They were really great about handling my miscarriage after having one back to back . I was told if we tried to get pregnant again we would have a specialist and early care. Guess who had an unexpected oops and called the office to be told I would be seen at 9 weeks ? This girl. No hcg no progesterone checks no nothing . 9 weeks will be to late I now have to find an OBGYN who cares about me.

My daughters appointment was very unprofessional they never get back you you when you have questions & concerns the receptionist lady’s in rn the front are very rude & should not be working there your waiting for 40+ mins in waiting room just to see your doctor for 2 secs they don’t care about you nor the baby don’t go here

I received care for 2 pregnancies, first from Dr. Tanita (who opened his own practice) then from Dr. Hsiung. I had an emergency c-section with Dr. Tanita. And 2 years later I received care from Dr. Hsiung who walked me through attempting a VBAC. Dr. Hsiung is incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions regarding a VBAC, was extremely positive and ensured me I was a great candidate, and helped me achieve a successful VBAC! Everyone on staff is kind and makes you feel like family, especially when Ive experienced 2 pregnancies at this office.

Night and day experience from the first ob/gyn office. The staff looks you in the eye, they have a smile in their voice, and they greet you like a an actual human being. Dr. Hsiung is thorough and you walk away feeling like it was worth coming in. Thank you so much for being one less thing to stress about. In this office you’re in amazing hands.

Dr.Skinner was my doctor during my pregnancy and I’m glad he was my doctor! For being my first pregnancy he made my experience a very good one and made sure all my questions were answered throughout my entire pregnancy and even after my pregnancy. I would highly recommend him, he’s caring and doesn’t make you feel like just another patient.

I love this office, I have been seeing Dr. Hsiung for my pregnancy and he has been nothing short but amazing along with his nurse Elizabeth who has been the best & sweetest person. Dr. Hsiung is very educated and knows exactly what he is talking about and made me feel extremely comfortable every visit. I delivered my baby late January and Dr. Hsiung was so amazing and personable and made sure he checked in on me several times via phone call to go over what exactly was gonna happen and made sure I was comfortable and okay during labor before actually being called in to deliver my baby. I’ve had nothing short but an amazing experience at this office & would highly recommend to any family or friend!

I love this office, very clean in the front desk and also in the room where you see the doctors. The staff is friendly and they always listen and respond all my questions, every time I call they are so patient with me ( I have to mention that English is my second language and some times I get confused while Im talking) Dr. Tanita is great and so is his assistant ( I forgot her name but she is awesome and speaks Spanish which is great) right now Im seeing Dr. Skinner for my prenatal care and He is great too, He explains every little thing in a way that I can understand, I highly recommend this office.

My baby is due soon but my experiences with Complete Care OBGYN so far have been phenomenal. The staff are very responsive and helpful and professional, willing to work with you in every way. There is also a lab in the office itself for testing so you dont have to go to different places. I have had a previous obgyn who mixed up paperwork and kept rescheduling me for the silliest things without giving me any answers, making me feel like I was just generating income for them but not getting the care I needed.Dr. Hsiung answers all my questions and takes cares of my worries just fine. He is very reassuring and friendly but he is also very efficient and capable and quick to answer questions so if youre looking for a touchy-feely doc who smothers you with affection this is not it. I have absolutely zero problems with him and when Ive pressed him in my inquiries hes stepped up and given me the reassurances Ive needed. I felt very comfortable with him from the beginning and I trust him with delivering my baby soon.ETA: my baby ended up coming early with a C-section. In the hospital I was tended to by both Dr. Hsiung and Dr. Skinner and as usual I had a great experience! They both answered my questions and resolved my concerns with obvious care and were very reassuring. When I needed extra follow-up appointments they filled me right in. My baby was delivered safely and we are both doing well. I still have nothing but the best to say about Dr Hsiung and Dr Skinner. Best obgyn out there!

Dr. Skinner and Paula his nurse are amazing. I have been with them for 5 years now and even followed them when they left where they were previously. I never leave feeling awful but always more uplifted and positive. They helped me through two pregnancies and one of them being twins and I never stressed my fears were always discussed and my opinion always mattered when it came to giving birth. Even other matters they helped me get through, and always made sure I was ok. Skinner listens and Paula just makes you feel just as comfortable. His medical assistant Ive only dealt with a couple times but she if very sweet as well great team and highly recommended. Thank you guys for everything!

I made an appointment over a month ago. I never received a reminder call. I called to verify my appointment time and was told they werent seeing new gynecology patients. I was concerned I had the wrong doctor. Tried to call again and it was lunchtime and the answering service couldnt answer my question so I was told to call back at 1:00. I called at 1:04, got the answering machine, left my message. I decided to just go to the clinic. I tried to explain what happened. They said to fill out the paperwork, she would need to clear it with his MA. Evidently my appointment was at 1:10, I arrived between 1:15 and 1:20 because i thought my appointment was at 1:20. If I had received a reminder call or a confirmation call I would have been there at 1:00. At 2:00 I had to leave to go back to work. When I told them I needed to cancel because I had to get back to work in 30 min and it was a 37 min drive, the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. I told her I had to get back to work and how i couldnt get a hold of anyone and when I did, they gave me false information. I was treated like it was my fault. What has happened to customer service? Why did I not get an Im sorry, can we reschedule your appointment? Nothing! Just treated like it was my fault, my problem. This is the second time Ive had issues when trying to seek medical care in Vegas. Im a health care provider and I would be livid if my patient was treated this way. This receptionist and office should be ashamed of themselves. My next review will be where it really counts.

I was recommended to Dr. Skinner by a friend and I’m so glad she did. He was amazing! Very genuine, and made me feel calm about my pregnancy. He never made us feel rushed, always took his time with us and made sure he answered all our questions. The office staff was always pleasant and my appointments were always quick, I never waited long. There was only one time Dr. Skinner was not able to see me while I was there because he had to leave to go deliver a baby so Dr. Tanita helped me and he was nice as well. Thank you Dr. Skinner for bringing our baby girl into the world safely and making our pregnancy easy! Definitely will come back here for baby number 2.

I have had and still continue to have a horrible experience with them. The story is to long to post but they do not care about their Patients. They’re not proactive. Originally made an appointment them based on the Google reviews unfortunately I feel like they are misleading and I feel like they’re not truthful I asked the company to handle some thing and I asked for more time they completely shut me down I asked for a refund because I knew that the information they were telling me at the moment of my appointment was incorrect and they refused they would’ve rather cancel me I’m a high-risk pregnancy at 37 years old and it was important to me to be in on time and get treatment because of the time window to get testing done was coming to a close based on when I found out I was pregnant they didn’t care they were not empathetic their staff is horrible.

I had a very positive experience at Complete OBGYN! The office is inviting and comfortable. The staff is friendly, and do not act like youre bothering them!!! And Dr. Skinner treated me like a human, while maintaining professionalism and great bedside manner! He was informative and respectful. 5 stars!!!

This place has gone down hill! Service is awful, and triage is sub par. Dr. Skinner is awesome, but apparently too busy to see the people he is scheduled to see. Do not go here

I see Dr.Hsiung and he is horrible. He clearly does not have time for the appointment you scheduled. He spends 5 minutes with you and you’ve been in the office for 50 minutes.He does not listen to you. He interrupts you, even after asking you a question.His heart isn’t in the work, probably just cares about the money or getting home.It’s like an annoying stranger is going to deliver my baby. There’s no Dr/Patient relationship going on.You never feel heard.Seriously it’s like not having a dr at all. A waste of time.You actually hope he doesn’t make it to the hospital when you give birth and a different Dr is there.By the second appointment I looked for a different Dr, but with the COVID no one is taking new patients.Only good thing about this office is it’s clean and the lab lady is nice.

Really recommend this place. They were able to get me an appointment the week I called, and they were on time with everything when I showed up the day of. Dr. Tanita is very personable and made me feel very comfortable, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The nurses and the front desk gals were very pleasant to deal with as well. Really glad I found this place. I look forward to a smooth pregnancy with them!

Lets first start off by saying this office is beyond packed all the time and the wait is long even with an appointment. When calling they never pick the phone up, forcing you to leave a voice message that they never return. I called on Nov 8 about a prescription not being sent in to the pharmacy. I left a message with a live person that time and she told me she would relay the message to Dr. Skinner nurse. Okay fast forward to Nov 12. Still no call back regarding the prescription. So I call and leave a voice message on Dr. Skinner nurse voicemail to give me a call back. Today is Nov 13 and still no one has called me back and I called the office twice with no answer. I even left a message with the office manager today. This is beyond ridiculous. They lack proper customer service and the doctors should be aware of this. I am so shocked this is happening especially since this place had good reviews. I understand this office has only been open a year but someone needs to address this issue.

Wonderful doctors, Dr. Skinner is OB, it’s small and nice, comfy environment. Big bathroom with all the necessities for diaper changing and it’s so nice, wonderful nurses who take you back to the rooms, very nice staff. The ladies up at the front could be more nice though, they seem cranky most the time, when I went back to the room they said oh you didn’t do this? I said well nobody told me so.. so the ladies in the front need to be more informative when it comes to protocol or whatever we need to do because that’s embarrassing...

My experience with Dr.Jacob Skinner has been excellent. He is friendly and professional I never feel rushed, and he makes sure my questions are answered. He helped me feel calm during the natural delivery of my twins and he made sure we did it successfully! The second pregnancy was successfu also. Highly recommended for those looking for the best!

Went in to get an IUD was told no problem it would be about a month, (they were trying a new provider and would be getting the order around then) six weeks later I was told it would be at least another month to a month and a half. This place is a joke so they want to wait until they get X amount of people needing an IUD before they place the order meanwhile now three months later I still have not had it replaced🤬. I told them I would be in to get my records and would not be coming back. Starting with the doctor to the follow up nurse I spoke with on two occasions they out right lied about the availability from start to finish!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with the staff and doctors at this location. We had a chance to visit with the three doctors during my wife’s 40 week pregnancy and overall they are all SUPER professional and very knowledgeable.Dr. Tanita was our primary doctor and during one of our visits he asked me if I would like to deliver the baby. Jokingly I said yes, not sure if he really meant it. Long behold the day of delivery Dr. Tanita walks in and asks me, “are you ready to deliver this baby?”An incredible experience being able to be the first person to greet our baby girl! Of course Dr. Tanita was there to make sure she was safe. Appreciate you all for this amazing experience and helping us get through the intense labor process.

I literally never leave reviews, and Ive been meaning to leave one for the last 5 months. but I have to say that Dr. Kevin Hsiung was the BEST! And all of the front desk office staff were great too! Completely different experience than the one I had with my first born at Green Valley Obgyn. (Where I felt everything from my emergency c-section) Dr. Hsiung was very knowledgeable and professional and made the entire process so smooth. Also, would recommend Henderson Hospital. They were also so caring / helpful.

I saw Dr Hsiung and it was clear he was in a hurry and didnt have time for me.I had done some research on which doctor I should go to at my age and for how awful I have been feeling. Everyone suggested to find a good obgyn. So I googled what all an obgyn doc helps with, besides the obvious, and it seemed to fit what I may be looking for so I chose this office because of the good reviews.When the Dr came in he was talking fast, talking over me after asking me questions and adamant from the start that I had been miss diagnosed from 2007 until now yet he wasnt interested in my health history at all.He wasnt interested in hearing anything I was concerned about and just kept telling me to go to a different doctor.He was totally not interested in talking with me at all. He heard nothing of what I was worried about.Its been awful finding a good doctor here in Nevada but this doctor was by far the worst.

Dr. Skinner is a great doctor. Any thing i mention even minimally he gives me an in debth answer. Really like him as my prenatal doctor..this clinic is professional and clean as well.

I went in for a general check up, and to address a few concerns. I saw Dr.Skinner who was very professional, took time to listen, and explained things very well. Overall he made me feel comfortable, as well as valid in my concerns. I had an appointment right after the office reopened from their lunch break. The office it self was not very busy (about 2-3 other patients waiting) and my wait time wasnt that long either. I arrived 10mins before my appointment and was seen about 5-7mins after my appointment time. So it was around a 15-17min wait. The only thing that prevented me from giving a full 5 stars is that contacting the front desk can be very difficult. They dont always answer forcing you to have to leave voicemails. Usually these are not answered same day either.

I absolutely love this place! I switched to Complete Care after I had an awful experience at WHASN Henderson.Dr. Psiung is AMAZING! He was willing to sit down with you and answer all your questions instead of the 1 minute in and out at most OB offices. I was so glad that he was the doctor who delivered my son. He really is THE BEST.Also the staff is super nice and the place is clean!

Dr. Tanita, and all the other doctors and staff members from here are just absolutely fantastic. Would recommend to anyone in the area. My wife had the pleasure of being his patient towards the tail end of her pregnancy, after we moved from out of town and found this office. From day one we were impressed. She ended up having a C-Section at Henderson Hospital, administered by Dr. Tanita and his staff/assistants. It was the most impressive thing to see him work and deliver our healthy baby boy.

Dr. Skinner is the best doctor I have had. He makes you feel welcomed, and hears you when you speak, instead of trying to rush you out because he has other patients. Also his staff is amazing. I recommend this office to anyone.

I just want to say Thank You to Dr Skinner and his teamwork. Arrived to Las Vegas with 5 months pregnant from Florida, so looking for a good doctor i searched online until i found Dr Skinner and Complete Care ObGyn, with excellent reviews but well i had to try to see if it was true. And reviews were right. Never had to wait a lot of time in any appointment, from front desk to Dr Skinner everyone of the people working there always a smile and good manners. They have a space for kids to play, that is very important for people like me with another son cause kids usually get bored fast. Now, Dr Skinner is the best. I am also a Physician from another country and i know when a doctor knows what he is talking about. From the first appointment, delivery day and until last visit i always felt supported by a great professional and person. I had to move again to Florida and one of the things i will miss is have an excellent obgyn like Dr Skinner. Do not hesitate to contact this office, i am very sure you will not be disappointed.

I would not recommend this office for prenatal care. My experience here was less then desirable. To my surprise my first and second doctors visit seemed to be extremely impersonal. This is my first child and i was not educated at all on personal or fetal health. (not even a simple suggestion to take prenatal vitamins) My first visit i was charged $100 after the initial visit to find out how far long i was. Fine, no problem. I felt almost as if i was being ignored which is absurd granted i am the mother. I was told the gender would be revealed my next visit. My second experience and visit was a clone of the first only i was charged $180 this time and was told that i had to give blood and take some tests.(seems reasonable) I was more than compliant. To my surprise i was once again told how far long i was and also that the technology in the office was not able to tell me the gender. They did not take any blood or perform any tests. I was told i was getting charged the amount of 180 due to the tests that would be performed. That was a lie. So I was referred to another office. I do not understand how i got charged almost double for the same exact experience i initially received. I feel cheated and treated unfairly. I will not return to this office because i do not feel comfortable in the hands of a doctor who is uninterested in his patients well being. I took my chances... but was unfortunately disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. My first time here. Cleaner, quicker, nicer staff, and the doctor genuinely concerned about my rare, but, unfortunate condition. Very pleased! This will be my obgyn from now on! Make good use of my insurance

I’m new to NV, it’s been awful finding good doctor offices because half of the staff of the offices I’ve been to lack in training and people skills. I made an appointment at this practice months ago and I had forgotten the appointment date so I called last week a few times no answer, straight to VM so I left a message no one called back, then I called today Monday left a VM I got a call back at least, however the person who called lacked in people skills she was rude af and short like I was a inconvenience “oh I’msorry that you had to call me back because your office doesn’t answer calls”, I verified my appointment and asked if I will get a reminder call or text her reply “no” with crickets in the background. So I thanked her for her help she hung up so quick I didn’t even hear a you’re welcome or goodbye. My question is ok no reminder calls for an appointment? Ok so I would’ve never knew my appointment date and would miss it smh ok, let’s say I wanted to be a patient here what if I had questions after a procedure etc I would have to play phone tag with them and finally talk to someone rude? No thank you! Hard pass on this office, if you want an appointment for 12/23 9:30 am with unwelcoming staff & get vm more than half of the time you can be my guest! I hope the doctors or someone that cares about their credibility takes these complaints / feedbacks serious because you will end up with a bad rep and lose patients. How people are treated here is NOT ok, I don’t even want to know how they act with someone in person.

Dr Tanita is incredible. I trust him and he makes me feel comfortable. Never rushed. I ask lots of questions and he doesnt mind answering them. He is really smart. I definitely recommend him.

This review is completely overdue !Dr. Kevin Hsiung is absolutely the BEST doctor ever!Prior to opening his own office he was with Southwest Medical, where I first was with him.He left and I had to track him down ( I refuse to see any other OB)He is very comforting with any news and is very kind and informative.The office is extremely beautiful, comforting and welcoming!I highly recommend Dr. Hsiung!

Highly recommend here...Moving here to Las Vegas my biggest fear was not being able to find an amazing doctor like I’ve always had back home. Dr. Tanita is beyond amazing, honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had. He goes over and beyond for his patients, making sure you feel comfortable, taken care of, he explains/clarifying everything so very well. I’m so very thankful to have come across a doctor like him.

Dr Tanita is a very patient doctor who spends plenty of time listening to you. In fact, I credit him for helping me get pregnant when I was worried that I wouldnt however things got funky at the end. During my last trimester, Dr Tanita and I were conversing and thats when he realized according to him that I had 2 children verses one that I delivered via cesarean and how he gathered that is unbeknownst to me being that my paperwork stated otherwise. He advised me that he would not perform a vbac and left me scrambling last minute to find care. He mentioned Dr. Harter as someone who would possibly allow me to attempt a vbac. I was frustrated having to go elsewhere but was happy that someone would let me try.When attempting to go back to Complete care because of the convenient location and my history, I was told that none of the doctors were accepting patients. I inquired about this and then found out that none of the doctors wanted to see me in particular, hmm fishy indeed. Although Dr Tanita had the hiccup and had to refer me out, I am left feeling unwanted and having to reestablish care elsewhere? This is healthcare for you America. My spouse and I pay a premium for a ppo through our employer yet we are being as though we are asking for free services. I guess ill take my money and business elsewhere. beware that this practice seemingly has some discriminatory practices when it comes to taking in patients.

Getting a response back from the medical assistant and or doctor through the portal takes a few days. I can understand the doctor being busy but dont have your medicinal assistant voicemail stating I will give you a call back within 48 hours if it is complete untrue. This was two different occasions in which I let the first one slide, but not the second time. I got a response from Dr.skinner almost a week later, which then I had already resolved my issue.

I had a hysterctomy 4 months ago. Dr Hsiung is an amazing doctor. He is a very direct to the point doctor who explains circumstances/procedures/etc in detail and listens to and addresses concerns and questions. I had really large fibroid tumors and had to have a csection cut for my surgery. The scar is healing perfectly! Within a year it wont even be noticeable. I have never had an issue making an appointment or in the office. Highly recommend.

Smells like urine a lot and my doctor is to serious i do not like that but I think it’s to late to change.Otherwise the lobby ladies and my nurse are the nicest.

This is the 4th day of my hysterectomy surgery. I already can walk around in my sunny back yard and enjoy the sun. I cant help myself to write this review of Dr Kevin Hsiung. if it d allow me to rate 10 stars, I would do that.It has been a long journey. I had this heavy non stop bleeding problem for over a year. I went thru more than 3 doctors, but nobody seemed gave me the confidence to do anything due to some my complication. Till I met Dr Hsiung. He was different than other doctors, patient, knowledgeable and most of all willing to explain to you till you fully understand. Finally i had Dr Hsiung preformed hysterectomy on me. Although I had a lot complications but Dr Hsiung did such a great job. My surgery went so well, i hardly felt any pain. The cut are so small and clean. All my friends are surprised to see me looking so well in 4 days after the surgery. I feel so lucky I had met Dr Hsiung. He is so professional and responsible and he treated me as family with humanity. Every time I went to visit him, he is always on time never need to wait. The surgery experience with Henderson hospital also like a 5 star experience. Everybody there were so nice and caring. I cant thank enough to Dr Hsiung and his crew. They made me feel painless, warm and full of hope of life after their surgery performance.

Dr. Hsiung, is one of the best Dr.s Ive been blessed to meet. He has gone above and beyond what my husband and I ever expected. Our story; were 2 young healthy adults whove been trying to have a baby. Our Dr. Hsiung ran tests and did exams to find out what the issue was. More than that he was transparent in our results and gave us a resolution. Hes not only looking out for our present but he wants to see our progression for our future bundle of joy. Thank you Dr. Hsuing for caring about us like family! You are truly AMAZING!

THE BEST OBGYN ive ever gone to, Dr Tanita & Dr. Skinner are amazing doctors, they go above and beyond, i love their kindness!.

I had a 19 yr. old family go there for her very first OBGYN appointment and she hadDr. Hsiung. Not only did he NOT do an exam ( he felt it wasnt needed) he dismissed her problems and concerns, told he what he THOUGHT she had ( with no exam) and belittled her the entire visit. And to ass insult to injury, he did all of this in front of a intern ( female) who was with him that day. Im curious what was going on in the mind of that female intern as she watched this male doctor treat a new patient that way. Horrible doctor without any professionalism.

I was recommended to this office by a nurse at the Henderson hospital, I absolutely love that hospital and really wanted to deliver there. I saw one of the doctors at this practice at the hospital and he was nice. So before I left the hospital I asked the nurse a few questions and she gave me this office’s number and recommended I check it out.A little about myself: I’m 35 weeks pregnant. My first trimester was very rough, there was no heartbeat and my HCG wasn’t doubling. My ob at the time kept giving me the run around and not sticking to doing what he said he was. After a spell of almost passing out at work I went to the ER in Henderson and They discovered I had hemmoraging in my uterus. After that I switched OB’s. I stayed with the former practice but was told that I would not be able to deliver at the hospital I was being seen at and would have to travel 30 minutes to the hospital to deliver. I loved my nurse practitioner as she spent a lot of time with me. Anyways when I started seeing the doctors, I kinda felt like my concerns were being brushed off as “it’s just pregnancy get used to it” between that and hearing stories about the hospital they wanted me to deliver at, as a mom and future mom it kinda worried me as my deliver is nearing. In fact after seeing the ob, I went into the Henderson hospital that same night where the staff there and doc I saw were amazing and made me feel welcome and listened to my concerned.So I luckily have been able to switch even with being at 35 weeks. When I entered this office I was blown away at how nice and comfortable everything felt. Comfort is a big thing for a pregnant woman lol. The office area was extremely nice and comfortable plus they have a nice play area that my 2 year old (who I had with me) loved. It was nice to have a place for him to play while I filled out paperwork as a new patient. The front desk clerk was such a sweetheart and helped me out when I had a question. I was then taken back to the room. Very clean and very sanitatary ( my 1st ob was not like that at all). The nurse took my blood pressure, weight etc and asked me a few questions which then I expressed my concerns. The doc came in and did an exam, and checked everything I was concerned about, talked to me about them, which helped me relax a bit to the point I’m not gonna have to stress the next few weeks of my pregnancy.Out of all the OBs I have seen this far since moving to Vegas, even tho this was my first visit to this office. I was completely blown away by everyone and everything there.
