A great experience from start to finish! I came to the clinic with an acute hand injury and was greeted at the front in a warm, professional manner. The office was impeccably clean and I was taken back promptly and treated kindly by the technician and x-ray tech. The PA, Cheryl, was super and reviewed the xrays with me in detail. She was able to refer me that same day to a top notch hand surgeon who she had already discussed my injury with. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had in a medical facility!

Positive and helpful experience! I went in for tightness and pain in my neck and shoulder area. I called prior about my insurance and the front desk staff was very patient and helpful. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and asked to fill out my initial paperwork. A nurse called me back almost immediately after that. After seeing the x-ray tech (very kind, thorough, and professional), a PA-C named Cheryl reviewed my x-rays with me and did a brief exam. Cheryl was a great listener who developed a plan of action for my neck/shoulder pain. She communicated all of this very clearly and told me not to hesitate to contact the office if I had further questions or concerns about anything. Overall pleasant experience!

Excellent experience, very professional, yet personable staff from reception through to PA. The x-ray tech exhibited the highest level of professionalism, compassion and appropriate boundaries Ive ever experienced in the medical industry! Well managed and very caring staff! Hendersonville is blessed to have this provider option!

Poor, poor, poor experience. Despite the PA expressing urgent concern and ordering a stat ultrasound for my son and an urgent MRI, it is 6 days later and the office has not yet contacted me regarding the results of either of these tests. The PAs phone was not accepting messages so radiology was unable to reach her with the stat ultrasound results she requested. Luckily, I was able to get my own appointment with a local orthopedic surgeon who was able to look at my sons test results and direct us in a plan for treatment. Do not go here. If it was up to this office, Id still be wondering what was going on with my son 2 weeks later.

Walked in and was greeted immediately by very nice employees. Minimal wait time. Xrays done on site. The PA was great. She explained things very well.This office was such a welcome surprise after bad experiences elsewhere. Pleasant staff, treated me with compassion as well as being seen in a timely manner.Im happy to have them as my orthopedic care drs.
