I must say, Dr. Foster is the best. He is exactly what you want as your OB. He is honest about his recommendations but when he tells you his opinion, he is kind to your feelings. I am so so so glad, I changed my previous OB to Dr. Foster. He delivered my first baby and I’m glad he will be delivering my 2nd baby.

Amazing service on 2 separate appointments. The receptionists were very nice and helpful; the physician Ashley and the medical assistant were very kind. The wait for both appointments werent long at all!

I like this facility. They’re pretty fast at getting you in for appointments last minute. Ashley, the NP, is great. See her if you can. I’ve never actually seen a doctor here but you don’t need to because Ashley is super knowledgeable and will give you more patient centered care than any doctor ever will! Health care professionals need to strive to be more like her she is raising the bar for health care providers in Las Vegas.

Google should adapt Yelps review process because these reviews are fake and from the staff. Dr Foster is ok, Dr Casa is retiring but they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . Annabell the assistant has thw worse attitude

Ashley and her medical assistant are welcoming and kind. Im very happy with the care I received. I cant speak for the other providers, but Ashley is a winner 🏆!

I had a great experience here. The location is terrific and parking was easy. The office is clean and pleasant, and I didnt wait long to be seen. Both the front office and clinical staff were friendly and competent. I saw a PA, Ashley, who was was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. This womens group appears to sincerely care for the overall well-being of women with its many offerings, procedures and attention to making patients feel welcome and well cared for.

Ive only been here once, Someone recommended Ashley, so I was able to get an appointment with her. shes great!

I went to this place back in June for bleeding following a positive pregnancy test. The only good thing about this place was the nice receptionist, other than that everyone was very unfriendly and acted as if though you were bothering them by being there. I waited for quite a bit to finally be taken to the back, Dr. Foster came in within a few minutes and they did a annual papsmear (since it had been over a year since my last and I had just moved here), he discussed options of what could be causing the bleeding and advised he would send me to the lab for blood work, literally spent like 5 whole minutes in the room and was no friendlier than his staff, so now we know why they act the way they do. Ok, so basically, if you go here expect to call multiple times asking for you blood work and being put on hold. I finally did receive my blood work from the nurse. Then, I received a bull for roughly $180 in the mail stating that my papsmear was not covered by insurance, we ended up paying it to avoid being sent to collections, but after having my insurance company do an investigation into the claim, they advised me that the bill should have been covered, but their office billed it incorrectly and if it had been billed correctly it would have been covered. I also discussed with the nurse that my labs had to be sent to Labcorp per my insurance company, they were not, the were sent to CPL, where I now have a $300+ bill, so why should I have to pay a bill after discussing the lab information with the staff? So, basically, if you want to get the run around, be treated like a number instead of an actual patient and end up paying for procedures that should have been covered, you should go here. If not, I recommend finding another office.

I came on here to leave a review and can’t believe there are so many bad reviews! I chose this office because I needed an IUD and check up and they accepted care credit. The girl who took my appt was sooo nice, giving me details about the cost of each thing I needed. The front desk and medical assistant were average, not rude but not super nice. Once I got in to see Ashley everything was perfect. She is SOOO nice, I couldn’t believe she was actually the doctor. She’s so laid back and cool. I was in a lot of pain getting my IUD inserted and she talked to me the whole time and made me extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend getting in to see her!

If I can give this office a zero - I would. They don’t know what compassion is. Coldhearted and incredibly lazy. They do not care about you or your health problem, it doesn’t matter how urgent the situation is, it’s just a money making business for them.

Ive been coming in to see Dr. Foster for about 10 years now. This is my second pregnancy with him. I can honestly say I trust my delivery in his hands, which we are a couple months away... Weve been through alot this 2nd time around but Im grateful hes been there to answer all my questions and needs.

Worst office staff I have ever dealt with. Nobody has an answer to a question that any staff should know or even made an effort. Gave me wrong information twice and after calling 6 times I’ve decided there’s no way I would stay at this place while I’m trying to have a child. Evaluate your staff before all your patience are gone.

Came here after my original doctor closed his clinic down. Ive been to the emergency room twice with this pregnancy and the nurses always have great things to say about him! Also, I freaking LOVE Ashley! She makes me feel so comfortable Everytime I come in to see her. I dont have to be shy or emberassed to talk to her or ask her anything.

Dr. Casas you need to hired new employees, *Eliot (front desk, i am sure that is not even her name) the face of your office is a complete bi...., she gives you and attitude and is lazy at doing her job. Every time I ask her a question she acted like I was bothering her, i felt so uncomfortable that I left to find a better office. Your office offers the worst customer services.

Laziness and incompetence rolled into one, that’s what you get when you visit horizon women’s health. Appointments are given no consideration and everything moves at a snail-like pace. Time is money. It’s the one resource in life we cannot gain. Horizon women’s health does not value customer time and that speaks volumes for anything in the health business.

This place does not care about your health , they only care about the insurance company and how much money they are getting they will make you come back 3 different times even if you have an urgent situation because they make more money off multiple office visits. Im going to report this place too much higher State and federal authorities that oversee operations like this

I saw Dr. George Foster. He was very nice & professional. There was no lengthy wait time, I was seen within 20 minutes of when I signed in. The front desk is very nice & so are the nurses. I would recommend Dr. Foster to anyone who wants to have a reliable & trustworthy Obgyn.

This is the absolute WORST OBGYN office in Henderson! I wish I could give them less than one star. The staff are very rude and they act like you are bothering them. They have poor communication with patients, poor aesthetics and torn furniture in the waiting room as if they do not care about the way their establishment looks. Please avoid this headache of a clinic AT ALL COSTS!!! I saw the other reviews of rude employees and chose to ignore them please do no make the same mistake.

This is a good obgyn but why tell me to come in at a certain time but not call me in till 30 minutes - 1 hour later . I’d get it if you guys were busy but whenever I go in there’s only maybe 2 other people in the waiting room

The lady at the front desk is not welcoming at all! She is very insensitive about information that is not easy for a potential mother to be going through. Everyone else I dealt with has been great.

Dr. Gerald Casas has been my doctor for 8 years and has been great even his staff I have nothing bad to say other than wonderful things about this place and Dr. Gerald himself is amazing compassionate understanding simply the best Doctor. he delivered my first born and my twins and he is 100% professional outstanding doctor ...

I went to this place last year for a pregnancy. I was so excited. The doctor seemed okay. Not that friendly but I was here from a different state and his reviews seemed ok. They scheduled a dating ultrasound and we were excited to see our baby. When we got our ultrasound we kept asking the tech questions but she ignored us and stayed silent. I knew something was wrong. She left the room and got the doctor. When he came in all he said was that the baby has no heartbeat and we need to get some blood drawn to know what your blood type is. You can either have a D&C or let it happen naturally. No sorry this happened. No compassion. No anything. I started hysterically crying walked out to the bathroom and then left. They never called me after that. I later went to an emergency room who referred me to the sweetest and most caring doctor I ever met in my life. She did 2 more ultrasounds and blood tests and although my baby did in fact not make it she was so caring and compassionate. She hugged me and she took every step to make sure before just saying your baby died. I am pregnant again now and at the first ultrasound there was no heartbeat but she did another and there was my baby girl! If you are a doctor you need to care about your patients. I know there were 2 doctors at this practice so I dont know anything about the other one. Mine was an older white Male the other is a Male too though he was not white. I dont want to discredit him because I never had any contact with him and Im only mentioning race to give people an idea of which doctor it was. It was traumatizing but Im glad I found my new OB!

I am shocked to see so many negative reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Casas for 9 years and him & his staff have been wonderful! He delivered both my son and daughter. I have nothing but positive things to say about this office.

If there was a button for 0 stars I would use it for this place. They dont make you feel welcome. There unorganized and very unprofessional. They Kept Opening the door while I was half naked laying on the bed and didnt cover me. Then today we came in for an appt at 10:30 it is now going to be 12.. Not to mention the lady behind the counter is coughing and sneezing everywhere. DONT GO HERE U WILL REGRET IT.

I wish I read these reviews before hand...Im currently with this doctor for my pregnancy...Im literally have to ask for results of blood test and have yet to got my blood sugar results...Im told him Im off and on spotting and he says that can happen with intercourse I say Im not having intercourse at all and he doesnt check me or anything....I dont understand Im almost 9 mo started care late but Im definitely finding me a different doctor and that is just sad Ive never been to a place that seems like they dont care at all...no lie...after this last appointment I made my decision. I dont even want any results from this office....they only want your money...hes just waiting until you deliver... so much more I could say but Im done!!!

Read these reviews and run away. Foster was good, Casas is a complete joke. Does very little to ensure you will have a good pregnancy. Didnt do ultrasounds when they should have been done and had complications during labor because of it. Couldnt get a work release to save a life and nurse will never fulfill her promise. Front desk lady is great and tries to be helpful but nurses cant be bothered. If they dont have the time, hire more staff. If you are desperate for an office, get Foster, never Casas.

One the best clinics you can count on, they have been always so helpful. Dr. Casas is well known for delivering babys, even the RNs at the hospital told us that he is a wonderful doctor to work with,I hope everybody gets to see Ashley Andertont at this office. Just left this place. I had an appointment for 1:30. I got there at 1:06 and there was noone in sight so I sat there for 45 mins until they all came back from lunch and I was finally got back to fill out new patient information. That took 30 mins alone....because nobody was helping me trouble shoot. Finally finished that and was sent back up to the front and the lady said I would be called back soon. I sat out there for another hour!!! All these women after me got in within 10 mins, so I ended up cancelling and I will not be returning. So if you have Medicaid dont go here because your literally below dirt to them obviously. 2 and half hours of my life I will never get back! Worst experience ever.

Horrible!! I Waited 2 hrs. today and nobody said anything I had 2 ask about what was going on. And they changed doctors and didnt have room the desk lady said? I came in for a surgical procedure and they made me go in by myself. They said there was no room. They are uncaring unprofessional and rude. They dont care if your comfortable or how you feel PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF ALL THE FRUSTRATIONS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I have been a patient of Dr. Casas since 2014 when I was trying to find a reliable OB/GYN for referrals to fertility clinics. I had previously seen three other OB/GYNs in Vegas and had some pretty bad experiences. Dr. Casas is the only one Ive found in this city that I remotely like and can get in to see in a timely manner. He and Dr. Foster took excellent care of me during my pregnancy. I love his nurses. At the time, his receptionist was pretty catty and rude, but he has since replaced her with some better.I have never been miss-billed, made to feel inferior, or my health concerns dismissed. They always communicate test results in a timely manner and have bent over backwards to make sure Im seen. They went out of their way to see me this week. I was allowed to come in on a busy Monday afternoon for urgent care. I waited an hour and a half, but I was so grateful they worked me in that I didnt care. No one else would see me and I didnt want to go to the ER.I was well cared for during my pregnancy, especially at my 40 week checkup when it was obvious I was developing pre-eclampsia. Dr. Foster broke my water and Dr. Casas was incredibly patient while I delivered my OP baby (I pushed for 4 hours - not many doctors in Vegas are going to allow you that.)Here is what you need to understand about their practice: its a two-man show. There is no PA. They over schedule because there is a doctor shortage in Vegas and they want to make sure people are cared for, even if they have to wait. I moved across town and I will still drive the distance and spend the time waiting to see Dr. Casas.

Wife had a HORRIBLE experience in this place. Dont ever waste your time nor money. Dont know a thing about customer service.

How can you have a appointment when you come here? And you have to wait over an hour before you are seen. This is my second time here and another wait had an appointment both times and first time I waited over 2 hours to see a doctor and now this time it is going on a hour. People that got here after I arrived get called back before me and there appointment is after mine. What is the point in having a appointment because if I was to arrive late they wouldn’t see me but they can be late seeing me when I have a appointment and I arrive on time even early.

This place is awful on so many levels. I was poked twice when getting a blood test. The nurse kept apologizing as she didnt have enough experience. To make matters worse, she started bandaging me up with BLUE DUCT TAPE. I asked for a bandaid. she made me sit there & hold my arm to control the bleeding while she searched for one. There were NO BANDAIDS IN THE ENTIRE CLINIC. Are you kidding me? I walked to the front to check out with the receptionist, but she couldnt find my results. She didnt know what to do with me. I left. A few days later, I called back to make a follow up appt. & It turns out the receptionists know nothing nor do they care to know. If you are the kind of person who would love to get paid to do nothing & get away with it. You should apply here. I will try it myself.

This place is the worst, I do not recommend it to anyone, to conbrar they are the first. I do not recommend it to anyone. The attention is lousy. And for the record, I give it a star to be able to write.

Worse attention anyone can receive .... these people work very poorly and are very unprofessional ..... I dont understand how a place like this can have clients ... they give you an appointment and then make you wait for up to 1 hour and media for then to make you pass ..... they do not respect the appointment schedule or the time of the people ..... garbage of attention, garbage of personnel they do not keep a record of the passengers nor do they know anything just to charge you and get money from insurance ... not even 1 star deserves this.
