I know my dog is happy when he goes to get groomed. He loves the ladies that work there and goes in with his tail wagging! They are great!

The first instance was taking both of my dogs to the vet for an updated shots and testing. I came to pick them up. The bill was over $450. No notice of the high bill. Just hope you have it.I took one of my dogs in last week to be groomed. The vets office said he was due for three shots. I agreed to the shots and the grooming. When I returned to pick him up that afternoon. The bill was over $250. The office had done several things I didn’t agree to and when I brought it up they just said it was part of what I had agreed to. I have a real great idea. How about you tell people what it is going to cost up front instead of when they pick up their animal.

Everyone was so lovely, and I got all my questions answered. I loved the list that shows the dates of Crystals next shots and when she can get spayed. It was so lovely to give me a welcome puppy kit with toys (which she loves). I had a great experience; I am glad I found this place.

I have used this clinic for years. The vets and techs are really polite, thorough, helpful, answer any questions you have. Id recommend them!

My cat is older and unable to properly clean himself. His fur was matted. This was his first shave. He is happy and far more comfortable. The groomer did a WONDERFUL job!

Not only is the location of the Animal Clinic convenient, the staff are helpful, friendly, professional and genuinely act as though they like where they work and my cat, Chloe, loves her veterinarian. They were also very kind and helpful when my elderly cat died a few years ago to arrange cremation. The Gentleman that came and got my cat from the car explained to me step by step what was going to happen. The Dr called me to give results on her test and examination after he told me I mentioned I was getting her spayed some where else because its a little cheaper he let me know to watch her weight after she gets spayed. It never crossed my mind that I would have to do that. So Im thankful he let me know. This is my first cat I have ever had. So its a learning experience. The Dr was nice. So was every one else

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and it’s staff! I have been going to them for years now for both my dog and several of my rabbits. They always provide comprehensive care, fully explain to me my options and what is going on, are always incredibly helpful if I have to call in with a random question and even as an exotic vet their prices are very fair. They have handled everything from routine exams, emergencies and even a necropsy with extreme care and skill.Everyone including the office staff, techs and the veterinarians themselves are incredibly pleasant to work with, and they don’t bat an eye when animals have special requirements or difficult personalities.

Every time I have contacted them about making an appointment or a simple question they always have a bad attitude whenever they answer the phone. Everything is very expensive. Used for 2 yrs and will not be returning.

The vet side has recently opened their doors to clients instead ofcurbside service I am Happy about this. Not a fan of curbside - too impersonal. Wish the grooming side would consider following the vet side.

We have noticed a continual decline since the founding doctors retired. It’s hit or miss on seeing a “good” doctor, and when we have been lucky enough to get one, they leave. In the last 2 years of multiple visits, I don’t think we’ve seen the same doctor twice.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I am always pleased with the level of care provided to my pets. Dr. Rand is the vet that cares for them and provides full descriptions of the actions necessary to maintain the good health of our pets.When he is not available, we have confidence in seeing the other Doctors as well.Overall, I am very happy with this practice and encourage other pet parents to take pets there.

The entire team at the Animal Clinic is caring, smart, compassionate. They always follow up after a visit with a phone call to see how my dogs or cat are doing. They are intuitive about diagnoses and take the time to explain exactly what is going on. I would not take a pet of mine anywhere else.

I was looking for a place to take my 1 year old golden retriever Abby. I had taken her somewhere else while she was a puppy. She was scared and hid in the corner. The vet accused me of abusing her cause she was so scared, but it only happened when she was in the room with him. So I picked her up and took her home.Covid hot so cut off looking for a vet, til now. I brought her to the Animal Clinic in Hendersonville TN. She was scared(ish), but as soon as she saw the staff. She was jumping up and down and wanting to play, fun loving that she always is. It’s truly a great place to take your furry family. As they say, pets are good judges of characters.

I’m visiting from out of state and found The Animal Clinic while researching a vet I could take my dog to see for an issue he was having. This vet group is top notch, from check in to check out. I appreciate their COVID protocol. I can’t say enough good things about The Animal Clinic, from their phone staff, to the vet techs, to the vets. This is a well oiled machine and they clearly care about the patients. I would highly recommend this group, whether you’re local or a snow bird like me. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

We had reached out to the Port Charlotte community for recommendations for a good vet. There were many contenders in the running, but we decided to go with The Animal Clinic, and so far we have not been disappointed. Have taken fantastic care of all our pets over the past 12 years since we’ve been in Hendersonville. 1st it was with Sassy (our Golden), currently Kismet (our cat) & most recently Ziggy (our Havanese) getting neutered. Ziggy has no stress response seeing them. Very appreciative of everyone there

Called to inquire about boarding an animal that takes a lot of medicine, since website states they have vets on staff to help and monitor it, person that answered was extremely rude and said since our dog dont go there, they cant help and hung up.Then change your website and make that known. Will never attempt to use this clinic again.

Today was my first visit here. I had a serious issue with our older dog. I had a fear it may be time to put him to sleep, which turned out to be true. I know they deal with people losing their pets often, but it was the first time I had dealt with it. As tough as it was I felt comfortable with the decision and their advice. Everyone I encountered showed care and compassion. Even with an ice storm, and Covid precautions, these guys made a bad situation as tolerable as possible. Will return

The staff and Dr Paul are always helpful, caring and accommodating with my giant dogs. They are both seniors now and have fearful personalities. The staff is patient and handle my pets needs as I would. I’m always happy.

Dr Rand has taken great care of our pets. Once when Roxy ate part of a toad he even had me text him a picture of the toad so he could identify it quickly to know if she was in danger. Another time she scratched her eye on a stick and he was very cognizant of her pain and performed a minor surgery so her eye could heal. Another time since the pandemic they were able to get Puffin in for an emergency visit when she got bit by something in the back yard. Dr Seibert came out to the car to explain what was happening and I felt she was in the safest place. She recovered with medication and observation. Kiwi was in for routine vaccinations and Dr Rand came out to the car to answer all my questions. I have never felt rushed or ignored at The Animal Clinic. Thanks for taking great care of our fur babies.

My pet was treated very well and they recommended solutions to her problems and did not just say it would just get better over time like another vet in town said.

Dr. Paul Belliveau is very personable and loves his furry patients.Jill, the nurse, came out to the car with her tablet to show us pictures of the growth on our dog’s tongue.Staff take their time to explain what is going on with your pet.

We Really appreciated Dr Rand’s analysis of our 11-12 yo rescue dog’s issues. We were referred to Dr Rand because several Ohio Vet suggested she was borderline for cushings- a serious medical condition. It seems not. He prescribed one med for incontinence , our biggest complaint, and she is much improved. We have been dealing w this issue since November. He resolved the problem in one visit

My Lily was very sick and needed to go to ER, where we met Dr Nick. He took such good care of her that we decided to keep him as our New Florida Vet. He treated her for all her presenting problems, and there were many. We are now going to add our other dog to his list of patients. Great doctor and would highlt recommend!

The surgery went off without a hitch. Today Wednesday 48 hours later it looks like the gland has popped again. It looks like it’s got some stitches cutting it in half. The whole surgical area looks gruesome. I am calling the office this morning. This is how he woke up.

Dr John Rand is our go to veterinarian. Dr Rand takes his time explaining situations and recommendations. never feel rushed. He has taken care of 3 of our animals. would not think of seeing anyone else. Very pleased!!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and Dr. Lewis was patient and informative. My Willie is a new patient and they got him in for an appointment so quickly and Dr. Lewis’s even called me to answer some questions I had before the appointment. I have only taken my dog there once so far to get acupuncture and laser treatment for Willies advanced IVDD and the experience was extremely positive. I’ll be coming back for follow up visits!!

They take very good care of my baby! I like how the wait is short when you have an appointment. It is easy to make an appointment and you can get in fairly quickly. The waiting room is not crowded, which helps keep my kitten calm. The vets and tech are very nice and I trust them completely!

First visit and went because they offer sedation for grooming. Very quick to get you in once you arrive. Came for my pet less them 5 minutes after my arrival. All were friendly. All very patient and willing to answer all of my annoying questions. Groomer was great also! Listened to my questions and explained what she would be doing based on what I told her I wanted. Offered suggestions, as this was the first time my pet was groomed and she knew I was nervous. Did a Lion cut on the cat and she looks great! Considering changing from my current vet to The Animal Clinic.

My dog looks great after grooming each time. We have also used the boarding program several times. Unfortunately, since we are unable to come in the office, I have no idea who is doing what since March. But I will say the concierge service is very convenient. Hopefully the office will open back up soon so we can see each others smiling faces!

My Veterinarian, Dr. Seibert, is very knowledgeable with regard to my birds. My pets receive the best care when they are there.

I cant say enough about the staff at the Animal Clinic. They are so gentle with the animals and Dr. Rand who sees my parrot is so knowledgeable. Plus he takes whatever time is necessary to take care of the pet and make sure as the owner I understand what he feels is the problem and solution.

Grooming department is wonderful

Everyone was absolutely wonderful and took care if my fur baby. My baby had his teeth cleaned and the communication from the staff was remarkable. His recovery time was very little to none. Also, Wendy was extremely professional and helpful when it came to the financial part. I highly recommend The Animal Clinic for your pets care!

Wendy was incredible when we worked with her this past weekend. We moved to town very recently and had not become established clients anywhere when our dachshund became ill and needed help. Because of Wendy, we will be permanent clients at TAC. Thank you for your professionalism and desire to help others!

We are new to town and have used TAC twice for emergency situations for our lab. Both times the staff and doctor have seen our dog quickly and were outstanding. The vet stood in the cold rain and answered my countless questions (Covid rules) and was extremely thorough with the diagnosis. Thankful for this business and it’s staff.

Expense can be higher than other vets but the care I’ve received here for my pets have been nothing short of excellent. I have a lot of pets and need a trust worthy place who will show my pets love and compassion when they visit. Decided to come here after a bad experience with another vet down the road. Much better service here. Even if the cost is a bit more. Much thanks for them accepting Care Credit too as it sure helped ease the pain if expenses when one of my beloved dogs crossed rainbow bridge.

We came to Animal Clinic for a second opinion for our dog, Roxy. Immediately after the examination, the Doctor/Veteranarian came out to tell us in detail what he had found. We decided together to do xrays to find any underlying problem. He came again to give us the diagnosis. He also gave us a choice of treatment plans. He was very detailed and compassionate. Roxy is responding well to the change in meds and special diet. We are so thankful we found the Animal Clinic.

Dr John knew the problem, came out and explained it and offered correction and wanted follow up as we progressed, very good and knowledgeable willing to make sure we understood. He’s my vet from now on in Florida.James Lynch

Great staff, great service. I stayed with them when I moved to Clarksville because they do such a good job with my dog. The hour long drive is worth it in my opinion.

This was our first visit at TAC with our new puppy! The vet technician that did our in-take at our car was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable handing off our pup to her. The vet, Dr. Granato, was also very friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall, I had a great first experience!

I called right after opening as my dog had been sick for three days and needed immediate care. They told me to bring her in as soon as I could and they would work her in. The vet called me to reconfirm all of her symptoms and also two other times to keep me updated. Their communication and care for my dog were spot on. Thank you!
