A few of items were a good deal compared to other stores. However with the store being smaller with less choices I would find it difficult to visit the store for just a few items. They offer some different brands and some items I haven’t seen elsewhere soI would have to come back on a day with more time to thoroughly see all the items.

Customer service training is needed. Im the front area of the store they had multiple types of rolled rugs in one box. The rugs were not displayed anywhere else in the store, inside or out. But when the rugs rang up at a higher price I questioned it because it wasnt what the sign read. She said that was they price and I must have grabbed one from the wrong area and she was rude about it. I assured her that was not the case and if like to show her where I got them. She was irritated and made no attempt to hide it. Once we got to the area, she could clearly see that I was right but instead of staying that a mistake was made, or let me double check that price for you, she simply said they all were in the wrong place and the price stands. She said it as she was walking away from me. Completely out of line and rude.

I stop in when I need to grab a few things from a smaller store. The new and improved Grocery Outlet has all of the essentials: dairy, produce meat, etc. - great prices.Staff: always super-friendly, helpful

Store was clean and checkout was quick. I didnt spend a lot of time shopping so dont know what their selection was like.

Good prices and always exciting to discover new exotic foods and healthy options even for low carb and gluten free, vegetarian and vegan lifestyles! Great craft beer and wine selections as well! Place is always clean, orderly and staff is always friendly and helpful

Have some good deals every so often otherwise prices are same as Walmart and Safeway

I shop here weekly and love it. Everything at good prize that help me save more money. Variety of fruit and Vegetable. They do have bean sprout for Pho that cheaper than other store. My favorite shopping store in town.

This Grocery Outlet is outstanding!!! I havent found one grumpy person working there!They will still bag for you and even use YOUR bags. So many places either wont let you bring your own bags in or you have to bag your own groceries if you DO bring your own bags.Theyve always been SO HELPFUL when Ive needed help reaching a product from a top shelf or needed to find a product.When they have good deals, they have GOOD DEALS! They also have items that they carry on a regular basis. Those are still very good prices, but SOME of their prices are AMAZING!But youd better go back and get those good deals quickly if you like them, because they MIGHT not get them again!LOVE THIS STORE! One never knows WHAT good deals youll find!

SO glad to have this Grocery Outlet in town now! We have been impressed with the prices and the selection they carry. My daughter absolutely adores the little carts they have, and prefers pushing her own cart around the store than going to her favorite park! Service has been pretty good so far, and beer options could be better, but for the most part, this place is really a treasure for Hermiston!

With a tight budget to feed a couple teenage boys, who love cereal as a snackthis is our go to place for it. Best prices and a variety that changes often so no bored of the same cereal. I like to see whats new there that thry may not have at other stores.Their staff is freakin amazing!!! From staying open a minute late, with smiles,and happy faces, while I flew thru the store for a box of cereal and some milk, to avaid a meltdown, to them unknowingly helping me redirect my son, with autism and tourrettes, from an anxiety induced meltdown at the checkstand. Just by just asking him how his day was going, and holding that conversation with him.Not all heros wear capes, some of them work at Grocery Outlet!!! 🦸‍♀️🛒🧩🧩💙

Prices are very compatible to walmart but these guys sell outdated stuff so I dont see the reason for shopping here. Another con is that since grocery outlet buys yesterdays stuff you never know what they have. I go there to get bargains for stuff that for example walmart does not sell any more because they are old and if i wanted to pay the same price or some cents under, I would go get the source. Therefore to me, grocery out let is irrelevance any more.

Love the wine selection however would love to see shelf talkers on the wines that describe them or maybe someone in the wine section to help people. You would sell more wine. I dont work there but have helped alot of people pick out wine while I was shopping.

Great prices on somethings however managment is a bit shady they post one price on shelf but rings up different at register say shelf price was mistake. Also say that they choose not to participate in state bag law part that says ebt customers do not pay for bags
