Best massage of my life from Austin, and two of the other for in my party had best ever massages. The other twos were really great. Pedicure and wax were good as well, and hanging out by the pool was a huge bonus. Poolside good (apparently they dont do this year-round) was delicious. Some of our group ordered meals with fries and I ate a lot of them that they didnt eat, because they were so so yummy.The one thing I am disappointed by is they charged more for the pedicure than the price online. I wasnt sure at the time I was paying, but I went back and checked after and it was $15 more. We are connecting with them about that and the higher price charge for a different type of pedicure as well. The whole rest of the experience means that this is still a five-star review despite this. And hopefully we get that worked out as well.

Called a Host on 10.13.21 to see if they had a room for 10.22.21 comped from our players status the gentleman said yes of course got out players card number good to go. We arrived after an 8 hour drive and guess what the host did not make reservation. So in Vegas and no room and everything booked guest services were no help at all. I would spend my money where the company treats its patrons better. I give them a big thumbs down.

Super clean! Huge casino with plenty of gaming to choose from. The restaurants have plenty of vegan options (make reservations at Hanks).The beds are heavenly! We came here after a week at Wynn Encore. It was great to get away from the strip for a couple of days. We rested and came home happy!

Spent a long weekend here and was impressed from the start! Good and clean family friendly option for Vegas. Lots of dining options around you, amazing pool area, movie theatre on site. The staff to also me really stood out for their job done as they were always very helpful and friendly!!

Perfect for our needs. Driving through and needed clean pleasant spot for a quick picnic and thats exactly what we got. No bathrooms, but its very small - so just picnic tables and a playground. Clean and pleasant.

Smoke filled and had to wear a mask. I spent 500 and the best I hit was 30. I think its odd that I have to wear a mask and smokers can remove theirs and have a cigarette hanging out of their mouth.

Beautiful hotel resort. Pool is amazing. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, clean. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Great restaurants inside.

Spent 4 days there and had an amazing time! Everyone was super helpful and pleasant. Brandi at Players Card Services was super helpful in getting us signed up with our Players Cards. We spent one of our days poolside - daybed rentals were $100/day which was very reasonable for the caliber of service we received. Autumn was our poolside server and she was a gem! We visited several bars within the hotel, including the STN Bar, where Daniel served our drinks as we played - He was an awesome bartender and kept our glasses full as we gambled the night away! The entire establishment is gorgeous from top to bottom in detail. Our rooms were luxurious inside, one of which had a spacious patio area - which was amazing to sit out on at night with a cool breeze. All in all it was a super fun trip - that we certainly cannot wait to do again!!!

In reading most of the reviews that are a three or below the owner apologizes and said oh thats not the norm come back and try us again but no resolution to the problem that we had on hand. So why would I come back and try it again with no resolution of the problem that we had so the apology was very nice but to come back again and try it when you didnt fix the problem at hand. NO I think not, not when theres so many other hotels that are more accommodating and friendlier than yours. And maybe you can explain to me what we get for the $5,000 package on a wedding when theres going to be six people there. A bride a groom and four people watching do we get water for 5,000.00 or chairs, maybe flowers? I was told a room, and the person who marries you, that is it. Thank you for your time, explaining this.

This place is fantastic. Reasonable bet minimums. I played $5.00 craps and blackjack. This place is quite with very friendly staff. The local people were very friendly too.

Sunday at the pool was great! Not to crowded. Kids had fun playing in the sand and water. I love how shallow it is.Only down part was when we left to get a snack from the food court- walk back so we can eat it at our CABANA rental Employee at podium says NO outside food/drink. Um sir its from the food court in the casino. Still NO. Really upsetting as the pool menu doesnt have much for kids. So right there we had to eat what we could and then went in. Only to find out that at 4pm kitchen closes and outside food/drink IS ALLOWED!![It was around 230p when he told us no)..

We didn’t stay here but happened upon this place because of the pizza restaurant inside it. What a little gem! We spent some time at the slots and tables before a great dinner. Didn’t have to deal with the Vegas strip drama. Was quite pleasant seeing as we really only went for dinner. But we checked out the casino and had a great time. Worth the stop for the food and games!

The staff is so nice and everything is always so clean! The only thing Id change would be the pricing. Im a local and they have some locals discounts, but Id say not enough to make a difference.

I was only here on one occasion because they requested extra security personnel when they first opened! First of all, its far because I dont do freeway driving, but finally found it and happy I did because it sure is gorgeous! You can get lost easily here because its huge and has many restaurants, bars and other services available! I said Oh My, this is a stations resort? They had an outdoors concert going on that sounded great! Good thing there were others with me because Im really not familiar with this area, but think its beautiful! This resort is upscale and caters to the whales and people willing to spend more money and it sure is worth it! There definitely was a need for this and people rave about it! I got a chance to roam around and act like a tourist and this is the lifestyle of the rich and famous, I say! Robin Leach would never want to leave, nor would I if I was a rich girl! I would love to go again and see the shoppes and get to know it better! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😎🇺🇲

I was refused service for not wearing a mask when I told them I have a disability. The waitress responded to me by saying she doesnt care. Rude!

Weve been coming here for years and its always a great experience! The staff is friendly and helpful, the resort has all the amenities, and a bunch of extra perks. The food on site is great, the casino is fun and doesnt have all the touristy schtick you get from other resorts on the strip, and its even more affordable! Only thing Id like to see change is to finish making the casino floor non-smoking!

I got a gel nail polish fixed here and we also got a couples 80 minutes message- the massage was awesome! The spa was spotless and it had everything you would need such as toothpaste, tooth brushes, deodorant and hair brushes. My only remark was that I needed to walk back to my room with the slippers on but when I asked, the staff told me I couldnt which I found a bit inconvenient. However, all in all, it was a 5 star experience. Would definitely visit again and have my own pair of slippers to keep! Staff were awesome and very tentative.Regarding the nail polish, I would give that 2 stars only as the polish itself didnt cover all the nail at the bottom which meant although its gel nail and should last for 2 to 3 weeks yet I need to go get it fixed soon as its already out grown and looks old.

7am. No bars were open. No roulette tables open. But they did have 5 empty BJ tables staffed.... No cocktail waitress either. The staff in the cafe were asking but the rest of the casino employees are asleep standing. Would give 2 stars but I couldnt even get a drink.. I even sat down at the side bar for 15mins.

We needed an escape from the strip and downtown not only to get away from the tourist trap but to hopefully change our luck. Green Valley did not disappoint. It was our first visit and we have been coming to Vegas for thirty years. Parking was fairly easy and as we walked to the elevators a security guard was cooling off on her bike inside the doors. A polite conversation with her and nice to know they make the rounds through the parking areas. Inside was splendid with all the same slots you know at the strip. The vibe was an older crowd which we liked and our luck was certainly better! I was impressed by the sheer size of the resorts sports book area! We stayed for only a couple hours and the service was far better than what you can get at the strip by the cocktail servers. If we rent a car again we will pay the Green Valley Ranch Resort another visit.

Really liked the Casino and the way they had it set up. We had fun for the few hours we spent there.

I’m not one to write poor reviews but my experience here has warranted this feedback. I have been very disappointed with the professionalism and customer service. Too many issues to list and perhaps my experience is uncommon, but when you pay for a 4 star experience, anything less than a 3 is unacceptable.

This casino has the best odds so far and the waitstaff are the best in town! They remembered me after two trips just lovely ladies. Love going there for games and drinks.

Absolutely....Breathtakingly Beautiful.. Suburbia meets up in Las Vegas...Love it..❤It was a great 5 days meeting up and reconnecting with my Sorority Sister in Las Vegas. I havent seen her in a while cause she lives in San Francisco and I live in NYC.. She was there for the FAAMA conference and I was there as her guest to chill, hang and gamble (hoping for slot success)😥🤣....However, let me not digress...I had a phenomenal time and the Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino was Everything..I didnt even miss going to the strip. The food and drink was awesome and the ambiance was even more awesome.Cant say or show to much more cause..What happens in Vegas....Stays in Vegas...😉😎.🤣😂

Rooms need to be more senior friendly. The king bed was too high with too many pillows and not really comfortable. My arthritic hands could not open their 8 oz bottle of water the Caps were way too small to grip. Other than that very nice hotel and a great breakfast at the Lucky Penny.

Excellent! Beautiful and clean rooms. Large, current movie selection. Room service was wonderful! I recommend the fruit platter and stuffed French toast. The Lucky 7 has the best caramel apples ever! The pool has great cocktail service. Fabulous customer service and great neighborhood!

Being a VIP of Stations Casinos, I was rather disappointed the way I was greeted by the Front Desk staff which was quite rude.The TV in my room only played STATIC. I informed the front desk and nobody ever came to fix it.I think Ill stick with my home casino, Boulder Station. I Boulder Station they treat me like family Green Valley ranch Street and me like the plague. I wasnt happy with that as of VIP of Stations Casinos for almost 30yrs.

From the moment we pulled up we were in constant awe of the beauty of the property, the attentiveness of the staff and the ease of the process. The restaurants are delicious, the rooms are well appointed and the cabana we rented contributed to the most relaxing pool day experience. We will definitely becoming back.

Ive stayed a couple of times at Green Valley Ranch and loved it. The rooms have a European kind of charm while still having modern convenience and pristine cleanliness.I called today to add a day to my reservation for next week. Shayla (sp) assisted me. She was professional, kind and found a way to get a reduced price because I have a Boarding Pass. Im looking forward to my next visit to Green Valley Ranch 🤠.Food- Convenient fast food is available by the casino floor. The breakfast place has a very tempting pastry case. Hanks Steaks are fabulous. There was an Italian restaurant, pre-pandemic. It was great.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about any and everything having to do with the resort. Kudos to the entire team, from the valet to the housekeeping staff. Well done. This is one resort we will revisit.

Wonderful place! Clean spacious rooms, no smokey smell which is odd because you can smoke in the casino, reasonable prices for food and incredible staff. I loved the guy who took our luggage up. Super sweet friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for a great visit! Hope to return soon.

Beautiful hotel, gardens are immaculate, pool area is nice and large as well. Had some issues with the bathtub not draining properly. It was a minor issue and doesnt really detract from the overall experience too much. Very relaxing hotel outside the strip and the nearby district is very nice to walk around and dine.

There is lots to offer,especially food for children and a play room, pool side swimming, crew are all nice.

Love going there. Never to crowded and never smells like cigarettes.

Best Casino in Vegas IMHO! Rooms are amazing, plethora of slots and table games, and the dining is second to none! Hanks served perhaps the best steak I’ve ever eaten in my life! Pizza Rock was voted in the top 10 pizza places in America on the Food Network and they DESERVE it! Super safe environment. Their security team does a great job keeping shady, drunk or potentially dangerous folks off property.

We came to this resort for a work convention and will absolutely be back! The hotel is separated from the casino in such a way that you can avoid the casino all together if youd prefer (not in the lobby like other hotels). Their pool is family friendly with a beach-like entrance. Wed love to come back and bring the kids.Im giving only 4 stars because we paid for an upgrade to have a balcony, but the balcony overlooked the roof (pic included)

I helped with taking an elderly client to the casino. She used to gamble often, and hadnt been in a long time. So her son and I walked her around and let her play some machines, stopped at the pastry counter, for some delicious treats, a nice visit with the young lady behind the counter. We stayed a couple hours I believe. It was really enjoyable. Very nice restaurants! Plan on returning soon!!

Love this place. Great sports book and race book. Plenty of great food options and a little bit of an upscale atmosphere without being too upscale. Its just right in all ways. The pool is nice with a beach for the kids. Pool staff is amazing!

I was there for a conference and was told we get a discount at the spa. Went to spa booked a massage. Come to find out that it was booked for the day we were leaving so had to cancel a massage that I needed. Everyone was rude!

I was there for a few hours to attend an event. A very beautiful place outside and inside. Very polite staff. Free valet. There are plenty of parking spots available both in the lot and parking garage.

I live right down the street so I visit here often. Actually about to head there now. But its within walking distance from where I live and I overall just like going here because the building architecture itself is attractive. Nice . friendly and welcoming employees who keep it very clean inside as well as bathrooms. The waitresses there are very nice but sometimes(Im sure its not the workers faults. It may not even be realized) but theres been times only later at night /early morning usually I have had been playing for 2 or 3 hours + at the time and no once was I offered a drink or even saw or heard a girl walk by saying drinks.. Cocktails thats my only concern. 85% of the women waitresses are very nice on the eyes which is a huge plus. I know I speak for many others and even women on that aspect. Good service and people. Oh ya. I like the place but i do feel its very rare for me myself has any luck. Being I mostly lose or break even when playing. Only have won good amount a few times but thats not their fault. Its my choice of games and which machine

One of the nicer Station Casino properties in Las Vegas/Henderson. This locale has some of the nicer dining options in the city with standard gaming prices and other options on site. Service was super friendly and the drink prices were not too bad. This is my favorite Henderson casino between Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch. Several shops and stores in the immediate vicinity of the casino. People in the area should definitely stop in if you are looking for a nice spot to hang out, gamble, dine or otherwise enjoy some good shopping.

Get a massage. Spend the whole day there enjoying the spas and beautiful private pool. Great work out room. Great showers. They provide everything. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q tips,even toothbrushes and toothpastes. And nice robes. Hated to leave!!

The entrance to the garage is kind of hidden and you have to cross over lines to get to the second level.... the food court is amazing and my club card doesnt always work so I have to get a second one. as soon as I try the spa Ill be back to review

Positive: Location was great for an off the strip experience. Lots of amenities. Pool was nice. Staff overall were friendly. I slept great. Negative: Limited service. At check in given 2 keys and told where to go, but no other info. Didn¿t realize to use the tv screen for info until I checked out. No daily room service even though requested. Limited pool hours, no food or drink take-in. $$$ to buy.

Power tripping Security bully some that take a drink with mask down while ignoring people of other colors that are not wearing a mask at all. Zero consistency and cant even explain their own policies. They will kick you out for trespassing without even letting you speak with management. If you want to be targeted or bullies, this is your place. Otherwise stay anywhere else....literally. Treated this way at $400 per night....no thanks. You have been warned.

My wife and I had a great time. The staff was very friendly. A couple things I didnt like was when you cashed in the voucher the machines only gave you cash, and another voucher for the change. Also the table games are now video and the poker room is still closed.

Amazing staff, clean place, lots of things for kids and not so small kids to do. Some arcade games, arts and crafts, costumes, kitchen set, wall/rock climbing, slide and tunes, mini snack bar, etc.

So first they lost our vehicle in valet, my husband had to use our Lincoln app to locate the car for them. Just to find that they left the keys inside the vehicle unlocked.. we than get to our vehicle that next morning to get breakfast to find our car parked outside the valet, as if someone called ahead to have the vehicle ready. However, no one called for it and it was damaged. The door was dented so badly, two key marks about 2 inches long on the passages side, than a huge scratch on the hood along with a large hand and lines of finger prints, along the hood as if they were trying to hide that they scratched it. Or that indeed someone did scratch it. Security came down to do a report and start an investigation. They stated to us to that the manager will be notified of this incident immediately, and they will be contacting us as soon and tomorrow morning. Well that following morning no one was even aware of the incident, not even the top dog of security!!! So frustrating:/Oh so it gets better, we thought we had an extra day, but the third party was wrong (which had nothing to do of any fault of the resort). So they said we had to leave or pay the going rate 500$ a night. Well we asked for a manager, and this man so called a manager, James came out and was awful, told my mother that she could enjoy the pool but she needs to get her belongings out after she gets back from the pool. They were in the pool for about 1.5 hours, and checked out around 315, well he charged her an extra 150$ even though he told her that she didn’t have a specific time frame to get our items out of the hotel!!!However, Everyone else was wonderful, and we have been coming to this resort from AZ For the last 10 years. I have never had such an issue with anything in Vegas except for this so called manager James!!! Worst manager ever, won’t keep me from coming back, but my gosh this was by far the worst trip that we have ever had in the past 20 years that we have been coming to Vegas

I thought Station casinos would be less absurd about mask mandate than strip. I was mistaken. My birthday night I barely arrived, enjoying one drink while gambling and instead of cocktail waitress offering me another drink she says I need a mask and I need to wear it (No one literally around me for like 30 ft in case you care)! Took the rest of my business elsewhere thank you. I got the vaccine to be treated like a criminal and a child? Ill save my money until this tyranny is over.

This is a very nice Casino off 215 at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson NV. It is spotlessly clean, well staffed, nice food court with a Fat Burgers. Who can resist that? Easy on and off at 215 so on our way out of town we usually plan to stop there for a few hours and have lunch between some gambling. It is also a huge place with accommodations and they are also quite nice if a bit pricey for our tastes. We have only stayed once at Christmas a few years ago and the place was gorgeous in decoration.

Clean, quite and very nice overall. It takes a lot to impress me. But GVR (Green Valley Ranch) has done it. From the moment you step out your vehicle throughout the whole stay. Beautiful view just to touch on a few of great amenities they have to offer at GVR. Never a disappointed stay. Customer service over all is nothing less than an A+!!!

This is one of the nicest local casinos. Clean and around a nice area of town. I definitely prefer this one out of all of the station casinos. Theres a ton of machines and they are reasonably priced.

I’ve only been on the Casino side. There’s non smoking areas but more of the smoking areas and it is smokey. Great games plenty of video poker. Plenty of places to eat. Nice big pool lounge area. Good crowd.

Love the atmosphere here. Seems very upkept. The games seem a bit tight :( or maybe just my luck. Ive gone here numerous times, NO LUCKY, hopefully soon though! The drinks are GREAT, the service is GOOD. I appreciate the cleanliness, and cool AC. Overall great Casino. I enjoy going early in the mornings, when its empty and quiet.

I love to eat at Botiglia at GVR. Their brunch is good but the menu is very limited. I suggest you dine for their regular hours instead where you have a full choice on the menu with great items such as their meatballs and spaghetti squash which is unavailable during brunch.

Overall really enjoyed this resort. I did a ton of research before booking and I recommend you do the same to make sure it will be a good fit. To me, this resort felt very family friendly. The pool is heated and has a sand bar entry, which my son liked. The arcade was a hit and we all had fun there. Kid Quest is available for some child-free time, but we didn’t partake this trip. My husband and I appreciated that you could literally just stay at this resort and be completely satisfied. A shopping district is a walk-across-the-street if you fancy that. Because we visited in the off-season, not many things were open (like the pool bar and gift shop), so we look forward to visiting again during peak season that way we can experience everything the resort has to offer. Parking was a little confusing at first, but isn’t that typical of all big resorts?! If you choose valet there’s nothing to worry about, but if you want to park yourself, head towards the 215 Garage. We thought customer service was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s not Four Seasons, but it’s nice for what you pay. Yes, bits and pieces are outdated or could use a paint touch up, but overall we were very pleased with our stay here. Highly recommend, especially for families.

My favorite place to stay in Henderson!!! Amazing rooms. Comfortable beds. Tub and shower combos. Wonderful restaurant options with the shopping mall within walking distance. Friendly staff and valet service. The pool is to die for. Just the perfect retreat every time I visit.

We found this place as an alternative to the strip. Its just perfect. Has a lot of amenities and a large gaming floor. The rooms are excellent and kept in fantastic order. This is our go to Las Vegas place when we come from Arizona.

Little pricey, but it is a resort casino. Very friendly and professional staff. The casino on property was very fun. Lots of gaming activities. Bar service was good. Needs a little larger non-smoking area. Restaurants were nice. The steakhouse on property was amazing. Fantastic service on all. If you are looking for a different Vegas experience this is the place.

Pizza Rock is a delicious and fun place to go to. Beers were cold when playing the slots. Had a great time!

Visited the ressort in late august with my husband who was celebrating his Birthday along with other family members , who were also celebrating. We had a wonderful time . Have been coming to Vegas for 30 years, dont have to visit the strip anymore ,this is my favorite spot.The food was excellent beautiful resort, great shopping our first outing in a year felt safe ,and never have to go back the strip . We will return next month to celebrate my Birthday with friends from Arkansas, looking forward to the good food and relalaxation.Service was outstanding !

Just got back from 3 nights at Resort everything up to 2nd day we were there was fine. Had an incident with employee not sure if she was resort employee or employee with catering business of wedding. She accused me stealing never in my 50 years have I stolen anything. Was very offended of such accusations. Manager didnt handle situation I felt he couldve done more.

I am chairman and I have played here for 2 years as a local, I am beyond disappointed with the service and the so called benefits... I am at the point where I am completely done with this property, by far have the worst comp’s and freeplay out of everywhere. The rooms are average and the paybacks are no different then the strip. I Strongly recommend different properties then station....

The food was good but not spectacular. For the price of a room, one would expect a coffee maker and the HVAC to function better

I called the casino and spoke to a nice lady who told me that I could park and stay in my RV in their parking lot overnight.Security let me know that night that she was wrong but since there must have been some sort of miscommunication and misunderstanding they would let it pass.Whatever happened to casinos letting RVers camp/Park overnight in their lots? I went in for all my food and enjoyed my 🎰 entertainment. I spent money 💰.Ill stay at the Southpoint instead. Nicer casino and cheaper than GVR.

The shower hardware needs replacing. The faucet required two hands to turn it, and the shower head was very basic with no way to control the strong force of water. The TV picture was very poor. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

This is a great hotel and Casino, excellent! The food is fantastic in any restaurant. I highly recommend eating here. Although if your a sports better, and you believe in good luck, stay away from the two blonde, white female bookies. They are arrogant and ignorant and such bad Luck. Not to mention these women are very rude, very bad vibes.

Food was really good! Only thing was the steak was thinner so it was really cooked on the fajita skillet. Tasted wonderful just more cooked than I prefer!

Cheryl at the security desk is the worst. I reported my phone lost and she said it hadn’t been turned in. I asked if I could report it missing and she said there is nothing they can do. I finally asked if this was the security desk or the “World’s Worst Customer Service Desk”? Finally, she asked one of the other security personnel to walk around with me to look for it. As we were walking (less than 2 minutes later) we got a call that someone had turned in a cell phone to Cheryl at the security desk. As I walked up to the security desk, she literally slammed my phone down in front of me and said, “THERE’S YOUR PHONE!”. Cheryl has a seriously bad attitude and I’m surprised the GVR Casino allows her to deal with the public.I love GVR and I generally have a great time there.

Good service. Good prices. Great location for lake weekends and stays. Security was excellent. Kept my boat and day gear in my truck and on boat in lot overnight for 4 nights. No hassle.

Green valley is just about to the same as any other casino , except it is newer and like more cost but it is a great place to be they also have a nice big pool area really nice and the buffet is my favorite and its not too expensive its the same as any other station casinos
