They don’t open at the time they say, my mom had an appointment today 11-08-19 at 8:00am and the doors are not opened for her appointment. The time now is 8:11am and we still here outside. If they have an appointment at 8:00am they should be open at that time, or change the time they open and appointment times!!! They open the doors at 8:14am that’s not good I hope they see this comment and fix this!!!
