Well just give you a little background so just maybe, youll understand it from my point of view. Im in my early 50s, (their youngest client at this time), was diagnosed w/Multiple Sclerosis, will be 20 years, this year. Also have other medical issues but nothing that compares to the MS! It took my family several years to talk me into allowing a stranger, helper/medical, into my personal space. I was eventually worn down, not only by family, my body, has also worn down. So I finally agreed & to my surprise...it has been such a positive change in my life!No longer am I laying in bed, in pain, depressed & doing NOTHING! Its like a new beginning! Or should I say, brought out the old me!Nick, the owner, meet w/us, on a Sunday, b/c he likes to meet the potential client himself! He had us sold the more we got to talking & said yes that day! (especially when he told us his father was being taken care of by his employees)!I have met or talked to him & office staff, Kealy, Cristina & Debbie, on numerous occasions and I really like that they are very friendly, caring, work w/you & your scheduling, just all around terrific service!They really try and so far have succeeded at finding the right kind of helper that fits you and your needs.They even inquire about how my parents are doing & always wishing them hello & how they are doing! So thoughtful!I am on my second helper, the first one left for personal reasons but we still stay in touch! So far, new helper seems like a pretty good fit also! Still getting to know each other... Looking forward to our adventures, as I call them! 😉I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I would definitely recommend!!Like I said, it has totally changed my life! I contacted Henderson Home Care to look after my 88-year-old mother while I was on a trip abroad. I spoke with other agencies, but none of them were as responsive or professional as Henderson Home Care. Victoria was extremely attentive to our needs, and spend considerable time with us to make sure we were pleased with their services. By the time I departed I was confident that mom was in good hands, and she was! I have no complaints and highly recommend Henderson Home Care. I’m sure you be satisfied with them!

We found ourselves reaching out to Home Care Assistance of Henderson on Christmas Eve after my grandfather was discharged from acute care following a 2 week hospital stay. His discharge from the acute care was rushed due to the holiday and our facility choices were limited due to his altered mental status and poor rehab prognosis. Essentially, our loved one was “dumped” at the only facility within a 20 mile radius of his home that would accept him as a rehab candidate. We were hopeless, watching the entire scenario unfold on Christmas Eve and horribly worried about leaving him alone overnight at a facility that was severely lacking in staff to patient ratio. It was during this time we reached out to Home Care Assistance of Henderson. Given how difficult it had been to get a response from providers when trying to coordinate a discharge over the holiday, you can imagine our surprise when someone answered the phone on Christmas Eve when I called Home Care Assistance of Henderson. Someone answered and someone was waiting for our call! They listened to our story, empathized and reassured us that they could help and they could help QUICKLY. The owner, Nick, coordinated an assessment for our loved one the next morning, which also happened to be Christmas Day. It was obvious from day one that the facility grandpa was in didn’t have the staff available to watch him as closely as was needed during his stay there. Who will ensure that he has assistance with eating, when relatives can’t be there? What if he gets confused or disoriented in the middle of the night? What if he tries to get up, unassisted? Will he have a fall? Would an additional injury cause him to go back into the hospital? We were not confident that the facility alone could provide him the care and attention that we knew he needed. Home Care Assistance of Henderson had the solution we needed. Hiring an additional caregiver for my grandfather has made all the difference. Nick and his team have been so wonderful and steady during this tumultuous time and for that, we are forever grateful!

The name of this company is an understatement. They were a godsend. Always on time, never said no and I could not recommend them more.The care giver, Sabrina, was top notch. When one of my parents was in in their last stages, she did everything in her power to ensure his comfort. She did everything possible, within her capabilities to keep both of them safe, clean and well taken care of during her time with them.The office team was always polite and helpful. It is truly remarkable to find a company owned by a family that treats you like a family.If you are looking for home care, this is the ONLY company to go with for your sanity. Worth every penny. I had an outpatient surgery and needed someone with me for the first 24 hours after the procedure. They provided me with care givers who were compassionate, professional, and extremely helpful. At first I was a little nervous being with strangers at such a vulnerable time but they over exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing any type of care giver assistance.

ALL of the staff, from NICK to all of the caregivers, went ABOVE and BEYOND to help care for my 82 year old Mother. I knew she was in great hands when I spoke with Nick from the very first day. I HIGHLY recommend Home Care Assistance of Henderson. She will need them again, unfortunately, and we will call them and will be able to sleep at night (my sister and I live out of state).
