Weve absolutely love our experience at gym and fit for our kids. Coaches are encouraging and help improve their students skills.

Let me start by saying AMAZING!!! They were all able to get my daughter focused, not so sensitive over everything!!! They value each person and make it safe and fun!! Cant wait to see my girl flip out in the best way 😆!! Thank you sooo much!!!

Could use an upgrade was a lot of trash and the bathrooms were quite gross. It definitely has a ton of open space . It was not the worst but like I said coukd use an upgrade or deep cleaning

We started a few years ago with gymnastics, as both kids loved it. We then moved over to their Ninja classes and now both kids are in the dance classes. The teachers are great and wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend to friends, family, or anyone.

I teach dance at gym & fit. Everyone is very nice and I am shocked to read the one bad review. I have never heard anyone speak the way she mentioned. Mr Kelly is very devoted to the families that come to Gym & Fit. The training is top notch and the students and their families seem to be very happy!

This place is absolutely amazing. The prices are reasonable. My two year old and I do the mommy and me and my five year old does her class on Saturdays. Mr. Kelly is amazing with children and works so well with them. Ive tried some of his tactics at home, theyre so good. My children have gotten better at listening and following directions since starting here . The payments are easy to make and the Web page is easy to navigate . This is a wonderful business and you can tell that he puts his time into it.

From my sister in law who just had the worst experience - I have never in my life been treated like this before. I went to get my nails done and I parked in the parking lot right next to the nail shop. As you can see I parked right in-front of the Gym and Fit (located on 10670 S. Maryland Pkwy). As I’m walking to the nail salon, I hear a lady cursing I didn’t know it was to me until she said “you b...!” I turned around and she said “move your f....car are you f.... st...” mind you she had people’s kids in there. I asked her if she’s the manager and she said she was and I responded “wow you’re a manager and this is how you talk to people?!” She continued to scream and say “move you’re car you f.... c... among other things! You have glasses learn how to f...use them” she went inside and I got in my car and she gets out again and starts screaming some more and flipping me off.Seriously there was kids in here. What an embarrassment to be out there screaming like a crazy person because I parked there. And mind you there is no signage saying not to park there.

Great classes, great instructors. Great for birthday parties and parents night out.

Great place to learn dance, gymnastics, etc. Sincere and hardworking owners.

My son did the Ninja class and it was loads of fun. Coach Kelly keeps the kids moving and focused, and the activities arent repetitive like many classes. Highly recommended!

My daughter been here for almost a year now and she has improved so much Coach Kelly is awesome the kids get 1 on 1 help without having such a packed class getting overlooked. Plus the coach has a great numerous personality the kids love
