Pauline is a wonderful naturopath who gives the best treatment to her patients. Her methods and her knowledge are life savers. I am truly thankful as is my family and friends.

If youre going to her solely for your diet and its effects then MAYBE she could help you. But she literally has you sign a form acknowledging shes not a physician or psychologist. She rushes through appointments, I saw the sign-in sheet with things thirty minutes apart. Shell poke you with a device and spray water (it stains clothes) on you and then suggest an allergy test and tell you you have inflammation. She capitalizes on the poor, severely sick, desperate, and insecure. No doctor should convince you to stay by giving you deals. Dont waste your money, insurance doesnt really cover this. She also has fatphobic, anti-vax, and anti-technology signs in just the waiting room.

I was told previously that I was allergic to so many things I couldnt keep tract. I went to Dr Alwes in so much pain I found it hard to function each day, let alone take care of my 3 small children. She discovered that quite a bit of my pain was being caused by inflammation from a wheat allergy. Also my thyroid wasnt producing properly, hence the complete daily exhaustion. She only gave me 2 supplements and we rescheduled for a month. 7 days into a no wheat diet, my migraines are gone and my body aches and pains are down by about 30-40%. Also I have energy to actually want to get up in the morning. Though I do still need a nap while the babies are sleeping. So grateful for Dr Alwes!One recommendation if you a are seeing her for the first time. Know what things you eat most often. Even write them down to take in with you if needed.

The Allergy test is so thorough and I was able to figure out EVERYTHING that I was allergic to. I’ve been able to change my diet accordingly and I’ve been in much better health!She also found a parasite in my intestines and gave me a tincture to take for a few weeks and my bowels were so much healthier! I can’t recommend her enough!

I like that I felt better after seeing her, she definitely got me straightened out. But she really rushes through appointments, doesnt seem like she wants to actually answer your questions when you can get her to sit down and listen to you, and I hate that she seems to close early pretty regularly.Like, if the hours changed again, thats fine, but let us know? I know I can make an appointment, but I shouldnt have to if Im just picking up my pills really quick. Unfortunately, I think Im going to have to look around for another practitioner..

I have always been in very good health till the beginning of the year. Suddenly, my hair began to fall out, I had frequent, severe nose bleeds, a rash on my body, I was exhausted, and in pain. Dr. Alwes cured my Diverticulitis!!! Omg I was petrified at what the ER doctor told me, and the antibiotics that he prescribed. I took them for 2 days and they made me sick. Plus the first warnings on them said they cause cancer!!! I would have ended up with surgery and a nice bag I would have to carry around and hide and become distant and in social. Ugh!!!She has helped me through a few other issues as well, and I have them no longer.Dr. Alwes is the BEST!!!!!
