Super nice office with friendly staff. Dr. Davidson and his nurse listened to my concerns and prescribed a treatment that has cleared up my eczema entirely within one week. I didn’t have to wait long, I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like they really cared about helping me. I can not say enough great things about this office.

I have been trying to call to set up an appointment for days but the answering service is always on stating they are CLOSED. This is happening during advertised business hours and one doctor here is listed as the only derm I am in network with. I have emailed asking for a callback but nobody has responded. Is this office permanently closed? Very frustrating.

The office staff is very friendly and prompt. Waiting time is good. Dr. Highly is very professional and skilled with the laser!

I love this office!! I went in for my first ever Botox treatment! Amy was amazing! Very informative, caring, honest, and kind! Her assistant Savannah went above and beyond to make me comfortable! I will be back!! Great atmosphere & awesome front office staff!!

I was seen for a reaction on my face to my mask at work and I was seen by the PA, who was really condescending to me and any questions I had obviously made her upset, Like I was putting her out. Whether, she felt they were dumb questions or I was wasting her time, I don’t know. I needed the note she wrote for work and when I read what she wrote about the visit, it didn’t even reflect what was said during the visit. It was a fancy place and maybe I wasn’t fancy enough for her and that’s why she felt she had to talk to me this way, but I really didn’t appreciate the notes not matching the care. The office staff was super friendly as was the staff who check you in, though.

Doctor Davidson is GREAT

I have been there twice now. Very satisfied.Doctor was patient, thorough, addressed the spots that were a concern as to possible cancer but addressed spots that just made me splotchy. I’m 65. I have fair freckled skin and lived most of my life in Florida.So, I really need a good doctor. Glad I found him.

My mom went to see him for the first time today. He was wonderful. He was caring, polite and compassionate. Rarely do you meet doctors who exemplify this characteristics towards patients. He was very thorough and carefully explained things to us.

Highly personal care....very professional staff. Dr. Highley is exceptional. He listens, pays attention to detail, is empathetic, and caused me NO pain with the removal of MANY moles and keratoses. I am nervous around needles....and felt NOT ONE stick!!!! I have been to several dermatologists in my 65 years...I have never had the quality of service and care that I felt in his office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was a little nervous going in, but Teresa Davidson took good care of me, she described every thing she was going to do. I highly recommend Dermatology Medical Associates. Everyone there was very nice, great attitudes.

Charged me an additional fee after my BCBS paid because I was not referred to their office. I had a referral from my Dr to another dermatologist but chose to go with my husband to Hendersonville Dermatology so I called and made an appointment. All I would have had to do was call my Dr and have him call and refer me but they never informed me of additional fees because I wasnt referred. Spent 5 minutes in the office with two patients and charged $$$ after insurance . We both had moles checked whick were ok but were billed two different prices as well as a fee for not having the referral. Wont be back here.

There is not enough space nor words that I could use to express my appreciation for Dr. Highley and his wonderful staff.. Fourteen years ago when we first moved back to this area to retire; I was so blessed to be referred to see Dr. Highley for a possible skin cancer.. Wendy was at the front desk and I immediately sensed her sincere sense of caring for patients .. Dr. Highley was personable, professional and immediately relieved my mind of the cancer threat.. Since then; Dr. Highley, Wendy, as well as his entire caring staff have become like family, to my wife and me..UPDATE: 08-26-2019: Yesterday, I stopped by Dr. Highleys office to pick up my Pro-Omega vitamins and spoke to Wendy about a frightening fear of a skin cancer on my ear. I have had several skin cancers, AS SHE KNEW .. Wendy immediately set me up on an emergency appointment to see Dr. Highley a few hours later..The rest is history--my greatest fear was finally dissolved--NO CANCER..Thanks again to you Dr. Highley and for all that you do, as well as for your caring staff.. especially Wendy-yesterday and always..!

Dr. Davidson is awesome! I went in for acne 6 months ago and my acne is completely gone! Thank you Dr. Davidson for your kindness and awesome experience!

I hated everything about this place!! First of all the receptionist didnt even greet us, the second nurse that came in with the doctor was really rude. It took longer to be seen than what they seen me for. Wasted my money in a place who didnt appreciate it my business. I dont recommend this place to be seen at all. Never coming back again. Poor service

The front office staff was not friendly. Neither was the medical assistant who did not introduce herself. Dr. Highley seemed rushed and distracted on both of my visits. I was not impressed with the quality of care received on either visit.
