12/28/2014: Today I had deja vu. Several years ago, Christmas week, I called Dr. Simones office because I had popped off a veneer from a front tooth. My husband was a patient of Dr. Simones; I was not. I was panicked! I began leaving a message, and someone picked up. They were closed, but were having a business meeting, and told me to come right in. They did a beautiful job on the temporary crown; I traveled with it and no one knew. Quality work on the finished product also. (Ive been going to Dr. Simone for all my dental care since.) Today, Sunday December 28th, I had the same experience. I popped off my other front tooth veneer. I called and got Dr. Simones cell number off of the message machine. Called him, and got his live voice. I told him the situation. He said he was out of town but would call me right back. Minutes later he called me and said that his Dental Assitant, Kelly, was about to leave town, but she would meet me over at the office - how fast could I get there? FAST! So, I met Kelly there and she was able to do a good temporary job of fastening the broken veneer back on. Ill be heading in on next Monday to get a new crown for that tooth. The moral to this story is that not only does Dr. Simone do outstanding work (he is a perfectionist,) but he and his staff are dedicated to customer service. Theyve always got your back.
