience. Highly recommend. They wash your feet and massage when you first arrive. I wish I could pay extra for a longer foot massage. My feet always hurt. All the staff are wonderful. I havent had a bad massage in the 2 years going.

They wash you feet and make you feel like a king and a queen.Then they give you Thai clothes to change into so you dont have to worry about your own clothes and what to wear.Then the massage begins!The staff and massage therapists are wonderful and highly professional!This is a very clean, classy, and well run establishment. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Thai massage or just get bodywork done --- they are great!

I had a great time when I visited this location. Their customer service is great. I had a terrible headache and went for 30 minute massage, the lady who was doing my head massage asked if I was okay. Im glad I chose this location. I will be going back for sure.

You can request different levels if pressure and responsive to your requests. I have lower back problems and the lady at the desk made sure my masseuse knew where I wanted less pressure. Everywhere else I wanted deep pressure and they didnt disappoint. The atmosphere is delightful, especially considering it is on a strip mall. The staff are pleasant and the tea is great. Ill be back.

Ive had many different types of massages from all different types of places. I was here yesterday for head neck and shoulders, and received the best massage Ive ever had. Staff is friendly. Establishment is clean and relaxing. I will never go anywhere else now for a massage.

My go-to place for a quality massage.This is an upscale store-front location with multiple massage therapists (all Thai, I think). I do not have a favorite LMT; I simply see whos available at the time that I want. Thus far, Ive only been disappointed once.The LMTs are trained in just a few forms of massage, the emphasis being on Thai yoga massage (hence the name). They begin your massage with green tea and a foot washing. Green tea is also provided after the massage. I love this place because they stretch you out everywhere and are able to relieve pain if you have it. I am susceptible to lower back pain, and the providers here can take care of that almost totally with a 90-minute Thai yoga massage.I highly recommend this place if you value a quality massage and can take some pressure application and stretching.

It was an interesting experience. Very different than a typical western massage. Very enjoyable. I will be returning.

Absolutely as close to a massage in Thailand as possible. I got to Thailand every year and this is really a treat. When Im in Thailand, I frequent Health Land and other higher end establishments. Chaan Thai gives them a run for their money!

After i finished, i feel like vomiting. They massage the bones and not the fundamental points to relax on the muscles. I like the tea but nothing else than that. For me, no star if I can.

Theft# Theft# Theft, I purchased 5 massage package but they did not let me use it more than once, they said that one for each customer but while buying it does not say anything in the package as well. I showed them that it is not mention in the paper work but they did not allow me to use it. i lost $240, it was $60 for each, out of 5 , I only use one. They are over priced as well.

Found a great deal on groupon, tried them for 90 minutes for couples. the Pros are:good price on groupon, friendly people. Kanika and Toi were friendly.Cons are:The massage is done on the floor,Sheets were yellow! so not sure how clean they were in that low light room.Not able to communicate in english,Not sure if they knew what they were doing. They did the massage but nothing like Thai massages Ive had before.

I have been to this location twice- the first experience was thai massage with a male therapist. It was alright- but there was hair on the mattress before I even got on the bed. Clearly they do not change the sheets between thai massage (as its not required by state law since clothes stay on). So sanitary. Additionally the walls are very thin and you can hear everything happening outside of your treatment room.Most recent experience was last week for a combination massage which is said to include thai, oil, and hot stones. There were maybe 3-5 thai moves during 60 minutes. And by thai moves I really just mean compressions. A large focus on literally just rubbing lotion on my body (no actual body work), and hot stones- which were improperly used (WAY Too hot, and movements not conducive to relaxation). There was a bright light left on above the table, and the music was on the lowest setting- allowing me to hear everything happening outside of the room.For the combination massage, I was asked to remove all of my clothing and start facedown. During the legwork, the therapist was not acutely aware of properly covering my goodies (aka entire crack was exposed for chunks of time). Same situation while laying on my back before the stomach massage (which again was not conducive to a relaxing environment)- there was a towel barely placed over my goodies- with again a little too long of a time lapse of being exposed. Any actual body work during the oil (lotion) portion was the therapist often pushing into bones on my low back.As if this wasnt enough:***Heres the actual reason I will not return: just before the end of the combination massage, the therapist offered to work on my back for a bit longer. She asked me to sit up-- without covering for my lady parts, proceeded to stand over me on the table and just push down on my shoulders for a few minutes. I understand working on someone in this manner for thai massage- however totally unacceptable with a client youve never worked with before, whos goodies are literally just hanging out.I was mortified after this experience and not able to discuss the many issues with the receptionist immediately after the massage. I wanted to- however the conversation with the receptionist quickly turned into her loudly asking if I would be tipping with cash or credit. Tried emailing manager, no response. Tried calling- was only able to speak with receptionist who offered another massage at $15 off!? Then she offered to call her manager and said she would call me back. 24 hours later no return call.tldr: visit chaan thai yoga massage if you want to have your goodies exposed for too long, and leave with your body more sore than when you started.
