Very Caring and Professional staff and Doctors!Excellent scheduling and notifications for patients to remind us of appointments.My Doctor is Excellent and always explains findings in detail and always is caring about Your personal health and doesn’t rush through appointments! I would recommend them to my family and Friends.

All staff at the Galleria Henderson office were wonderful...very friendly and helpful. They are an extremely professional and knowledgeable team and very thorough. We are so glad we found this office!! We feel in great hands with Ms Call and Thelma...wonderful caring women..

I went there for the first time yesterday. I was met with a friendly professional staff. I was especially happy to meet Dr. Sparling. I had a lengthy consultation with him. He was knowledgeable and very detailed about what I needed to do to ensure my wellness. I can tell immediately I could trust him. His assistant Jocelyn was delightful. I am certain I made the right decision by choosing Intermountain Health Care.

I had a follow up visit with Anne-Marie, NP. She had thoughroughly red my record information and asked all the right questions. We covered all the bases and she ordered the referrals l needed as well as prescribing a new medication for a condition that had been overlooked by other primary care physicians. I was bowled over and hope l will see her again.

Dr. Van Wagner is a floating doctor, however I would follow her at any location. Excellent experience.

The Caring Staff during registration are very helpful and knowledgeable.The technician who draws my blood is very thorough, sanitary, knowledgeable and kind. She has been drawing my blood for 5 years or so and though I could have my labs done much closer to home, I come to your office because of her!Dr. Sparlings Assistant is also very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She makes sure that she is aware of the primary issues that I need to discuss with Dr. Sparling to make the appointment as efficient as possible. I always feel cared about when I meet with her.Dr. Sparling has been my PCP since 2010. He remembers my medical issues and is very knowledgeable of medications and which ones will be most effective with my various medical issues. He is also very kind about how my health is in general. He CARES about ME and that is very important to me!!

Ever since me n my wife retired, We have been with Dr Sparling. We cant find a better Dr than him. I have diabetes and my wife is a two time cancer survivor. Dr Sparling always takes his time and discuss everything with us .Some time we spend over an hour or more with him and he always answer all our questions.We are so happy to have a such great, careing and understanding doctor.All the staff are helpful.We cant ask a better health care provider than Intermountain.

PA Ashlin Call is wonderful as was her nurse and receptionist who I sadly dont remember their names. PA Call was very attentive and detailed. Very organized and didnt miss anything in her referrals blood work etc. Am a little concerned bc when I called my insurance (an HMO), I was told that I should have changed providers before going in since my PCP was listed as Dr Papageorge who is apparently not accepting new patients. The person I scheduled with said it would be fine, so I am hoping it will be okay since I am on a very low budget. This is the reason for 4 stars. Overall, I was very happy with the care I received. I was upset leaving my last doctor in SD, but I am quite sure PA Call will be a great replacement.

I have been dealing with several sick people in these past few years and always felt getting anything from a Doctors office was like going to see a Dentist (pulling teeth). With that said... My provider is Ashlyn Call, PA,-C. She is diligent. She asks whats going on with you, she makes recommendations. She works with you if things do not work out she lets you know the risk of not going on certain medications or remaining on certain medications. She will work with you on your suggestions, but she knows how to take action and steer you in the right direction. For your health, Ashlyn Call, PA-C is a great provider I recommend her for all geriatric patients.

My appointment with Ashlynn Call was very helpful. She has a good bedside manner and addressed my issues promptly, explaining everything quite well. I am happy with her care and recommendations. However, I didn’t like waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room when no one else was there. I am also not pleased with telephone wait times of up to 15 minutes trying to book an appointment.

Ive had a 10+ years relationship with Intermountain Healthcare Galleria (previously known as HealthCare Partners Galleria). That alone speaks to the quality of care, professionalism, and friendship I have experienced from the beginning. Being able to continue having appointments virtually during the pandemic, assures me that I am a part of the healthcare system who keeps up with technology for the betterment of its patients.

I have been going to this office for about 3 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Always professional and very polite. They take their job seriously and they make sure you are their first priority. Very comfortable at this office.

Ashlyn Call is an excellent provider. Attentive and compassionate. She also has an associate, Alice who is also an excellent provider assistant. Very thorough.The cons are its difficult to get through on the phone, and the follow my health link is often down.

Very Happy with Dr Papageorge followed her from our SMA DAYS. She is very knowledgeable and always trying to do the best for her patients. from a personal point a came back from a trip to the beach in southern california to Las Vegas and the heat was bad and i was a mess. She sent me for Covid Testing just to make sure no problems. Got the results in 5. days from Utah.She is the best of the best

My appointment was for 3PM. I checked in at 2:45 PM. The reception personnel were friendly and helpful. I was taken into the doctors examining room at 3 PM, very prompt. Doctor Sparling spent 20 -25 minutes with me going over all my blood work and answering all of my questions. In all my experiences with doctors over the years, I would rate Dr Sparling at the top of my list.

I really appreciated having a virtual office visit. Dr. Papa George went over a lot of information with me. We ordered prescriptions, got referrals and set up our next appointment. I felt it was a very successful appointment.

I am disappointed that IHC has been unable to assist with the scheduling or inoculation of the now available vaccine. Failure to provide access to proven therapeutics or prophylactics is also sad.

Was there because I had problems breathing and my legs had swollen up. I was worried about my heart or kidneys. My PA-C was Ashlyn Call and she was very thorough. Did and ekg and blood clots test. Went over all my meds and prescribed a water pill and a blood thinners. My only complaint was I called the next day on a friday because I had concerns about how long it would take for referrals to specialist and I was worried about having a stroke. I was told someone would call me at the end of the day and no one called. Now I have to wait until Monday which scares me a little.

I can’t say give Dr Roland Sparling the accolades he deserves. There is not a rating high enough. He is a caring and very competent doctor and I’m lucky to have had him all these years.

Friendly, caring and concerned, just the way your doctors office should be. A quest lab is located in the office too. Everyone there truly make you feel welcomed.

Video visit planned. Id lost my phone in a pond. Had to get a new one. Set up the app but when call came thru could not answer my phone. Called the office and staff helped me speak to my PCP. An important call as specialist homed me back to PCP. I just had labs done, etc. Appreciate this office!

My husband had a virtual appointment with Dr Sparling during the Pandemic and it worked out very well. Normally he goes into the office. We think Dr Sparling is the Absolute Best! The office staff are also great.

When I try to call in to the doctor all I get is constant ringing ringing ringing standby standby covid-19 but I dont get no human on the phone its real Annoying somebody needs to take care of the problems set there forever

The experience with the doctors are fine but the service getting to see one is horrible.I scheduled an appointment months in advance for March, and then on the day I got in they told me the doctor was on vacation. Another month wait and in April when I got in the doctor was again not available. I was told they called to inform me but I was never received it. At that point they told me I could reschedule in May, but I probably should find another office since my insurance would no longer accepted the following month.

I did a video visit with my nurse practitioner I think that a lot of items were discussed and rectified I feel very confident that I am well taken care of.

Dr. Sparling, I appreciate how he explains my blood work with me and he answers any questions I may have. Talking with him gives me the insensitive to keep myself well and help keeps up to date other medical test as needed.

Had my first Zoom like appointment with Dr Papageorge. Was good!! She is Great!!

I had some doubts prior to my meeting with Dr. Sparling via electronics which those doubts quickly disappeared! It was like I was in Dr. Sparling’s office. I was very impressed!

I particularly like Dr. Sparling. He talks to you, but, importantly, he listens. He knows that no one has all the answers but hes got experience and judgement. The solution is only occasionally another pill, a lot of the time it may be a question of habits and diet -- more exercise perhaps?The staff are friendly and courteous. As in most cases, you get back what you put in -- politeness begets politeness.HCP is a big organization with several offices and clinic locations. Sometimes, inadvertently, you get the run-a-round. Stuff happens, dont stress it, there are more important things to worry about. If you express yourself nicely, they go out of their way to correct the issue.

It was a positive experience, but the connection was in an out ,maybe because the internet has been sparratic all week and there has been a lot of people like schools using the internet.
