I have been twice. The first time, I got a decent manicure, but it took approximately 2 hours and I was charged around $90 for a simple manicure and acrylics. Absolutely not worth it. I went again today. I planned to get a pedicure and a manicure. I waited over 2 hours to get seated for my pedicure. Waited about 45 in the pedicure chair for my pedicure to start… water got cold. When it was time for my pedicure, it probably only took 10-15 minutes. She was rough and the end result was so sloppy (picture attached). By that time, I didn’t want to get a manicure.

A great experience from the sweet reception checking me in and helping me with colors. Danny did a fantastic job with my nails.

It was my first time back in 7 years and I had a pleasant visit today.

I love my nails!! Never have had any other nail place able to recreate my reference pictures of my designs so accurately!!

Venetian nail spa is the best nail salon in hendersonville! Always so clean and so nice! Especially the receptionist!! I highly recommend Hang for an detailed manicure😍😍😍

BEWARE: IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIMER AND/OR YOUNGER THAN MOST CLIENTS, THEY DEFINITELY TAKE NOTICE AND ADVANTAGE.We called and they told us the gel manicure would be $20 (which was of course too good to be true) and acrylics would be $45 (average). We even asked twice to make sure if the gel manicure was $20 and the person said yes both times. Appointments dont matter, you are served based off of when you sign in on the sign in sheet, so walk ins can be ahead of you. They expected payment from my relative and sister (who cant even drive so how is she going to pay?) immediately upon completion. They speak in a different language and laugh continuously out of the blue, which I find is extremely rude because it was probably about a customer. My bill for my sister and I was $90. Couldnt see the receipts but glanced over and saw the top one was $45, meaning both of our nails, acrylics and gel, were the same. Was supposed to be $65 together. I wasnt able to pay for my relatives because she was pressured until she handed her card over. Looked at reviews later and saw others paid all different prices for similar services. So, what they tell you for a service is dependent on when you actually show up in store. Giving two stars because my nails turned out great but not worth the experience. Consider using another nail salon that has set prices and better customer service.

This was the WORST nail salon that I have ever been to & Ive been getting my nails done for 25+ yrs! If I could give them a 0 rating I would! I it was my 1st visit to the salon & was getting my nails done bcz I needed a fill-in before I attended a family members funeral the next day & when I asked the lady how much an acrylic fill-in was, when she answered I couldnt understand her bcz she was from another country & so she had a coworker come over & try to tell me. Well I couldnt understand her either & she grabbed a brochure with the prices & told me the prices are in here & if you want a lower price you need to go to another salon & threw the brochure at my lap & walked off!! I was SO MAD & when Im mad, I cry, which I did. Then the girl doing my nails told me that I needed to quit crying or she wasnt going to do my nails! I was livid!! Since I had to have my nails done, I stayed or I would have walked out! But the girl did land up giving me a gel polish for free! But honestly I should have gotten the entire visit for free! Dont waste your time!!

My daughter and I received pedicures on September 29th 2021 we spent over $90 the nail Polish is already coming off by by October 4th I have received better pedicures at a cheaper price elsewhere we will not be visiting this place again.

I was waiting in there with my friend to get our nails done and was told by the sweet girl up front to sit down in these chairs and one of the nail techs comes and shoves my chair into my friends. She did not have any manners and did not say excuse me or apologize. We got up right then and there and told them to take our appointment off the list and left. We will never be getting our nails done here again.

The lady was rushing the entire time. She did not check if each one of my acrylics were even. I had to end up going back in and getting them fixed by the nice man working at the front desk. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. My acrylics were way too expensive to be done the way they were. Also, expect people who come in after you to get seated and helped first because they do not keep a list of names.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My daughters wanted a manicure and called ahead of time for their prices!!! They lied over the phone and really overcharged them for it. The regular manicure cost my daughter $49!! That was the same price they charged for my other daughter’s gel manicure! They quoted on the phone that it was going to be $20!!! False advertising and highway robbery to take advantage of people like that. And it is highly rude to speak in your language in front of others because you are talking about them! You are in America -speak English!!!

Beautiful place. I had a pedicure. I actually drove 39 miles to have one certain person give me my pedicure. Thao Tran is the best at pedicures that I have ever met. Such a pleasure to have her take care of me that I drove 45 minutes to have her take care of me. And the staff at Venetian Nail Spa are wonderful as well.

I get the Dip on my nails. I have used several places in Hendersonville. I think Venetian Nail is a little pricey, but worth every penny. Your nails do not lift, and you leave with a smooth beautiful surface like a picture. Professional and courteous every time. Highly recommend to those who treat themselves to only getting their nails or both nails and pedicures. You cannot go wrong. Just beware that with a tip a set of nails could run up to $70 with the manicure included. I think they should discount the manicure and not charge a full price if you get your nails done. They don’t give the same manicure treatment Howe you do get your cuticles cleaned but they shouldn’t again charge $25 in addition. This should be no more than $15 in my opinion, however, I do like this salon. Top Quality

I had an amazing experience. After having a baby and being in quarantine my feet needed so much TLC. I tried a peppermint jelly pedi and it was awesome. The gentleman that I had took his time and was very caring. He made sure to ask if I was enjoying my overdue massage and paid very close attention to detail when clipping my nails which I love because I want my toes to look neat. I hate I can’t remember his name but, I made sure to tip him generously.

Only went because a friend was going. Wanted a pedicure and color on the tips of my nails as shown in the picture(from pinterest) Told them I DID NOT want a manicure. I only wanted pedicure and the tips colored. This is also my first time at a nail salon and I really did not want to spend more than 60. Everything was going well, pedicure was very nice and relaxing (worth the $39 as shown on the website) then came the finger nails. Staff was very nice and helped my find the colors I wanted, no one asked what I was getting it seemed like they just knew. I got the colors on my nails as shown in the second picture. Not the best looking but theyre still cute. The problem came when I went to pay and they told me my total was $94. I told them no, I only had a pedicure and colored tips. And the lady said no I had got a mani pedi. I told her that I specifically said no manicure and she said you shouldve said something when they started your nails I told her it was my first time and I did not know what to expect. She asked the guy who did my nails what he did and he said he did a manicure so thats what she charged me for. I did get gel so I was expecting about a $10 increase. But the website says $45 for a gelac manicure. Considering I specified that I did not want a manicure I am quite upset that I was charged not only for the manicure I didnt want, but $55 for the manicure as opposed to the $45 price on the website.

Save your time and money and go to a different nail salon... or read on as I explain how this is the worst place to get your nails done.The first pictures is what I received today and the last pictures is what acrylic nails I’ve had in the past.This is by far the worst acrylic job Ive ever received. Lets keep in mind that I get my nails done all the time with acrylic and I know what a good job looks like on my hand. So while the lady is doing my nails I am telling her everything I don’t like thus far: this nail looks crooked, The nails are too square, etc. And every time I told her something her how to make it better she barked back, not done! not done! So I just let her finish and I tell her how I wanted her to fix them: this one is still crooked, The corners are too thick, I would like them thinner. And she pushes away from the table and has someone else come over to try to help. I told the man that all I wanted was to makes my nails straight across because they almost seemed to curve making the corners look fat and unnatural. I also showed him how the corners were way thicker than in the middle and if he could just make it even. He goes to filing away only making the nails shorter and not fixing the problem. I finally tell him that Ill just pay and go because all he was doing was making it worse by not fixing the problem and making my nails shorter making them looks stubby and dumb-looking.I pay and I sit with my friend while her toes are drying. We were looking at my nails together and some other employees heard us complaining about how it was the worst acrylic nail job weve ever seen. A lady comes over and asks what exactly I didnt like about it. I told her and she simply said that it was my hand and nail shape.There was no compensation for my trouble, no refund, and they just acted like it was my hands fault and not their horrible nail technician. This place is overpriced and I felt more like a problem than I did a customer. Lets not forget to mention the huge language barrier and when you say something they act like they don’t understand.Also, the lady made me bleed and she hurt me several times. She also glued the acrylic nail to my skin and when she tried to fix it, tore my skin up leaving a raw spot that is still aching.I honestly could have done a better job myself and when I came home I fixed the corners. (pictures taken before I fixed them)

Waited for over an hour, I finally went up to them and asked how much longer. They told me ten minutes. 35 minutes later I got up and left. They called people back completely out of order. They never offered an apology.

It was kinda musty in there and some of the staff werent wearing they mask right but the lady who did my nails had it on fine. they did my nails all good. they lasted for a while and the price was fine

Honestly; this is a great location for pedis! Especially group ones. They have TONS of chairs, not just the basic 3-5. And they have the workers to staff them too! Got my group of 3 all at once for a pedi.The only complaint I have, is it was a little quicker than I would’ve liked. I like enjoying those hot massages haha. However, it was a busy Friday evening !

I am one that don’t listen to reviews , in this case I wished I had listen and stayed away. There is a reason that this company has a 3.7 stars. This was the poorest pedicure I have ever experienced. I was super rushed , she just painted the red on my toes and immediately wanted payment . The pedicure lasted 15 minutes and I could have done a better job at home . For my husband they cut him twice and was bleeding .No relaxing or enjoying . We felt like cattle being rushed through . Spent $64.00 for 15 mins and two bleeding toes later. I can’t recommend this place to anyone .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not only were they an HOUR LATE for just a simple pedicure, but they didnt even get around to doing my girlfriends and then got mad when she said to just cancel hers. This place is HORRIBLE and we will never go back. Stay away!!

This place runs on apathy. Sub par in every way. My deluxe pedicure took 20 minutes, and the nail tech didn’t even push my cuticles back. She just sloppily painted over them. She scalped my nails, and I’m leaving with bubbly nail polish over rough edges. This looks like the manicure you give yourself at home after popping off acrylic nails to hide damage until your nails grow back. It’s terrible.

I went for a manicure. Manicurist was clearly angry prior to me arriving. Manicuring became increasingly angry because I did not know the many different shapes tips can be shaped and I kept asking for shorter nails. the woman next to me was just an uncomfortable as I was. The manicurist began to express her anger in body language, tone, attitude, words said to me, and strength in which she filed my fails. Most of my fingers were bleeding due to her very aggressive filing. My fingers hurt so badly. She would also repetitively groan, sigh, and roll her eyes at me. I asked her what was wrong and apologize if I offended her. She said nothing and continued expressing her anger on my fingers. The tips were on and acrylic being filed, I felt like I couldnt leave. I wanted to run and hide. This was one of the most uncomfortable and awkward things I have ever experienced. I have no idea what I did to make this woman so angry at me .. I do know .. it was nothing. I spoke to the manager almost in tears, trying so hard not to break down in confusion and embarrassment. He shrugged his shoulders and handed me my receipt. I just paid and got out as fast as I could. To this day, I wish I would have just walked out. I have no idea what was actually going on with the manicurist or why nothing seemed to have been done about it, or at least what I could see. I cannot walk by this place and think of anything else but this experience. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend anyone to go here for that one person. Tt was so terrible. I would not wish that upon my worst enemy!! Please, if this happens to you, walk out. no one deserves to be treated this way. I a deeply disappointed in my experience and the lack of correction.

Ask for Kim. She is by far the best nail tech I have ever had. Very professional and has an amazing attention to detail. I wish I lived in Tennessee to make her my go to.

I highly recommend this salon to friends and strangers alike. I never had a salon I went to regularly and was always slightly disappointed with the outcome, when i did. Ive been going here for about a year now and have loved my experience every time. My current nail tech is a dream & I am so happy i found her!! She is so neat and thorough, & always does an amazing job. The shape is always perfect and i just feel really taken care of. I use the powder dip and its really improved my nails, overall. Do yourself a favor, dont settle for less and go to what Ive found to be the BEST! You wont regret it ;)

Worst place I’ve ever been too! They robbed my best friend $50, which they told her it was $30 and ripped $50 out of her account! She has nothing on her card after this place! I asked for a jell polish! They charged me for a full manicure! Walked out spending $50 when I should’ve spend $20! If you don’t want to be robbed! Do not go to this place!!

There were so many bad reviews that I was scared to come here. I now see that the only people that left reviews had a negative experience. This place is amazing. The pedicures are perfect with perfect timing. I haven’t been this satisfied with my nails in months. They are worth every penny they charge.

I’ve been going to Venetian Nail Spa every month for almost three years. Jessica and Sue are not only amazing at what they do, but they are extremely kind. My gel manicures are high quality and about last three weeks. The new chairs for the pedicures are very relaxing and a great addition to the spa. Already looking forward to my next visit!

This is by far the best nail place. Ive had the opportunity to have different nail techs do my nails and I never leave disappointed. They are very nice and offer refreshments. They take their time and are very thorough with their job. It is my go-to place and would recommend hands down

They told me wait was 12-20 minutes. After 40 minutes we walked out.A number of other people had walked out before us. Prior to today, the lasttime we were here was 2 years ago and the exact same thing happened. Will never go back again.

Felt very rushed during my pedi. They booked way too many appointments at one time. I got gel polish and later that day it had lifted and peeled off already. My friend who came with me, got a pedi as well. They did not put a top coat on, and wouldn’t allow her to sit under the dryer for her nails to dry.

Have been dealing with a nail fungus since I had a pedicure 3 months ago. I have never had a fungus before, I do not think they are adequately cleaning and disinfecting their nail tools, I will not go back as this fungus is very slowly resolving and I sure do not want to ever have this again

I came here due to my nail salon flubbing my appointment for my birthday with 10 people. They were able to accommodate us quickly and my frown was turned to a smile. Tracy did my pedicure and it was awesome! She was very attentive to detail and my polish seemed to last forever. I have been back since to try and transition from SNS powder to gel and the technician that last helped was unable to a design that I wanted, but other than that I will continue to try here.

They are always rushing, and dont seem to care about quality. And the technician spoke in their language, making a comment on my daughters weight to another tech. I will never go back.

I’ve been goi g here for a few months but I had a new tech who didn’t keep my nails under the light long enough obviously so the were very soft and would easily push up. When I went in the manager said he would not repaint all of them just the obvious ones.I expect better customer service if a problem .

I always have a fantastic time at Venetian. The staff were friendly and the service was always excellent.

I tried one of their stores down in Florida when I used to live there and did not like it. Now that I live up here I decided to try them again since it was in a different location. I unfortunately made the wrong decision. It was be consistently across the board for the nail salon chain that they only care about getting you in and taking your money. They do not own up to their mistakes.

Me, my mother and my aunt all had pedicures done at the same time. All three were sloppy and not worth the money paid for them. I could have done a better job myself. The girl that worked on my aunt took about 10 personal phone calls on her cell phone. The girl that worked on my mom left the scrub and oil all over her legs. It was so bad she had to go into the bathroom and wipe it off. I recommend finding somewhere else to get your toes done.

I had my first Pedicure done and followed up with a Manicure. I had Kim for both and she was very nice and gave me a great experience. I felt the staff was very kind and was very friendly to all customers. I recommend the salon as well as Kim.

Visited this place for the first time. I was so happy that though they were closing the lady doing my nails didn’t rush and took her time with my service. I received a gel mani and gel pedi. Have received so many compliments. I will be going back and probably making this my regular nail salon.

Nice and clean

The worst SNS dip I have EVER paid for. If I could give a negative star I would. The guy who did my nails, did the wrong color, did not redo it, AND left the SNS dip all over my fingers. Today is my birthday and now I have to go to dinner with a green light powder over my fingers...When I clearly picked out a blue. His response was it looks different because your nail bed is a different color than the sample nail. I will never be going back and recommend that others avoid this poorly trained nail spa.

They do a good job. If you are unhappy with any of it they bend over backwards to make it right. Sue and Jade are very friendly and professional. Great place, good wine too!

Terrible experience. My sister and I put our names on the list for a manicure. Wait time 30 minutes. I noticed customers that signed in after us was being called. My sister asked about it and they apologized and a few minutes later the technician called my sister. I was left to wait...not a big deal because I should be next...right...WRONG. I was skipped again. I then realized I was being skipped because I only wanted a manicure and not both mani/pedicures. We all want to make money and I get that. But, my time is valuable and that is poor customer service. Just want to give a heads up to anyone going there for just mani to be aware of their business practices. So very wrong. Yes.. left...I will spend my money elsewhere. The reply is false... the person that I spoke with had just called another person in front of me back for a mani/pedi. When I advised the technician I had been skipped for a second time that is when she said told me she could do my nails. Also, the same thing a happen to my sister and there were two technicians open. She was skipped while customers with mani/pedis was being called. I dont believe your response to my review. Just be honest people.

$105.00 dollars.That’s important to start this review with.This was my second time coming here, 1st time my nails were fantastic, the guy who did them didn’t say but 3 words to me, but his work was terrific. Which made me decide to go for a gel mani/pedi combo my next visit.The young man who checks me in was “bored” in his demeanor and showed me to a pedi chair with hot water in the bowl. Didn’t offer to help me anything other than a handful of nails polish colors to choose from, as he walked away said be 15 min wait.Ok. When the nail tech came she didn’t introduce herself and just started wrapping my nail to change the polish. I finally said do you have a menu of pedicure treatments? She left for like 5 minutes and returned with the services menu. Still no friendliness. I choose a $47 pedi, not the cheapest but not the most expensive one out of the choices.I say, this looks good...because I want the extra long massage! I smile at her....nothing.Ok, she saids and leaves again for about 5 minutes comes back and starts doing my pedicure.She knows exactly the one I want and what’s involved because I asked how long she’s worked there. So I KNOW she knows the ingredients for that pedicure I ordered.Now the one I chose had extra nice stuff that was suppose to be added to the water, she did not do that. I was still sitting in the now warm ish water I originally was given. BEFORE I had chosen what kind of pedi I wanted. My nails are still wrapped in foil and plastic gloves, going on about 20 mins, and she’s just now starting to clip toes nails. Here’s the thing, I won’t go step by step on how many things she rushed thru or skipped. I was a cosmetologist for 25 years. I KNOW what is and isn’t supposed to been done and she skipped many many basics was rough and the “extra massage” didn’t happen.But again this is suppose to $105 worth of Spa like treatment. SHE knows what it’s going to cost me before I know. So you would think she would make an effort to give me a great experience? She knows it’s my second time there.....After my pedicure I was taken to nail table for my nails. There she did ok as well....For what I was charged I shouldn’t have polish on my not full cut down cuticles, and as I was putting my shoes on I see my polish is uneven, I still have lotion in my dried skin on my heels??? What the heck?!! It was crowed at the counter to pay and when she said $105 dollars I was still in shock of the job that was done and people are staring and waiting so I paid, and I’m not a super picky person by any means.BUT if I’m going to pay $105 dollars for and gel mani and pedi....I at the very least would like what I paid for. A high end upscale salon like this in a very nice place should be ashamed!!I am so disappointed in the lack of service and or professionalism of this salon “spa”.I’ll take my hard earned money else in town.It could be an amazing place.But only a few who work there care about their own personal appearance let alone having any pride in their craftsmanship! Have wear a clean uniform with their name, the other have look as though they sleep in thief black smocks and NO name tags or introducing themselves.You don’t need to be rich to have pride in your appearance at work. Just a clean uniform and your name tag.But most importantly they are taking advantage of the community they are there to service.What a shame.I truly expected more.By the way. I tipped her $10 for her time.Because I have pride in how I was raised.Shame on Venetian Salon and Spa for charging high price and not caring if they do a good job in earning that cost.

Decent place for a basic mani/pedi, though prices seem a bit high. Clean throughout and not overly strong smelling inside. This is an important detail for me as someone whose migraines are usually triggered upon walking into most nail spas.

This was the worst experience I have had ever at a nail salon. I dropped my daughter and friend at salon while I went to store next door. When I came back to salon my daughter and her friend were with a gentleman and women who looked younger. I believe they thought the girls were paying...so when the gentleman seen I was there to pay he dropped the slip with the other associate and I never seen him....I went up to pay for 2 full acrylic sets and they were charged 160.00 I was fearious and asked the owner...she then went and asked associated you could tell the girls were over charged so the owner put little rhinestones on the girls nails.....after I paid then the young guy came up from the back he looked at me and then the owner said something I couldnt understand and the guy said you know you love me and went back to the back!!!!!! Needless to say every time I go here and get the same thing the price is never consistent......I should not worry about leaving my daughter and her being overcharged!!!!!! I will never go back and I will tell others as well.. Very disappointed the manager did not take action....

I went to this spot for the first time on Saturday. The place was beautiful, but the prices were a little expensive compared to placed Ive gone before. I received a mani/pedi and gel dip SNS gel nails. The pedicure was ok, but I had to remind my nail tech to place the towels on my legs as part of the service. I then needed to pick out my gel nail color before starting on my toes and they only had 1 huge ring of samples to choose from. It was difficult to handle and I had to wait for someone else to finish looking at it before I could make my selection. When we finished my pedicure, it was time for my manicure which was very brief. The tech hardly gave my hands a chance to soak. She then took forever completing my gel set and ultimately, glued my skin to my nails. When I brought this to the nail techs attention she said It will come off when you shower. WTH!!! I was like REALLY! ? Another nail tech came over and used his drill to gently separate my skin from my nail. Mind you, this whole time, the owner/greeter/manager never made eye contact with me nor was I ever offered a beverage. I paid $80 for a mediocre service and poor customer service. Save your time and money...find another salon.

I decided to stop in after seeing a movie. Walking in ....i did not feel welcome nor was i greeted. Though the lady that did my brows did a good job minus leaving a bit of wax on my face.

Love my nails when they do them

Lady was rough on feet and legs, felt like she bruised my big left toe, will not go back for 2 basic pedi/mani it was 135.00 way to expensive for what me and my daughter received

It took almost 4 hours to get a basic pedi and gel full set. My nails are too long, not straight and I was overcharged. I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. Not impressed and won’t be returning.

I went in with for a pedi and full set French nails. After the pedi they sat me down to do my nails and my husband had ALREADY paid keep that in mind for a FULL acrylic set. The lady starts painting my nails.... I kept asking are you to do this before you glue the tips on?? She said yes yes. Anyway she started painting a tip in the end I said no no no I wanted acrylic and she got very angry. She said you wanted painted too I said no acrylic which my husband has already paid for!! She started knocking things off the table and mumbling to herself I got extremely uncomfortable. I told her I wanted my nails long she said if you want them long you have to pay an extra $10!!! I said WHAT are you kidding me?? She said “it takes more time to file” I was so uncomfortable at this point and I don’t do well with confrontation so I just said ok short. But seriously trying to charge me an extra 10 to have my tips long is absolutely unbelievable and disgusting I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I think she was just being mean because she was already angry she had to redo my nails. I paid almost 100 for my pedi and nails and didn’t even get what I wanted with rude service. I will not be back.

Only place I will go for a mani-pedi

I was in the area, and I have gone to their location in Green Hills before. I knew they were a bit pricey, but it was convenient. The experience wasnt too bad, but it definitely wasnt worth the amount paid. I normally go to the Illusion nail salon in GHs and pay $40 total for an amazing mani/pedi. Here they did a quick rub down (no in depth massage) on either my arms or legs. My shellac manicure started chipping the next day, and the white tips of the french part were bubbled, uneven, and cloudy looking. The paint on my toes began peeling off in about a week - the whole piece of it! Even though they may wear at the tips or chip in small places in a week, the whole nail shouldnt peel off! After it was all said and done I paid $75 to have to get a manicure the next week, again, elsewhere. When you have a sign on your door that says Doesnt chip for 2 weeks! it should at least last more than one day.
