DO NOT RECOMMEND!2 yrs ago, I had a cracked upper denture and needed repair, the guy convinced me I need a new denture from him and personally warranty it will last at least 5 yrs. I gave in, $999 and less than 2 yrs later, the denture cracked on the same exact location, SAME EXACT LOCATION!I checked the website and it said for $100 he can repair the crack. I called and they said because of COVID, it now cost $200 for repair (??), however the repair is NOT warranty! Two issues: 1) Not stand on the warranty promise and 2) False advertisement.Take it elsewhere, you may spend a little more but you will have a quality product and a PEACE OF MIND!Update after the response from owner: I just wanted to clear up the 2 lies you made: 1) There was NO prescribed treatment you mentioned, I scheduled a Reline for my Lower denture but you asked me to sit in the parking lot because of COVID (understandable) and there was NO other customer in the facility. I was tired of waiting after 20 mins so I left.2) When I call to have the crack repair, your helper told me over the phone the cost would be $200 without even seeing the denture. LOL about the complexity of the repair, anyone with a brain can google Youtube and see how it was repair, the only reason I am willing to pay is because you have the tool and chemical to do the job and the impression of my denture is in your lab!I am done with this conversation as I have better thing to do, if you want to clear the air, call me as you have my number! Best dentist I have ever been to. Answered all questions in laymans terms made sure I understood exactly what he would be doing. I never thought I would get to to be proud of my smile again now I cant stop smiling. He made my dreams come true.😁

Had four post put in for denture and all four post were put in crooked. Had to seek service from another dentist to straighten out and get a new denture. Also a surprise charge of $400. to put in permanent liner that should have been included in price of denture. Do not recommend.

Dr. McNichols takes pride in his work. This is a small, yet comfortable office with one receptionist and him. No flash-bang promotions, no smoke and mirrors. Just calm, professional service with pride.His prices are competitive with the so-called discount outfits, but Dr. Nichols actually delivers on the promise.Hes the only dentist I ever want, or need to see.

Dr. McNichols is amazing! He does fantastic work, is pleasant, and very thorough. My husband and I have both had work done recently and are extremely pleased with the results. His staff is excellent. They work around our schedules, are helpful, and an absolute pleasure to be around. We always leave with a smile on our faces!

A million STARS for Dr Mcnichols and his staff. Dr Mcnichols has just extracted my husbands teeth and a couple of weeks later extracted my teeth, so that we could restore our smiles due to missing and poor teeth. Dr Mcnichols did an amazing job. He is very friendly, explains the procedure, shows he cares by taking his time and then offers amazing follow up service. Not to mention his prices...which allowed us both to have teeth extracted and new dentures put in for less than a chain dental clinic wanted to charge for just one of us....so less than half price. I highly recommend Dr Mcnichols and his office staff. His office staff is very friendly and positive also.
