I went in to see Dr Dieter. Had to wait once I was called back 30 minutes. I had jotted some things down so not to forget to ask him cause before when I’ve been seen they have told me, “Well you’re not being scene for that! You’ll have to come back it you want to be scene for that!” So when he finally comes in the room he saw I had a small piece of paper and ask for It. I said oh no, I’ll tell you what I need because I had other things wrote down hat didn’t pertain to my doctors visit. Well he insisted!!! And when I refused he abruptly. put his pen down folded his arms and said well you’ve got ten minutes. I was taken aback and didn’t feel comfortable about saying anything to him. When I inquired about the 10 minute thing I was told that was all my insurance would pay for per visit. Funny I didn’t have insurance and paid $75 cash money for the visit. Now every time I’ve been back Ive only been able to see his PA Taylor and last time I saw a student who was training under Taylor. Funny thing is SHE was the nicest one YET!!!!! She found out why I wasn’t being medicated for diabetes when my results showed from my last visit I needed to be!!! She was so sweet and pleasant. Now I’ve got to go back because I need refills and they said I must be scene so we’ll see what happens this time. Dragging me into a COVID filled area when all it takes is a phone call for medicine refills.

Dr Dieter is an amazing doctor!! He is very kind and caring. He reviews your chart and is updated before he comes into the room. He listens to what you say and recommends to you what you need to do, but doesnt push you into anything. He called me with lab numbers! I missed his call, but he called me back himself and talked to me about them. I fell like I can trust what he tells me and my husband really likes him as well.

I have never had a problem with this facility. Ive been coming here for years. And on 9/9/21 I came in for a rapid test for my job and the front desk clerk asked me to pay on my bill which I did. Then she said the test was $25 and I was like other coworker said it was free she said with a nasty attitude well its $25. I left and came back the following morning and it was free. This person was and is charging for a COVID test when your a patient and with insurance.

Dr. Vu has been great. I really appreciate his professionalism and thorough check ups. He seems real compassionate with his patients.

With getting older means more visits to the doctor. Fortunately for me they have Emily Watts, PA there. She has been instrumental in helping me get my health back in line. She is kind and takes the time to ask the questions to find out exactly the issues that are going on. She definitely follows up on you to see how things are progressing.

First time there today for a routine check up and bloodwork.Was very pleased with the staff from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors.Dr Dieter was very nice to talk to and answered all my questions.No long wait. Nice clean facility. Very friendly staff. Looking forward to using them as my primary caregiver in the future.

Vance Family Medicine is considerably one of the best Medical Practices in this area. The providers are very knowledgeable & Caring. The hours are exceptional as well. My family & I have been patients here for about 11 years. Although, no one ever likes to visit the doctors.. it’s comforting to know whenever you are seen at Vance Family Medicine you will receive the highest level of care.

I went in today for a COVID test. Ashlyn, Jeremy and Shawn were so amazing! Not only did they get me in and out fast, they were true professionals with every step. It can’t be easy working in an office with so many COVID infections, never, did they make me feel like they were scared of me! I was negative but these guys are angels on earth!

Had a great experience at Vance Family Medicine! Was checked in quickly and received round 1 of the Pfizer vaccine after a short wait. Staff and other patients were all wearing masks. The nurse was skilled and efficient - shot was almost painless and no side-effects :)

Very efficient practice! I only had to wait for a couple of minutes after initial check-in for a routine follow-up. Social distancing was maintained & masks were worn by all. I was asked about current medications & if any refills were needed. Dr. Vu is a very compassionate doctor who does a thorough Q&A to find out the status of a patients health. The quality of care I receive is why I continue to frequent this practice & have for many years.

Nice, clean facility. Almost no wait time for my appointment. The staff is very friendly and professional.They are doing lots of covid testing, however people being tested use the back and are completely isolated so no one in the waiting room is potentially contagious. I felt safe the whole time while in the office.

My toddler began getting sick a week ago today, after two visits to the pediatricians office and nothing being done. We ended up at Wake Med Childrens Hospital ER due to dehydration only to find out that she had the Flu. Had she been diagnosed earlier at their office, we were advised at the ER medication could be prescribed but at this point it was too late for medication to be effective. I asked on both visits for my child to be tested for Flu but told it was not needed due to symptoms. Her symptoms included fever, cough, body aches, and not eating. My child was COVID tested on the first visit and before even doing anything the second visit they tried swabbing her again even though she was just negative 24 hours prior. Had my child been evaluated properly in the beginning, by Day 7 now, she would be better and probably eating. Things should have been reviewed closer and not jumped straight to COVID.

This is an amazing clinic, nurses and doctors are always at their best and put the patient’s safety and health forward at it’s best! We deive almost an hour everytime we come here

They send me to whoever, whenever, so alot of my problems have been bounced around and nobody really gets whats wrong and its been going on for awhile. And Clearly my records werent sent when requested by Raliegh Social Security. because looking over your shoulders yesterday I had a bunch of diagnoses my disability people couldnt find that I told them existed on your systems, i saw them yesterday,, they were on your computers. I guess a sick parent is a profitable one, why would yall actually help me right.

It is our family clinic for more than 10 years now. Dr Vu is a very caring and detailed doctor. He takes care of our family well and give us the cheapest but the best options for medicines. We have to travel for 30 minutes to get to the clinic but who cares when you are under caring hands.

I enjoy going to Vance Family medicine their friendly staff and quick with seeing you with in minutes of arriving and the doctors actually listen to you.

They have very convenient hours. Open early and close late. Doctors are always very caring and very professional.

No it was not an accident for me saying 1 star. When I posted this I was new to the area. My son was sick and had some labs done. I had called about 5 days later to see if they had come in. The lady I spoke to was very rude and kept yelling at me and made me cry. I just wanted my sons results. I called back and spoke to someone higher than her and they apologized for the way she was towards me. I would never in my life speak to someone the way she spoke to me.

I had a great experience at this office. The staff was quick and polite and the practitioner was extremely compassionate and provided excellent care.
