Dr. Toledo is the BEST! He has delivered all my 3 children since 2008. I have referred plenty of women to him and they all shared the best experience. All the staff are friendly and I have never had any issues. Yes, sometimes the waiting room can be busy but isnt that a sign of a great Doc.? I would gladly wait to be seen by Toledo or anyone in his office if I had too because being in good hands is worth the wait!

Dr Toledo is awesome. I have been seeing him for 8 years now. Yes I have had issues with the front desk before but never with Toledo. Talk to him if you have issues with the staff because he does care. I trust him, Joyce and Kim and the three of them go above and beyond....even the office manager. I just don’t know her name. I’ve had two sister with issues no gyno they went to could solve and I sent them to Toledo and they’re both better now. You want a great Doctor, Toledo is the best hands down 🙌🏽

I love Dr. Toledo and Carol! The nurses are all super friendly and make personal connections with me any time I’ve been there. It’s also extremely convenient that they have a phlebotomist on site..no traveling for blood work or any type of testing besides xrays and scans. They helped me with everything from gyno to skin care and overall health.Thank you guys!Kayla 💕

Went in for a blood test for hormones, didn’t even check for the hormones, had come in again to pay another $60 dollars to just to hear test results that didn’t even come back. Then re did the blood test and this time I decided to call for my results and I call to talk to the doctor and they said the doctors were busy and they would have the doctor call me before the close which was in the next 30 mins and the lady said that I could come in for another visit for my results. Why would I make another appointment for another $60 just to find out blood results? Three visits would be $180. Why would I spend $180 dollars to find out my blood test? That’s ridiculous. These people just want my money or something. Going to find out my blood results tomorrow and never coming back to this OBGYN.

Anytime l go here for appointments I’m waiting an hour or so before l see anyone when my appointment time is either at 8 or 9. Top it off they don’t send any prescriptions as a normal person should because their attending other patients so if you’re getting medicine count on waiting a day or two. Very unorganized

I was pregnant with my first child. Dr. Toledo was already planning on cesarean delivery. I was adamant on natural vaginal childbirth but he said I was too small. I wasnt even given a chance to try. I am 56 and normal weight is 120 lbs. So Im actually very average sized and was due around Christmas. As soon as the doctor had seen what insurance I had and due date he automatically said we are going to schedule to induce you. He gave me so many different medications that my son became very distressed. Which forced me into the surgery due his blood pressure and me being a first time mom. I was terrified of what was happening! I didnt want my baby to die just because of the doctor wanting something that was unnecessary in the first place. If he hadnt scared me into being induced I wouldnt have to be researching vbac pros and cons now. Im pregnant again thankfully have a great doctor, Dr. Timothy Sauter. Completely different experience with him in a positive light. Never again will I be fooled by The Business of Being Born . The movie was made in 2007 but is completely accurate considering Dr. Toledo...

The Doctor talks to u and explain step by step the front desk are very helpful and professional. The wait is not long at all.

Have been using the doc office since I got pregnant: 1. Staff is OK EXCEPT when it comes to insurance and billing. Total Dictatorship from Holly -manager-Doc Wife who is in charge of every singe billing transaction. this lady has no idea how to bill the insurance or how the system works. if you try to ask for the answers-good luck ! you wont be able to get any . 2. after getting billed $1700.00 for simple blood work -simple because Holly doesnt know how to work the system , I had an honor to meet her and discuss the issue. There was 1 action taken-she DISCHARGED me from the office- said it was too much to work for and shoved the discharge paper in my hands-oh and by the way -I am 33 weeks pregnant. Violating any laws there is about treating pregnant patients.Save time and energy ! Dont go to the office.

Be prepared to wait hours. Dr Toledo doesnt care about taking time to see how youre doing. Its all about money and how many people a day they can fit.

Dr. Toledo is absolutely greatly. He has helped me with my addiction, in so many ways. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Dr. P is the best! He has taken such good care of me. He always makes sure you understand any procedure you need.

Not a great office at all...pregnancy is such an important & beautiful phase in a womans life & thats all there should be to it..gynos factor in throughout the whole pregnancy, they are your Go to for pretty much anything relating to your baby, so CHOOSE WISELY .I had bloodwork that was crucial to have done during my pregnancy & going back asking for the results theres nothing in the system at all..no records that I ever even had it withdrawn. Therefore, no results.Not a great experience at all with this office.. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere.Its obvious these doctors are out for the money, anything extra they can bill your insurance for they will do ..they charge 10% of your service fees if youd want to pay with debit card .. of course this is typical in the industry but when its obvious to the patients that everything in the doctors mindset is the money and not your health or outcome of it is just very unappealing .Also, front desk staff ... might as well train monkeys to do their job Smhhhhh pathetic!!

Worst experience Ive ever had with an Obgyn. The front desk has no idea what they are doing. They are unsure of any kind of billing amount you may have, and I ask them to send me an invoice, I never received it after the staff said it would be in the mail. The front desk is very clueless. Horrible with surrogate pregnancy also. They do not care for there patients and will cause you stress while prganant with ease. Horrible service.

Ive had 8 children and out of all my pregnancies dr. Toledo has been the absolute best over all i recomend him highly

Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy!! The front desk ladies are extremely unprofessional and grudgful. Because of an insurance issue I had to switch doctors and the same day I informed them I was sent a discharge letter claiming non compliance. I guess since I could not afford to pay the out of network fee to continue my ob care with them they felt the need to tarnish my patient reputation. Thankfully my new doctor AND staff are professional, curtious, helpful and compassionate. I know its not just me who feels mistreated as there were 7 other patients at my new doctors office who left dr. Toledo as well.

I absolutely L❤VE Dr. Toledo. He is down to earth, easy to talk to, and understanding. I recommend him to anyone that has an opid addiction and is ready to get clean and live a normal life again. Dont waste another moment. And get your va-jay checked while your there. Kill two birds with one Doctor! Lol

This office has NO professional help at all. Im not sure what happened to the office staff that took care of my sister and the care my nephew back in 2010. If i could give a neg 5 stars I would. My sister calls to ask about her ultrasound and we are told they are waiting for the insurance. She call the insurance and they say the never received a pre auth form. She said if they call we will approve it over the phone right away. Called the office back to get a rude staff member who knows nothing. She than ask to speak to the office manager and she has to wait for a call back. Never gets a call back! Calls back to find out whats going on they dont know. I call to ask to speak to an office manager and she ask what is this regarding. I NEVER give the name just tell her I need to speack to the office manager what 3 mins on hold. Holly the office manager gets on the phone only to sound bothered by the name of my sister. Than proceeds to tell me she dont have time for this after a few more words hangs up on me. RUDE RUDE RUDE! CRYSTAL & HOLLY ARE!

So far I dont have nothing to complain about. Lets see how it goes with my pregnancy plus Im diabetic. So Ill be crossing fingers.
