Very shady practice. I went for a physical and got billed for 2 office visits since they can not give me my bp pills with a physical visit. Really. I went in the summer and had already been there. Also contacted my emergency contact and told her why they needed to talk to me. Not in compliance at all. They only care about money

Ive been going to Cornerstone for years and cant say enough good things about them. Both Melanie and Rachel are wonderful to deal with. They listen, take their time, and genuinely care about their patients. Best of all, they arent in the business of pushing prescriptions like so many others.

I am new to the area and called to establish care and schedule a yearly physical and was told that I could not schedule a physical for my first appointment. The staff answering the phone tried to probe to see if I am currently having any issues (somewhat inappropriate and encouraging a waste of my time, money, and healthcare dollars)and I had to say never mind. Disappointing.

I could not recommend this office based on many ethical issues.

This is the place you want to bring your whole family to get medical attention. They care for you and make you feel good just like momma did when you were 5 years old, fell, and skinned your knee.Melanie and her team gave me a COVID-19 antibody test to determine if I had COVID-19 in the past. The results came back in two days. Most places I had talked to said it would take at least a week maybe two to get results.The Cornerstone family were very friendly, helpful, and provided great information to me. The waiting area and facilities were very attractive and well decorated. The administrative staff worked with me to process my insurance claim with ease. I would drive out of my way past many other medical places to receive this level of care.

My wife and I have been going here for 10 years. Staff has always friendly to us. Melanie and Rachel provide great care for us. Highly recommend them.

Chose this place a a primary care physician two years ago when I became a resident of Hendersonville. This last appointment I was called to confirm I was covid-19 free a day prior to my appointment. I showed for my appointment on time a was asked if I had a mask to wear or if not they would SELL Me A MASK. I stated I didnt have one nor did I have cash. Living five minutes away I went home got mask and returned now ten minutes late to my appointment. I was informed that my room was occupied and my appointment was cancelled. Also told I would be receiving a $25 NO SHOW FEE. Front office staff read me their policy and I didnt fall into the criteria. Unprofessionaly they went back and forth with me on how they cannot do anything about it. This place does not have my trust or my families business any more. If you decide to allow you personally info to be shared people and a company with cutthroat BS this could be your place. Otherwise chose a place that actually cares about the patients and not the mighty dollar.

I absolutely love this place and staff. They are all amazing. Rachel has helped me and my family so much with medical issues. She has helped change my life.

Let me first say that Rachel, Melanie, and Cynthia have always been wonderful....now the medical assistants and front desk not so much! My husband and I have been going to Cornerstone since we moved to TN about 4 years ago. Recently I have been feeling unwell and cant seem to figure out what is going on so I came in for a physical. This was the first time I have been seen at the new location and once I went back to the room and told the medical assistant some of the things I have been experiencing she stopped me and told me Im ONLY allowed to talk to the NP about 3 things. I understand they have a busy schedule but to tell someone that is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Also, it took me 3 phone calls to finally get in touch with someone to go over my lab results since I had some questions. There are a couple other things that happened in between all this that I was unhappy with but I thought things happen etc. When I left my initial apt I made a follow up apt for a month out. Fast forward to today my apt was at 11:00 left work and came to Cornerstone on my lunch break. Walk in give her my name and she says you dont have an apt today. (I have an apt card with the time and date and ALSO received 2 confirmation calls Wed and Thur before my apt for Friday). I told her I do have an apt and then she tells me it was cancelled. WHAT???? So NO ONE bothered to tell me my apt was CANCELLED. Then she said it was because I saw another Dr. that was affiliated with that company so thats why my apt was cancelled. I was looking forward to this apt in the hopes that someone could help me figure out what is going on with me. Even after multiple issues I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and opportunity to remain our family physician. Unfortunately we will be having to find a new physician. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Highly Recommend this facility!! Been going here for a while now and the office and staff are very friendly. Melanie has the best bedside manners and truly cares and wants to get answers

Really awesome doctor. Just talking with her made all the difference in the world. Honestly, if every doctor were as compassionate as she is, there wouldnt be so many depressed people out there. The whole staff is just wonderful. Im so grateful to have found this place.

Amy their nurse has a horrible attitude and I won’t be back. Melanie herself is a great nurse practitioner and I’m sorry that her office staff put a bad taste in my mouth.

Melanie is very sweet and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I never have to wait very long when I have an appointment either which is a plus!

I had my 1st visit as a new patient and I was totally impressed with everyone. They will have a patient for a long time.

Over a 7 year patient, customer service and quality of service has gone drastically downhill within the last year. Dr Melanie lowe is constantly late for appointments then wants to rush through yours without a solution , on more than one occasion. Yet wants to charge you a fee if you miss a appointment or even call and cancel it and still get charged ! Either way the doctor wants to get paid without any regard to how important your time is. What other business does this other than doctors? Greed is truly showing out of this healthcare facility
