This office is like no other.I have been a patient as well as my mother for over 15 years. I cannot express how amazing, professional, caring,considerate,and actually listen to all of your medical needs the entire team has for each and everyone of their patients . Dr. Welborn takes to heart all of your medical concerns with compassion and trustworthy care.You feel welcomed and respected from the moment you walk in.Words cannot express how appreciative I am for the positive energy, and good faith, Dr. Welborn and her team deliver each and every time. I have been a patient of Dr. Welborn Since 3/2011. Prior to that I had received medical services through the military as a dependent for insurance reasons. Dr. Welborn actually listens to her patients. Only one negative for the practice but does not need lessen my review --wait times. Yes there are wait times sometimes. However, I am prepared for that and know that she is just helping another person feel better by listening to her patients. Thank you Dr. Welborn for being caring and helping me feel better.

I saw Dr. Welborn for a number of years and she was ok. Then I saw her PA for a few more years (he was great). After he left and I found the new Dr. Welborn judgemental and her Christian ideals phony and false. She never talked to me about any problems I might have had. She just noted her opinion.on.my records which of course went to.my new dr. Of course I couldnt stay with a Dr. I couldnttrust. Only my opinion, of course...

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Welborn for about 6 months, during which time we collectively had 6 visits. We are in our 20s and quite healthy, but her office policies are set up to require that you come a different day to get test result and other services (even if your results are completely normal!). What should have been 3 visits turned in to 6--due to being misinformed my multiple people about what could be done in the same visit. When numerous employees tell me the same thing via phone (which sounds accurate since normal doctors offices do things that way), then I learn that everything Ive been told is incorrect (and was, in fact, never their policy) only AFTER I arrive and pay my co-pay (which they make you pay before even seeing the doctor), and they happily insist on rescheduling me for a follow up visit (that will cost me another $20), it feels like I was intentionally lied to just so they could make more money. My time and money are VALUABLE TO ME so stop wasting it! This happened on 3 different occasions between my husband and me, so we fired her as our PCP. The one thing we did like is that her office keeps your files on the computer instead of on paper charts. She was nice enough as a doctor, but horrible as a business woman. Were in search of a new PCP for my family now.
