I have been trying to book an appointment for over three weeks. I am a member and it keeps showing me there are no appointments available- so, do I have to go out to November? Not my idea of service from a company that has been taking my monthly fee for a year now. The last time I booked an appointment, they called and cancelled it one hour before my scheduled appointment, not happy with this service. Beware people!

I love Massage Envy. I have a membership and it is totally worth it. Each masseuse customizes the massage for you each visit. My neck had been killing me and after a deep tissue massage with Cassie all the pain and range of motion issues were gone.

Good place. Very booked up. Receptionist isnt super friendly. I would recommend to a friend with those caveats.

I NEVER thought 💭 I’d be speaking against ME but Management has failed MISERABLY by NOT getting back to me as requested. I guess my TIME and $$$ was ONLY important when THEY were on the receiving end. I’ll see HOW happy THEY are ONCE my LAWYER send an OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SORTS. It bothers me that it has come too this because THEIR ASSUMPTIONS weigh more than the TRUTH. Sensitive 🌎 we living in these days.

I decided to start a membership here because of the high level of service I received. I was greeted by Nicole at the front desk who was so warm and welcoming that I felt truly appreciated for my business. Barbara was the therapist that helped me and let me tell you, she was the definition of going above and beyond with her extensive recommendations and sincere interest in my health. I am so happy to now be a member here.

If I remember correctly Stephanie gave me my 60 minute massage and it was my second time ever and I had the best experience. She immediately made me feel comfortable when I told her what I did and did not want massaged. She helped me relax and I was able to vent her about a few things and I felt like we were old friends. I recommend Stephanie for sure!

Today was my first visit with Massage Envy, and it was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked through the door. The massage was absolutely wonderful, but it was Nicole at the front desk that sold me! Thank you for hiring such great human beings. I appreciate everyone being so kind and caring. Love it love my monthly massage

I used to have a great experience with this place. I was notified today that the same therapist I have been with for many years is no longer there. The therapist I had was the absolute best with a great attitude and positive vibes. She was the only one that could relieve pain in my back and neck and now they have taken that from me. Wish they had a little more compassion for their clients in these situations. Needless to say, I canceled my membership. No one compares with her. 😢

Never had a bad massage or experience with the folks here. Everyone is always friendly and willing to explain some of the products they carry and how they work with everyone’s unique needs. If wouldn’t have moved I would still be using my membership here.

I had called to get some basic pricing and information from a receptionist. I spoke to a “Maggie” on the phone. When I asked about pricing she first ignored my question and asked when I would like to schedule an appointment. When I repeated myself she was very rude and sounded annoyed and let out a huge sigh, and said that she basically couldn’t tell me and asked if I was interested in scheduling an appointment. Why the hell would I wanna schedule one if I don’t know the price?? I told her know I just wanted some information and that I didn’t want to schedule an appointment and that I would just call later. She then ended the call.

Hard to get an appointment without booking weeks in advance

I have been a member for over a year. They have convenient hours and centrally located.Their pricing reasonable and they offer 30, 60 & 90 minute massages. Some therapists offer 120 minutes. When your back and shoulders are out of kilter, extra time is a blessing.My only con is that they have lots of therapists and finding the right one for you can take time.Overall a great place.

I starting going to ME in August 2019 because I workout alot and needed a good massage. My session was 60mins with Marisa who is still my therapist. She was able to tell me what areas need more work next appointment I was able to experience the Rapid Tension Relief Session which I love. My session start with the 10min Rapid Tension Relief Session then 30 min Total Body Stretch Session then 45 min full body massage. Parking is convenient the staff is very nice and helpful. Signing up for membership was easy and affordable.

Always an excellent experience at Massage Envy/Hendersonville. From the friendly greeting when you first walk through the door, to the consult addressing any questions, concerns, or special needs you may have for that particular session, the staff always goes above and beyond. My wife and I have both been happy with our experiences here. Keep in mind that this is a busy location, so you may have to schedule ahead of time. Ask for Casey; she is awesome.

Clean and nice environment. Really nice people. They just dont know how to rate the massage therapist. If they say they do deep tissue, expect medium. If they say medium, expect like light etc. Total bummer. Now that you know........

The providers for facials and massages are GREAT! But the front desk girls are rude and very unhelpful every time I am there.

Marilyn was awesome today! She explained everything.. It was calm, and i was very relaxed! When I first walked in I was greeted by Alix.. She did great with helping me! This was my 1st time ever in my life at a spa, AND I will be coming back to this location... I loved it!

Massage Envy has a good selection of therapists to choose from. They have expanded their services to include facials, foot massages, stretching, hot stone (my favorite), and aroma therapy to mention some of what they offer. Membership is $49/mo. Currently and you get a 1 hour massage for that each month. Staff is friendly and helpful. They will call the day before to remind you of your appointment. With membership additional massages are discounted from non-member prices. If you miss a month the massage carries over and they allow you to use it at a later time so you dont loose it.

NOT HAPPY! that I book a peel and drive over 25 miles to my appointment and got told no I can’t have a peel but we can do a facial. I didn’t book a facial. I have read up on the peel and there truly was no reason for not giving me the service I’m paying for each month as a member. I booked it because I want to help treat my acne scarring and I knew that I would peel - ( it’s called a peel ) I truly think she just was looking to get me to use my sessions on facials. If I wanted a facial I would have booked that. I have had facials over the years and I can do that myself being a cosmetologist. It’s a scam to force something you don’t Want just to use you sessions. Oh my face 90 % of my face is clear and I have maybe four bumps on my chin that I have a problem with. So it’s not because I have the awesome looking skin. I saved up sessions to have this done and now I can’t. I want out of my contract since you falsely advertise what I want and refuse to do it without me having to have facials first. No where does it say I have to have a facial first to get a peel. I will find a way out of this 60.00 monthly contract. Watch it people they will let you schedule what you think you’re going to get and then drop that you must do some thing else first or second or even three times before you have nothing but what you didn’t wanted. Never have availability and they lose appointments when you finally can book one. Would not recommend this location to anyone. After three weeks of trying to schedule an appointment I finally was able to book one. I go in and theyve lost my appointment. After multiple reasons why the appointment is lost (new system, maybe the massage expired, maybe you called another location, etc.) I left with no massage and no solutions. I even showed them my call log where I called the Hendersonville location to book my appointment. They then call on my way home and say they found my prepaid massage and lets get it scheduled. Ive already wasted my time coming in once Im not going through this hassle again.

My massage was good but I paid $90 for 60 minutes and received a 45 minute massage. I went once before and it seems its their practice to do this. I wont go back because I know of other places that provide a full 60 minutes at a comparable price.

I am from Humboldt Tennessee and my experience was wonderful. I will definitely continue my massage therapy in Memphis Tenn. My my therapist was really professional and friendly. Thanks so very much.

Where to start. Well front desk. There seems to be a constant turn over of front desk persons. Next massage personnel. Dont get me wrong, I have encountered several excellant therapist and I can count them on one hand and name names. But as an over all review of this facility, I am certainly glad not all massage businesses are like this. The constant turn over of personnel both on front desk and in the massage rooms leaves a lot to be desired for the satisfaction of customers.

Being a member I take advantage of different Massage Envys wherever I am traveling. Just finished a 90 minute massage with Jae....I would highly recommend her. Best massage I have ever had! I feel great!

I had gotten a gift certificate here for Christmas. Went to get a massage & the girl told me there was nothing on it but kept the gift card... there was enough for a massage & a tip.. that was my first time ever going to that place & definitely my last

Be careful signing membership contracts here. Theyll change their policies without telling you and youre suddenly expected to adhere to, such as a cancellation notice where they now charge you (what happened to me). Id give them a higher review if it werent for this, but this is pretty unethical, might not even be legal, and I felt that you as a potential customer needed to know this

So far I have tried to book online without a response and finally when i call to book an appointment the response is Sorry, we do not have any available appointments at this time...thats it. So unprofessional. They dont even try to tell you when the next available appointment is....how can you run a business like this? Makes you feel like their time is worth so much more than yours.

These people are delightful You will feel as if you are joining old pals for a get together, yet they are professional. My massages have all been amazing and you shouldnt leave without the fabulous facial.

Good facilities, good services, friendly people. Would have given a 5, but have an issue where I signed up for the membership thinking I could get my included one and maybe another massage or two per month (which would make it an incredible value), but they stay so booked that it seems unless you call more than 3 days in advance you cant get in. Ive tried midday, early evening and late night with anywhere from 1-3 days ahead of time but was not able to get in. I am stuck in the contract where I am building up credit for massages (up to 5 now), and I havent even been able to use one. When I had that first massage, I called the day before and was able to get in the next day. Havent had that happen since. With my schedule, I am unable to know when I can get in (restaurant mgmt), more than just a few days ahead of time. Unfortunately, I will be cancelling my contract once it is up. I just hope I am able to utilize the services that I am building up before they expire.

Well, I told her that I wanted to try out Message Envy, but that I was concerned that its hard to get in. We went through a 20 min talk about prices. And I said okay, Im ready to book. Anything two days out? She said no, the soonest I could get you in would be a month out. We are only allowed to have a certain amount of new members each day because the times are reserved for members mostly. Well, I said no thank you! The very thing that I was originally concerned about. Cant get in... Was true! That is what I had heard! You missed out Message Envy on a possible new client! Im going elsewhere!

Horrible customer service! Do not ever sign their Wellness Plan agreement. They will rip you off and take $60 a month from you without even going in to be seen. I have tried to cancel this twice now and they told me they were sorry, but they would be getting their $60 a month regardless. The last two times I was seen here, I was left with bruises all over my back for a week. Apparently that is not a good enough reason to cancel your membership. RIP OFF!!!
