It would be wonderful if anyone at this company EVER answered their PHONE!!! Why even have a business if you are NOT going to answer phone calls. I have been trying for over a week and nobody EVER picks up or returns a phone call. Completely unprofessional.....

Horrible customer service. Came from Calif. and called on a Friday afternoon late and explained I forgot my scooter charger at home and needed to buy one and the guy said I could get one Saturday morning and drove all the way there from my hotel only to have the guy tell me he doesnt have one. No personality at all. Went to another place by the airport and had A1 service.
