Dr. Ivie is amazing. She listens to her patients, creates relationships with them, and makes them comfortable. Shes no doubt an amazing doctor overall. I saw her throughout my pregnancy and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. HOWEVER, the front desk staff is rude and disrespectful. Their attitude is unacceptable. To say the least they are in the WRONG working field. Go work behind a desk where you don’t have to interact with people if you wanna have a disgusting demeanor, simple as that. Not to mention, trying to book an appointment over the phone is right next to impossible. Its unfortunate that I have to rate so low because I really do love Dr. Ivie.

Awesome doctor. My other doctors recommended a hysterectomy for back trouble I was having, she examined me and discovered this was NOT the problem. She kept me from an unnecessary and painful surgery. Great doctor. When we discovered a REAL female problem I was having she did my surgery with care and confidence (even providing pictures). I recovered quickly and I would highly recommend her. Best doctor ever. Very caring and funny too. Her bedside manner puts you at ease and she inspires your confidence and trust in her.

Dr. Ivie is hands down one of the best doctors. She has the best attitude even when you know she’s beyond exhausted. She has great bedside manner and always makes me feel comfortable even through the bad times. She saved my life when I almost died from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. She always treats me with respect which is why she’s always requested for appointments, but she’s always booked. LOL! She’s awesome!

I regret coming here. My doctor recommended this place. Was told I was going in for an IUD PLACEMENT. My doctor told me that, and the TWO WOMEN I spoke to scheduling and rescheduling my appointment didn’t say anything different either. So I go in pay $140 (even when I was told by my insurance I wasn’t paying for ANYTHING) JUST TO TALK to the doctor about the placement. Even though I had already spoke to my doctor about it and the fact that my paper said placement and for the fact that neither two of those women corrected me! I go in talk to the doctor who then told me I would have to go back to get it placed. She told me the DOCTOR HERSELF told me it takes a couple days for the IUD to get to there location. And when it comes in they would call and I’d go in ONCE, take a pregnancy test and get the IUD placed ALL IN ONE DAY! She then tells me if I don’t hear from an Ashley in two weeks to call. It’s now two weeks later. I call Ashley, come to find out from Ashley’s voicemail it takes not couple days but up to 4 weeks to be delivered. I leave a voicemail and call immediately right back to talk to the Dr. I then call back speak to the operator once more to then speak to a Jennifer who then tells me I have to go in the day BEFORE to take a pregnancy test. NOT the day of! Now can someone please explain to me why NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER! Why am I getting so many different responses! I get told one thing by one person and other by other person. And of course one of those people is a DOCTOR who apparently doesn’t even know what the HELL SHE IS TALKING ABOUT! I’d love to go to another place cuz I now think this doctor doesn’t know what the hell she is talking about if she can’t even give me correct info let alone NO ONE ELSE in this place can either! But unfortunately I can’t because I now spoke to that doctor about getting the IUD and I don’t feel like spending another $140 going to somebody else so now I’m stuck here! All I want is to get my IUD placed so I don’t have to ever come back here! Do us both a favor and fix this problem so we can part ways and never have to deal one another!

Dr. Ivie is amazing. She was so friendly and has a wonderful personality. She is to the point and always answered every silly question my wife and I had. Although the practice she works with has multiple doctors, we would always try to set our appointments with her because we liked her so much. As first time parents, we highly recommend her.

Dr. Ivie is an amazing doctor! I had a stillborn in Feb 2016 and she was amazing from the moment it happened to years after. Shes such a caring doctor and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I love love love Dr. Ivie! Her medical knowledge is excellent, she doesn’t overreact, her patient care the best of any doctor I’ve ever seen. She’s delivered my 4 babies without any kind of tear or cut. I wish she was also a family practitioner so I got to see her even more! Highly recommend her!

I made an appointment for a womans well check/annual visit to see Dr. Ivie over two months ago. My appointment was yesterday. For some unknown reason, when the appointment was made, it was incorrectly documented it as a fertility visit. When Dr. Ivie entered the room, she must have been under the impression that this was a fertility visit because she did not ask me my chief complaint or reason for visit and only asked me questions in regards to fertility. I proceeded to answer her questions out of respect for the physician as I assumed she asked these questions to all her patients. I informed her that I have a one year old who I am still breastfeeding and that my husband and I are now ready to start trying to have another baby so we stopped using protection a few weeks ago. Before I knew it, the appointment was over and I was asked to pay $135 for a fertility office visit. I informed the check out lady that this was not the reason for my visit but she did not do anything to correct this. My reason for visiting Dr. Ivie was never addressed. I called back yesterday and today, and spoke to a woman named Jasmine who informed me that Dr. Ivie had acknowledged that the wrong type of appointment had been scheduled for me but that she would not refund me the $135 and would also bill my insurance because this was the appointment that we had. This is what happens when a doctor is only concerned for getting paid for the 5 minutes that she spends in the room with a patient.

I love her, she’s so sweet! She delivered my last 2 babies via c-section. The first one was an emergency c-section and my baby boy passed away due to being very premature & she truly seemed to care and took the time to talk to me and answer my questions.

LOVE Dr. Ivie.....knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful and spends as much time with you as you need. Thorough and just a basically sweet person. I would highly recommend her.

GREAT DOCTOR HOWEVER FRONT DESK/SCHEDULING IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.I really hate to have to give her such a low rating because as a Doctor she is great and very caring. She definitely takes her time with her patients. I relocated here and I love that I was referred to her. I would recommend her as a Doctor to anyone looking for a new OBGYN.HER STAFF MORE SPECIFICALLY THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I have been hang up on, disrespected and given the wrong. The individuals at the front desk are the first representation of the doctor and when you have front deak staff thats always rude and make it difficult for you to do simple things like schedule an appt or get directions it makes you want to loom for a new Doctor.

Dr. Ivie has the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced! Who knew that a doctor could make you laugh while giving birth! It was truly an experience I will never forget!

I would not recommend this place AT ALL. If you can go anywhere else, please do for you own benefit. The doctor came in to see us and congratulate us after our ultrasound. After speaking with us for 5 minutes she was wondering why the nurse didnt give us an ultrasound picture. She leaves the room to come back and immediately say, oh, thats why, you had a miscarriage...these are you the things you need to do now that you have miscarried. It was quite disturbing. They should interact with each other so the doctor doesnt make such a HUGE mistake. And that was just one of the things that went wrong in the time Ive been there.

Hands down the best physician Ive ever met with. Her bedside manner is amazing. She is booked solid for a reason! Thanks Dr. Ivie!

She truly is the BEST! I will follow her wherever she goes. Very rare to find someone who genuinly cares the way she does.

I was going to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone was absolutely rude. I was on hold for 30min and she refused to wait for me for 2 min while I needed to find some information. If I have to deal with these terrible people, No reason to be upset.
