Dr. Lee was great! Took my tonsils out and correct a deviated septum. Surgery experience was great and actually I recovered very quickly despite my age (25). Dr lee is very personable and fun. Very relatable as well.

Dr. Michael Lee is tops! He treated me in 2019 after I visited ER when I experienced a 5+ hour nosebleed. With ER nurses assisting me, I expelled a “hash brown size” blood clot through my nostril and went home. ER told me to see Dr. Lee. At my visit, Dr. Lee inserted a “plug” in my nose, gave me instructions for self care, and ordered me to bed for a week, except for toileting. Later, he removed the “plug” and gave me more instructions for self care and allowed me to resume post-surgical physical therapy for my hip. Here’s a bio of the impressive Dr. Michael K. Dr. Michael Lee and his staff absolutely has no respect for his patients. Secondly how does he have a medical license is beyond me. I do not recommend him to no one.

I saw Dr. Lee for the first time today and was very impressed with his care and concern for my health. Ive never written a review for a doctor before but his level of care was unexpected and appreciated. He suggested points to take up with my primary doctor and simple solutions to help me get a better nights sleep among other issues that Ive suffered with for years. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who asks.

One of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had with staff!!! Absolutely terrible conduct! My 24 year old pregnant daughter suffers from Vertigo and has been having panic attacks from it. Our family Dr thought an ear Dr. would be a solution. We made her an appointment a week out seeing that was the soonest they could get her in even though the severity of her problem was great...Well at the moment she has trouble driving with Vertigo so she had to be picked up from work and miss time from her job to get to this appointment that was supposed to be set for 3pm.Well, when getting to the appt where she was dropped off at... she was told there wasn’t one and she would have to reschedule very rudely with NO sympathy what so ever from a woman named Angie and the Dr who was making her out to be a liar and the appt never made!! I couldn’t be there unfortunately so my daughter called me letting me know what happened.I called the office and spoke to Angie who had made this appt with me and basically making me out to be a liar as well telling me no appt had been made. I Spoke to Her!!! I wrote her name down while making the appointment! I told her how desperately my daughter needed to be seen and couldn’t she please just wait to get in? She said no and hung up the phone on me!!! After hanging up on me a few minutes went by and I got a call from my daughter saying the woman slammed the glass door in her face and told her to leave!!!!! Unbelievable!!! This woman should be ashamed of herself and how she treats human beings!! As well as the Dr. for not even taking the time to see my daughter who was having an attack I his office! No instead they told her to go because of their mistake and not owning up to that!! Absolutely a disgrace to the medical field!!! Go somewhere else!! For your own sake!! These are not the people who will take care of you!!!!

Had an appointment Nov 2. Even have this on voicemail but I get a call saying I have missed appt. Why would he do this when I have been his patient for 20 years and I have phone records to show they called once .now they have given me the boot for their mistake!!!! I will not let this slide 😤

I normally do not post reviews of doctors offices. I just had to for this trip. We were recommended by our pediatrician to see an ENT and this is where we were sent. No long waits, but we were rushed out we saw the doctor for a whole 4 minutes. In this 4 minutes he proceeded to tell me that my daughter behaves badly and she’s too immature for her tonsils and adenoids to be removed ( she is a toddler). All because she is shy and doesn’t like to go the doctor. He also came to the conclusion she needed these surgeries based off her symptoms and a glance at her tonsils for maybe 2 seconds. These are major surgery for a glance. We will not be back and I recommend if you want good, accurate information on your health not to go here.

I had a fantastic experience with Doctor Lee and the entire staff. Doctor Lee was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and he was a great help to me. It is nice to go in because of one issue, be made aware of other issues youve went your entire life oblivious to, and have a skilled doctor and staff genuinely care to help you in ways you never knew you needed.

First of all, let me say that I agree with all the comments regarding ridiculous extended wait times. An hour wait should not be happening at any drs office. I have been putting this review off in lieu of giving the Dr benefit of doubt, however, I have to put this out there. I saw the Dr on 11-7-19 because previously I had experienced pain, dizziness, distortion, and blood in my right ear. Dr Lee was ready to dismiss me as having vertigo related to the season. Once he allowed me, finally, to expound on my symptoms he then ordered an MRI. Here begins my issue. I happened to be in the area a couple of days following the MRI and stopped in the office to see if my results were available. They acted like that had no clue what I was talking about and said the Dr has his patients in to discuss the results. Great, ok, when will that be? That did not happen! I received a call from an audiology assistant, not the Dr or his nurse, telling me the results and that I could consult a neurologist if I wanted to, end of conversation. Not happy with that as I was still experiencing all the original symptoms, I called back and was told the Dr said if you want a second opinion you can get it. Well, I will indeed get that second opinion. I understand that if the MRI showed nothing ear related then the problem would be beyond this Drs scope of expertise but I feel with all the ear problems there are, hyperacusis (mother has it), menieres disease (sister has it), general deafness (which runs rampant in my family) it couldnt have hurt Dr Lee to take 5 minutes out of his day (as I had to wait an hour for him) to perhaps listen and not be so uncompassionate. I felt seriously dismissed that there was absolutely no follow up, compassion, or helpful explanations regarding a still painful and concerning issue. Im sure based on some reviews that the Dr was good for some people but for me I was just a number and a additive to his paycheck that day!

Im not really sure what happened here? I had been dealing with an extremely painful case of strep for almost a week and it wasnt getting any better. My PCP referred me over to Dr. Lees office to see if we could figure out why my symptoms werent getting better with the antibiotics. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. I typically wouldnt be super annoyed by this, but I was in significant pain, so I asked if it would be possible to move into a room where I could lie down. When Dr. Lee came in, he barely introduced himself or even looked at me before he started going on about abscesses and surgery and Cat scans and mono, etc...I asked if we could slow down a bit and walk through the possibilities - at which point he kicked us out? I understand that some people are a-holes and doctors have the right to refuse but I dont even understand why he was so offended? I give 2 stars because it turned out he was right, I did have an abscess, but his bedside manner was just terrible. Thank goodness I met Dr. Mantle with Otolaryngology Associates of Nashville because he is without a doubt one of the best doctors Ive ever had.

Pre-op appointment here for septoplasty, turbinectomy and endoscopic sinus surgery all of which was by Dr Lee. He is very very good at answering our many questions and does well at explaining things on a level we understand. Surgery went well and post op visits have went well so far. Very pleased with Dr Lee. He also did a T&A surgery on one of our children in 2007 and the experience was well then which is why we returned to Dr Lee.This Hendersonville office isn’t or hasn’t been as fast/quick as visits at the Gallatin office but the staff is friendlier.

I refer any and everyone who is looking for an excellent ENT to Dr. Lee. He has done surgery on both of my children. I can say with all honesty that I trust Dr. Lee more than any doctor I have ever dealt with. He is excellent at what he does AND he CARES about his patients and the difference he is making in their lives. In my opinion, that is what makes Dr. Lee the very best ENT around!!!!

1 hour wait. If I was an hour late, I would have to reschedule or be charged a fee. They can waste my time and I get nothing. Why couldnt someone call and say hey, he is running an hour to hour and half late. We respect your time. Do you want to reschedule or come a little later?. Nothing. This Dr and staff wastes people time. This visit was for a followup. Nothing major, nothing worth that long of a wait.

Went to Dr Lee on referral from my family doctor for my snoring. Dr Lee was very friendly and took time to explain the mechanics of my snoring problem. His diagnosis and the prescribed solution has been the answer to my interrupted sleep and the blessing to my wife (who believes a minor miracle has occurred). Thanks Dr Lee.
